The present Report concerns the current status of the Italian Tau/Charm accelerator project and in particular discusses the issues related to the lattice design, to the accelerators systems and to the associated conventional facilities. The project aims at realizing a variable energy Flavor Factory between 1 and 4.6 GeV in the center of mass, and succeeds to the SuperB project from which it inherits most of the solutions proposed in this document. Main Parameters of the Linac-Ring Type Charm-Tau Factory

Main parameters of the linac-ring type charm-tau factory are discussed. Different sets of parameters for an electron linac and a positron ring have been considered. It is shown that L=10^33 cm-2 s-1 and even more can be achieved. The physics goals of this machine in investigation for charmed particles and tau lepton properties are briefly discussed. Advantages of the proposed machine in comparison with standard (ring-ring) type charm-tau factory proposals will be the possibility of the search for rare decays of tau lepton and charm quark and study of D^0-D^-0 oscillations.

Accelerators for Electroweak Physics and Higgs Boson Studies

We discuss the goals, the designs, the state of technical readiness, and the critical R&D needs of the accelerators that are currently under discussion as Higgs and electroweak factories. We also address the respective staging options enabling future energy-frontier colliders. The accelerators covered are based on many different techniques and approaches. They include several circular colliders, various linear colliders, colliders based on energy recovery linacs (ERLs), ERL-ring combinations, as well as gamma-gamma colliders. Future Prospects at Electron-Positron Machines

This review will present the future prospects for physics at electron-positron colliders running near the Upsilon(4S) as well as at the charm and tau thresholds. It includes a review of the Belle II and SuperB projects. Also reviewed are the plans for BES III, which operates near the charm threshold at the IHEP BEPC machine in Bejing and the status of the Super Charm/Tau Factory proposed for the Budker Institute for Nuclear Physics (BINP) in Novosibirsk.
