We derive the perturbative four loop anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator in N=4 SYM theory from the integrable string sigma model by evaluating the finite size effects using Luscher formulas adapted to multimagnon states at weak coupling. We obtain these multiparticle generalizations of Luscher formulas by studying certain exactly solvable relativistic integrable quantum field theories. The final result involves a summation of all bound states in the mirror theory and agrees with gauge theory perturbative computations.

Finite-size effect for four-loop Konishi of the beta-deformed N=4 SYM

We propose that certain twists of the su(2|2) S-matrix elements describe the beta-deformation of N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. We compute the perturbative four-loop anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator of the deformed gauge theory from the Luscher formula based on these twisted S-matrix elements. The result agrees exactly with the perturbative gauge theory computations.

Konishi Anomalies and N=1 Curves

We present a brief summary of exact results on the non-perturbative effective superpotential of N=1 supersymmetric gauge theories based on generalized Konishi anomaly equations. In particular we consider theories with classical gauge groups and chiral matter in two-index tensor representations. All these theories can be embedded into theories with unitary gauge group and adjoint matter. This embedding can be used to derive expressions for the exact non-perturbative superpotential in terms of the 1/N expansion of the free energy of the related matrix models.

Six-loop Konishi anomalous dimension from the Y-system

We compute the Konishi anomalous dimension perturbatively up to six loop using the finite set of functional equations derived recently by Gromov, Kazakov, Leurent and Volin. The recursive procedure can be in principle extended to higher loops, the only obstacle being the complexity of the computation.

Properties of the Konishi multiplet in N=4 SYM theory

We study perturbative and non-perturbative properties of the Konishi multiplet in N=4 SYM theory in D=4 dimensions. We compute two-, three- and four-point Green functions with single and multiple insertions of the lowest component of the multiplet, and of the lowest component of the supercurrent multiplet. These computations require a proper definition of the renormalized operator and lead to an independent derivation of its anomalous dimension. Generalized Konishi anomaly, Seiberg duality and singular effective superpotentials

Using the generalized Konishi anomaly (GKA) equations, we derive the effective superpotential of four-dimensional N=1 supersymmetric SU(n) gauge theory with n+2 fundamental flavors. We find, however, that the GKA equations are only integrable in the Seiberg dual description of the theory, but not in the direct description of the theory. The failure of integrability in the direct, strongly coupled, description suggests the existence of non-perturbative corrections to the GKA equations.

A note on the perturbative properties of BPS operators

We discuss the perturbative behavior of the 1/2 BPS operators in N=2 SCFT on the example of two very similar quadrilinear composite operators made out of hypermultiplets. An explicit one-loop computation shows that one of them is protected while the other acquires an anomalous dimension. Although both operators are superconformal primaries in the free case, the quantum corrections make the latter become a 1/2 BPS descendant of the Konishi multiplet, while the former remains primary. Non-protected operators in N=4 SYM and multiparticle states of AdS_5 SUGRA

We study a class of non-protected local composite operators which occur in the R symmetry singlet channel of the OPE of two stress-tensor multiplets in {\cal N}=4 SYM. At tree level these are quadrilinear scalar dimension four operators, two single-traces and two double-traces. In the presence of interaction, due to a non-trivial mixing under renormalization, they split into linear combinations of conformally covariant operators. We consider four-dimensional N=1 supersymmetric gauge theories in a supergravity background. We use generalized Konishi anomaly equations and R-symmetry anomaly to compute the exact perturbative and non-perturbative gravitational F-terms. We study two types of theories: The first model breaks supersymmetry dynamically, and the second is based on a $G_2$ gauge group. The results are compared with the corresponding vector models. Perturbative Four-Point Functions from the Analytic Conformal Bootstrap

We apply the analytic conformal bootstrap method to study weakly coupled conformal gauge theories in four dimensions. We employ twist conformal blocks to find the most general form of the one-loop four-point correlation function of identical scalar operators, without any reference to Feynman calculations. Loop equations, matrix models, and N=1 supersymmetric gauge theories

We derive the Konishi anomaly equations for N=1 supersymmetric gauge theories based on the classical gauge groups with matter in two-index tensor and fundamental representations, thus extending the existing results for U(N). Non-perturbative Field Theory

In this talk we review recent developments which enable us to use techniques of integrable two-dimensional quantum field theories to solve exactly four dimensional N=4 gauge theory through the use of the AdS/CFT correspondence. By `solve' we mean here to find all anomalous dimensions of all operators of the theory for any value of the gauge coupling. Wrapping effects in supersymmetric gauge theories

Several perturbative computations of finite-size effects, performed on the gauge side of the AdS/CFT correspondence by means of superspace techniques, are presented. Planar plane-wave matrix theory at the four loop order: Integrability without BMN scaling

We study SU(N) plane-wave matrix theory up to fourth perturbative order in its large N planar limit.
