In this paper we study the following non-autonomous stochastic evolution equation on a UMD Banach space $E$ with type 2,
{equation}\label{eq:SEab}\tag{SE} {{aligned} dU(t) & = (A(t)U(t) + F(t,U(t))) dt + B(t,U(t)) dW_H(t), \quad t\in [0,T],
U(0) & = u_0. {aligned}. {equation}
Here $(A(t))_{t\in [0,T]}$ are unbounded operators with domains $(D(A(t)))_{t\in [0,T]}$ which may be time dependent. We assume that $(A(t))_{t\in [0,T]}$ satisfies the conditions of Acquistapace and Terreni. The functions $F$ and $B$ are nonlinear functions defined on certain interpolation spaces and $u_0\in E$ is the initial value. $W_H$ is a cylindrical Brownian motion on a separable Hilbert space $H$.
Under Lipschitz and linear growth conditions we show that there exists a unique mild solution of \eqref{eq:SEab}. Under assumptions on the interpolation spaces we extend the factorization method of Da Prato, Kwapień, and Zabczyk, to obtain space-time regularity results for the solution $U$ of \eqref{eq:SEab}. For Hilbert spaces $E$ we obtain a maximal regularity result. The results improve several previous results from the literature.
The theory is applied to a second order stochastic partial differential equation which has been studied by Sanz-Solé and Vuillermot. This leads to several improvements of their result.
It is proved the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution to the system of stochastic differential equations describing a non-autonomous stochastic predator-prey model with a modified version of Leslie-Gower and Holling-type II functional response disturbed by white noise, centered and non-centered Poisson noises. We obtain sufficient conditions of stochastic ultimate boundedness, stochastic permanence, non-persistence in the mean, weak persistence in the mean, and extinction of the solution to the considered system.
The exponential stability, in both mean square and almost sure senses, for energy solutions to a class of nonlinear and non-autonomous stochastic PDEs with finite memory is investigated. Various criteria for stability are obtained. An example is presented to demonstrate the main results.
In this paper, we study the existence of random periodic solutions for nonlinear stochastic differential equations with additive white noise. We extend the input-to-state characteristic operator of the system to the non-autonomous stochastic differential equation via the pull-back of the discretised stochastic differential equation. We then use the completeness of the measurable function space which we construct skillfully and the Banach fixed point theorem to prove the existence of a fixed point of the gain operator. And we prove that the image for the input-to-state characteristic operator a…
By the Lyapunov-Perron method,we prove the existence of random inertial manifolds for a class of equations driven simultaneously by non-autonomous deterministic and stochastic forcing. These invariant manifolds contain tempered pullback random attractors if such attractors exist. We also prove pathwise periodicity and almost periodicity of inertial manifolds when non-autonomous deterministic forcing is periodic and almost periodic in time, respectively.
Using a multiplicative structure (for example that of a Banach algebra) and a partial order we construct a weak version of a Banach space valued stochastic integral with respect to square integrable martingales.
This paper investigates a non-autonomous slow-fast system, which is generalized by stochastic differential equations (SDEs) with locally Lipschitz coefficients, subjected to standard Brownian motion (Bm) and fractional Brownian motion (fBm) with Hurst parameter 1/2<H<1. We concentrate on how to handle both types of integrals with respect to Bm and fBm and the locally Lispchitz continuity. The pathwise approach and the Ito stochastic calculus are combined with the technique of stopping time to establish the averaging principle where the averaged equation is defined. Then, the slow component of …
The aim of this paper is to study the dynamical behavior of non-autonomous stochastic hybrid systems with delays. By general Krylov-Bogolyubov's method, we first obtain the sufficient conditions for the existence of an evolution system of measures of the non-autonomous stochastic system and also give some easily verifiable conditions. We then prove a sufficient condition for convergence of evolution systems of measures as the delay approaches zero. As an application of the abstract theory, we first prove the existence of evolution systems of measures for stochastic system with time-vary delays…
The aim of this paper is to study the dynamical behavior of non-autonomous stochastic lattice systems with Markovian switching. We first show existence of an evolution system of measures of the stochastic system. We then study the pullback (or forward) asymptotic stability in distribution of the evolution system of measures. We finally prove that any limit point of a tight sequence of an evolution system of measures of the stochastic lattice systems must be an evolution system of measures of the corresponding limiting system as the intensity of noise converges zero. In particular, when the coe…
The truncated Milstein method, which was initially proposed in (Guo, Liu, Mao and Yue 2018), is extended to the non-autonomous stochastic differential equations with the super-linear state variable and the Hölder continuous time variable. The convergence rate is proved. Compared with the initial work, the requirements on the step-size is also significantly released. In addition, the technique of the randomized step-size is employed to raise the convergence rate of the truncated Milstein method.
This article concerns the long-term random dynamics in regular spaces for a non-autonomous Navier-Stokes equation defined on a bounded smooth domain $\mathcal{O}$ driven by multiplicative and additive noise. For the two kinds of noise driven equations, we demonstrate the existence of a unique pullback attractor which is backward compact and asymptotically autonomous in $\mathbb{L}^2(\mathcal{O})$ and $\mathbb{H}_0^1(\mathcal{O})$, respectively. The backward-uniform flattening property of the solution is used to prove the backward-uniform pullback asymptotic compactness of the non-autonomous ra…
We study the validity of an averaging principle for a slow-fast system of stochastic reaction diffusion equations. We assume here that the coefficients of the fast equation depend on time, so that the classical formulation of the averaging principle in terms of the invariant measure of the fast equation is not anymore available. As an alternative, we introduce the time depending evolution family of measures associated with the fast equation. Under the assumption that the coefficients in the fast equation are almost periodic, the evolution family of measures is almost periodic. This allows to i…
A nonlinear stochastic differential equation with the order of nonlinearity higher than one, with several discrete and distributed delays and time varying coefficients is considered. It is shown that the sufficient conditions for exponential mean square stability of the linear part of the considered nonlinear equation also are sufficient conditions for stability in probability of the initial nonlinear equation. Some new sufficient condition of stability in probability for the zero solution of the considered nonlinear non-autonomous stochastic differential equation is obtained which can be cons…
The asymptotically autonomous robustness of random attractors of stochastic fluid equations defined on \emph{bounded} domains has been considered in the literature. In this article, we initially consider this topic (almost surely and in probability) for a non-autonomous stochastic 2D Navier-Stokes equation driven by additive and multiplicative noise defined on some \emph{unbounded Poincaré domains}. There are two significant keys to study this topic: what is the asymptotically autonomous limiting set of the time-section of random attractors as time goes to negative infinity, and how to show th…

In this work we study the averaging principle for non-autonomous slow-fast systems of stochastic differential equations. In particular in the first part we prove the averaging principle assuming the sublinearity, the Lipschitzianity and the Holder's continuity in time of the coefficients, an ergodic hypothesis and an $\mathcal{L}^2$-bound of the fast component. In this setting we prove the weak convergence of the slow component to the solution of the averaged equation. Moreover we provide a suitable dissipativity condition under which the ergodic hypothesis and the $\mathcal{L}^2$-bound of the…
In this paper we show that solutions of stochastic partial differential equations driven by Brownian motion can be approximated by stochastic partial differential equations forced by pure jump noise/random kicks. Applications to stochastic Burgers equations are discussed.
We produce uniform and decaying bounds in time for derivatives of the solution to the backwards Kolmogorov equation associated to a stochastic processes governed by a time dependent dynamics. These hold under assumptions over the integrability properties in finite time of the derivatives of the transition density associated to the process, together with the assumption of remaining close over all $[0,\infty)$, or decaying in time, to some static measure. We moreover provide examples which satisfy such a set of assumptions. Finally, the results are interpreted in the McKean-Vlasov context for mo…
Asymptotically autonomous robustness in Probability of non-autonomous random attractors for stochastic convective Brinkman-Forchheimer equations on $\mathbb{R}^3$
We further elaborate on the solvability of stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs). We shall discuss non-autonomous partial differential equations with an abstract realization of the stochastic integral on the right-hand side. Our approach allows the treatment of equations with mixed type, where classical solution strategies fail to work. The approach extends prior observations in [Süß, A. \& Waurick, M. A Solution Theory for a General Class of SPDEs. \emph{Stochastics and Partial Differential Equations: Analysis and Computations}, 2017, 5, 278-318], where the respective results were…
This paper is devoted to proving the strong averaging principle for slow-fast stochastic partial differential equations with locally monotone coefficients, where the slow component is a stochastic partial differential equations with locally monotone coefficients and the fast component is a stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) with strongly monotone coefficients. The result is applicable to a large class of examples, such as the stochastic porous medium equation, the stochastic $p$-Laplace equation, the stochastic Burgers type equation and the stochastic 2D Navier-Stokes equation, …
We trace the evolution of the theory of stochastic partial differential equations from the foundation to its development, until the recent solution of long-standing problems on well-posedness of the KPZ equation and the stochastic quantization in dimension three.
This article concerns the random dynamics and asymptotic analysis of the well known mathematical model, the Navier-Stokes equations. We consider the two-dimensional stochastic Navier-Stokes equations (SNSE) driven by a \textsl{linear multiplicative white noise of Itô type} on the whole space $\mathbb{R}^2$. Firstly, we prove that the non-autonomous 2D SNSE generates a bi-spatial $(\mathbb{L}^2(\mathbb{R}^2),\mathbb{H}^1(\mathbb{R}^2))$-continuous random cocycle. Due to the bi-spatial continuity property of the random cocycle associated with SNSE, we show that if the initial data is in $\mathbb…
In this paper, we establish a central limit theorem (CLT) and the moderate deviation principles (MDP) for a class of semilinear stochastic partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise on a bounded domain. The main results can be applied to stochastic partial differential equations of various types such as the stochastic Burgers equation and the reaction-diffusion equations perturbed by space-time white noise.
In this article, we study elliptic stochastic partial differential equations with two reflect- ing walls h1 and h2, driven by multiplicative noise. The existence and uniqueness of the solutions are established.
In this work, we analyze the long time behavior of 2D as well as 3D convective Brinkman-Forchheimer (CBF) equations and its stochastic counter part with non-autonomous deterministic forcing term in $\mathbb{R}^d$ $ (d=2, 3)$: $$\frac{\partial\boldsymbol{u}}{\partial t}-μΔ\boldsymbol{u}+(\boldsymbol{u}\cdot\nabla)\boldsymbol{u}+α\boldsymbol{u}+β|\boldsymbol{u}|^{r-1}\boldsymbol{u}+\nabla p=\boldsymbol{f},\quad \nabla\cdot\boldsymbol{u}=0,$$ where $r\geq1$. We prove the existence of a unique global pullback attractor for non-autonomous CBF equations, for $d=2$ with $r\geq1$, $d=3$ with $r>3$ and…
We prove a priori estimates in $L_\infty$ for a class of quasilinear stochastic partial differential equations. The estimates are obtained independently of the ellipticity constant $\varepsilon$ and thus imply analogous estimates for degenerate quasilinear stochastic partial differential equations, such as the stochastic porous medium equation.
In this paper we investigate classical solution of a semi-linear system of backward stochastic integral partial differential equations driven by a Brownian motion and a Poisson point process. By proving an Itô-Wentzell formula for jump diffusions as well as an abstract result of stochastic evolution equations, we obtain the stochastic integral partial differential equation for the inverse of the stochastic flow generated by a stochastic differential equation driven by a Brownian motion and a Poisson point process. By composing the random field generated by the solution of a backward stochastic…
In this paper parabolic random partial differential equations and parabolic stochastic partial differential equations driven by a Wiener process are considered. A deterministic, tensorized evolution equation for the second moment and the covariance of the solutions of the parabolic stochastic partial differential equations is derived. Well-posedness of a space-time weak variational formulation of this tensorized equation is established.
In this paper, we establish the Freidlin-Wentzell's large deviations for quasilinear parabolic stochastic partial differential equations with multiplicative noise, which are neither monotone nor locally monotone. The proof is based on the weak convergence approach.
In this paper, we deal with a class of backward doubly stochastic differential equations (BDSDEs, in short) involving subdifferential operator of a convex function and driven by Teugels martingales associated with a Lévy process. We show the existence and uniqueness result by means of Yosida approximation. As an application, we give the existence of stochastic viscosity solution for a class of multivalued stochastic partial differential-integral equations (MSPIDEs, in short).
In this paper we study the randomized non-autonomous complete linear differential equation. The diffusion coefficient and the source term in the differential equation are assumed to be stochastic processes and the initial condition is treated as a random variable on an underlying complete probability space. The solution to this random differential equation is a stochastic process. Any stochastic process is determined by its finite-dimensional joint distributions. In this paper, the main goal is to obtain the probability density function of the solution process (the first finite-dimensional dis…
We present here an elementary example, for every fixed positive integer $k,$ of a strictly stationary nongaussian stochastic process in discrete time, all of whose $k$-marginals are gaussian.
This work is devoted to deriving the Onsager-Machlup action functional for stochastic partial differential equations with (non-Gaussian) Levy process as well as Gaussian Brownian motion. This is achieved by applying the Girsanov transformation for probability measures and then by a path representation. This enables the investigation of the most probable transition path for infinite dimensional stochastic dynamical systems modeled by stochastic partial differential equations, by minimizing the Onsager-Machlup action functional.
In this paper, we establish a small time large deviation principles for the quasilinear parabolic stochastic partial differential equations with multiplicative noise, which are neither monotone nor locally monotone.
We prove the large deviations principle (LDP) for the law of the solutions to a class of semilinear stochastic partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise. Our proof is based on the weak convergence approach and significantly improves earlier methods.
In this paper we investigate a nonlinear stochastic partial differential equation (spde in short) perturbed by a space-correlated Gaussian noise in arbitrary dimension $d\geq1$, with a non-Lipschitz coefficient noisy term. The equation studied coincides in one dimension with the stochastic Burgers equation. Existence of a weak solution is established through an approximation procedure.
In this paper, we establish the existence and uniqueness of invariant measures for a class of semilinear stochastic partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise on a bounded domain. The main results can be applied to SPDEs of various types such as the stochastic Burgers equation and the reaction-diffusion equations perturbed by space-time white noise.
Under general conditions we show that the solution of a stochastic parabolic partial differential equation of the form \[ \partial_t u = \mathrm{div} (A \nabla u) + f(t,x, u) + g_i (t,x,u) \dot{w}^i_t \] is almost surely Hölder continuous in both space and time variables.
In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem of semi-linear degenerate backward stochastic partial differential equations (BSPDEs in short) under general settings without technical assumptions on the coefficients. For the solution of semi-linear degenerate BSPDE, we first give a proof for its existence and uniqueness, as well as regularity. Then the connection between semi-linear degenerate BSPDEs and forward backward stochastic differential equations (FBSDEs in short) is established, which can be regarded as an extension of Feynman-Kac formula to non-Markov frame.
We investigate stochastic Volterra equations and their limiting laws. The stochastic Volterra equations we consider are driven by a Hilbert space valued \Levy noise and integration kernels may have non-linear dependence on the current state of the process. Our method is based on an embedding into a Hilbert space of functions which allows to represent the solution of the Volterra equation as the boundary value of a solution to a stochastic partial differential equation. We first gather abstract results and give more detailed conditions in more specific function spaces.
We prove an existence and uniqueness result for the obstacle problem for quasilinear stochastic integral-partial differential equations. Our method is based on the probabilistic interpretation of the solution using backward doubly SDEs with jumps.
In this paper, we establish a large deviation principle for a type of stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) with locally monotone coefficients driven by Lévy noise. The weak convergence method plays an important role.
Stochastic partial differential equations of second order with two unknown parameters are studied. Based on ergodicity, two suitable families of minimum constrast estimators are introduced. Strong consistency and asymptotic normality of estimators are proved. The results are applied to hyperbolic equations perturbed by Brownian noise.
In this paper, we study a class of stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) driven by space-time fractional noises. Our method consists in studying first the nonlocal SPDEs and showing then the convergence of the family of these equations and the limit gives the solution to the SPDE.
This note is concerned with an important for modelling question of existence of solutions of stochastic partial differential equations as proper stochastic processes, rather than processes in the generalized sense. We consider a first order stochastic partial differential equations of the form $\pd Ut = DW$, and $\pd Ut-\pd Ux= DW$, where $D$ is a differential operator and $W(t,x)$ is a continuous but non-differentiable function (field). We give a necessary and sufficient condition for stochastic equations to have solutions as functions. The result is then applied to the equation for a yield c…
In this paper, we study backward doubly stochastic differential equations driven by Brownian motions and Poisson process (BDSDEP in short) with non-Lipschitz coefficients on random time interval. The probabilistic interpretation for the solutions to a class of quasilinear stochastic partial differential-integral equations (SPDIEs in short) is tthe solutionBDSDEP. Under non-Lipschitz conditions, the existence and uniqueness results for measurable solutions of BDSDEP are established via the smoothing technique. Then, the continuous dependence for solutions of BDSDEP is derived. Finally, the prob…
By using the technique of the Zvonkin's transformation and the classical Khasminkii's time discretization method, we prove the averaging principle for slow-fast stochastic partial differential equations with bounded and Hölder continuous drift coefficients. An example is also provided to explain our result.
In this paper, we study forward-backward doubly stochastic differential equations driven by Brownian motions and Poisson process (FBDSDEP in short). Both the probabilistic interpretation for the solutions to a class of quasilinear stochastic partial differential-integral equations (SPDIEs in short) and stochastic Hamiltonian systems arising in stochastic optimal control problems with random jumps are treated with FBDSDEP. Under some monotonicity assumptions, the existence and uniqueness results for measurable solutions of FBDSDEP are established via a method of continuation. Furthermore, the c…
