Let $n$ be a nonnegative integer, we use ribbon $n-$graph diagrams and the Yamada polynomial skein relations to construct an algebra ${\mathcal Y}_n$ which is shown to be closely related to the Temerley-Lieb Algebra. We extend the Framization of the Temperley-Lieb algebra to Coxeter systems of type $\mathtt{B}$. We first define a natural extension of the classical Temperley-Lieb algebra to Coxeter systems of type $\mathtt{B}$ and prove that such an extension supports a unique linear Markov trace function. In this paper we first present the construction of the new 2-variable classical link invariants arising from the Yokonuma-Hecke algebras ${\rm Y}_{d,n}(q)$, which are not topologically equivalent to the Homflypt polynomial. We determine the image of the braid groups inside the Temperley-Lieb algebras, defined over finite field, in the semisimple case, and for suitably large (but controlable) order of the defining (quantum) parameter. We also prove that, under natural conditions on this parameter, the representations of the Hecke algebras over a finite field are unitary for the action of the braid groups.

In this paper, we solve a problem posed by Rodica Simion regarding type B Gram determinants. We present this in a fashion influenced by the work of W.B.R.Lickorish on Witten-Reshetikhin-Turaev invariants of 3-manifolds. The roots of the determinant were predicted by Dabkowski and Przytycki, and the complete factorization was conjectured by Gefry Barad. This paper studies combinatorial properties of the 'complex of planar injective words', a chain complex of modules over the Temperley-Lieb algebra that arose in our work on homological stability. The Temperley-Lieb algebra is a fundamental component of SU(2) topological quantum field theories. We construct chain complexes corresponding to minimal idempotents in the Temperley-Lieb algebra. Our results apply to the framework which determines Khovanov homology. Consequences of our work include semi-orthogonal decompositions of categorifications of Temperley-Lieb algebras and Postnikov decompositions of all Khovanov tangle invariants.

We construct an equivariant version of annular Khovanov homology via the Frobenius algebra associated with $U(1) \times U(1)$-equivariant cohomology of $\mathbb{CP}^1$.
