There is considered a connection with skew symmetric torsion on a quasi-Kähler manifold with Norden metric. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for the corresponding curvature tensor to be Kählerian. In the case when this tensor is Kählerian, some relations are obtained between its scalar curvature and the scalar curvature of other curvature tensors. Conditions are given for the considered manifolds to be isotropic-Kähler.

Connection with parallel totally skew-symmetric torsion on almost complex manifolds with Norden metric

In the present work we consider an almost complex manifold with Norden metric (i.e. a metric with respect to which the almost complex structure is an antiisometry). On such a manifold we study a linear connection preserving the almost complex structure and the metric and having a totally skew-symmetric torsion tensor. We consider the case when the manifold admits a connection with parallel totally skew-symmetric torsion and the case when such connection has a Kaehler curvature tensor. We get necessary and sufficient conditions for an isotropic Kaehler manifold with Norden metric.

Natural Connections with Totally Skew-Symmetric Torsion on Manifolds with Almost Contact 3-Structure and Metrics of Hermitian-Norden Type

It is considered a differentiable manifold equipped with a pseudo-Riemannian metric and an almost contact 3-struc\-ture so that an almost contact metric structure and two almost contact B-metric structures are generated. On Geometry of Manifolds with Some Tensor Structures and Metrics of Norden Type

The object of study in the present dissertation are some topics in differential geometry of smooth manifolds with additional tensor structures and metrics of Norden type. There are considered four cases depending on the dimension of the manifold: 2n, 2n + 1, 4n and 4n + 3. Associated Nijenhuis Tensors on Manifolds with Almost Hypercomplex Structures and Metrics of Hermitian-Norden Type

An associated Nijenhuis tensor of endomorphisms in the tangent bundle is introduced. Special attention is paid to such tensors for an almost hypercomplex structure and the metric of Hermitian-Norden type. There are studied relations between the six associated Nijenhuis tensors as well as their vanishing. Canonical connection on quasi-Kaehler manifolds with Norden metric

We study the geometry of the canonical connection on a quasi-Kaehler manifold with Norden metric. We consider the cases when the canonical connection has Kaehler curvature tensor and parallel torsion, and derive conditions for an isotropic-Kaehler manifold. We give the relation between the canonical connection, the B-connection, and the connection with totally skew-symmetric torsion on quasi-Kaehler manifolds with Norden metric.

A connection with parallel totally skew-symmetric torsion on a class of almost hypercomplex manifolds with Hermitian and anti-Hermitian metrics

The subject of investigations are the almost hypercomplex manifolds with Hermitian and anti-Hermitian (Norden) metrics. A linear connection D is introduced such that the structure of these manifolds is parallel with respect to D and its torsion is totally skew-symmetric. The class of the nearly Kaehler manifolds with respect to the first almost complex structure is of special interest. It is proved that D has a D-parallel torsion and is weak if it is not flat. Some curvature properties of these manifolds are studied.

Distinguished connections on $(J^{2}=\pm 1)$-metric manifolds

We study several linear connections (the first canonical, the Chern, the well adapted, the Levi Civita, the Kobayashi-Nomizu, the Yano, the Bismut and those with totally skew-symmetric torsion) which can be defined on the four geometric types of $(J^2=\pm1)$-metric manifolds.
