We explore a mechanism of radiative B-L symmetry breaking in analogous to the radiative electroweak symmetry breaking. The breaking scale of B-L symmetry is related to the neutrino masses through the see-saw mechanism. Once we incorporate the U(1)_{B-L} gauge symmetry in SUSY models, the U(1)_{B-L} gaugino appears, and it can mediate the SUSY breaking (Z-prime mediated SUSY breaking) at around the scale of 10^6 GeV. Then we find a links between the neutrino mass (more precisly the see-saw or B-L scale of order 10^{6} GeV) and the Z-prime mediated SUSY breaking scale. It is also very interesting that the gluino at the weak scale becomes relatively light, and almost compressed mass spectra for the gaugino sector can be realized in this scenario, which is very interesting in scope of the LHC.
Motivated by two experimental facts, the muon g-2 anomaly and the observed Higgs boson mass around 125 GeV, we propose a simple model of anomaly mediation, which can be seen as a generalization of mixed modulus-anomaly mediation. In our model, the discrepancy of the muon g-2 and the Higgs boson mass around 125 GeV are easily accommodated. The required mass splitting between the strongly and weakly interacting SUSY particles are naturally achieved by the contribution from anomaly mediation. This model is easily consistent with SU(5) or SO(10) grand unified theory.
We propose a new approach to generate messenger-matter interactions in deflected anomaly mediated SUSY breaking mechanism from typical holomorphic messenger-matter mixing terms in the Kahler potential. This approach is a unique feature of AMSB and has no analog in GMSB-type scenarios. New coupling strengths from the scaling of the (already known) Yukawa couplings always appear in this approach. With messenger-matter interactions in deflected AMSB, we can generate a realistic soft SUSY breaking spectrum for next-to-minimal supersymmetric standard model(NMSSM). Successful electroweak symmetry br…
We examined the viability of new-type charged Q-ball dark matter scenario. We considered the case where the relics can be treated as ordinary ions, to which we applied the observational constraint from MICA experiment, where no trail of heavy ion-like object is observed in $10^9$ years old ancient muscovite mica. We have found that the allowed parameter region exists but is smaller than the neutral Q-ball dark matter case. We have also discussed whether our scenario is actually consistent with Affleck-Dine mechanism.
Radiatively generated neutrino masses ($m_ν$) are proportional to supersymmetry (SUSY) breaking, as a result of the SUSY non-renormalisation theorem. In this work, we investigate the space of SUSY radiative seesaw models with regard to their dependence on SUSY breaking ($\require{cancel}\cancel{\text{SUSY}}$). In addition to contributions from sources of $\cancel{\text{SUSY}}$ that are involved in electroweak symmetry breaking ($\cancel{\text{SUSY}}_\text{EWSB}$ contributions), and which are manifest from $\langle F^\dagger_H \rangle = μ\langle \bar H \rangle \neq 0$ and $\langle D \rangle = g…
A radiative natural SUSY spectrum are proposed in the deflected anomaly mediation scenario with general messenger-matter interactions. Due to the contributions from the new interactions, positive slepton masses as well as a large |A_t| term can naturally be obtained with either sign of deflection parameter and few messenger species (thus avoid the possible Landau pole problem). In this scenario, in contrast to the ordinary (radiative) natural SUSY scenario with under-abundance of dark matter (DM), the DM can be the mixed bino-higgsino and have the right relic density. The 125 GeV Higgs mass ca…
A novel realization of the gravity-mediated SUSY breaking is presented taking into account a continuous global R symmetry. Consistently with it, we employ a linear superpotential for the hidden sector superfield and a Kaehler potential parameterizing the SU(1,1)/U(1) Kaehler manifold with constant curvature -1/2. The classical vacuum energy vanishes without unnatural fine tuning and non-vanishing soft SUSY-breaking parameters, of the order of the gravitino mass, arise. A solution to the mu problem of MSSM may be also achieved by conveniently applying the Giudice-Masiero mechanism. The potentia…
The paper addresses the effects of the variations of the SUSY breaking scale $m_s$ in the range (2-14) TeV on the three neutrino masses and mixings, in running the renormalization group equations (RGEs) for different input values of high energy seesaw scale $M_R$, in both normal and inverted hierarchical neutrino mass models. The present investigation is a continuation of the earlier works based on the variation of $m_s$ scale. Two approaches are adopted one after another - bottom-up approach for running gauge and Yukawa couplings from low to high energy scale, followed by the top-down approac…
