Using the Gaussian-03 for ab initio calculations, we have studied interaction of different acid molecules with a single water molecule. The molecular and supermolecular optimized structures were found with the Becke-3-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP-hybrid potential) calculations of density-functional theory (DFT) methods as well as the Moeller-Plesset second-order perturbation theory, using the basis set of Aug-cc-pVDZ quality and the CRENBL ECP effective core potential for molecules containing heavy iodine atom. Possible isomers of studied acids and supermolecules, consisting of acid molecules coupled with a single water molecule, are shown. Energies, zero-point energies (ZPEs), thermal enthalpies and free energies, as well as the corresponding binding energies for the theoretical methods were calculated. It was found that optimized structures of supermolecular isomers with lowest energies corresponding to the global minimum on the potential energy surfaces can be different for both theories. The simplest structure acids H2S and H2Se, forming acid-water supermolecules, can give clear evidence of disagreement of the two theoretical methods concerning optimization of lowest energy structures, because the B3LYP-DFT method gives the lowest-energy structure for the first supermolecular isomer, but the MP2 method for the second possible isomer. A dramatic difference between potential energy surfaces for both theories applying to the optimized structure finding of the H2SO3-H2O supermolecular isomers was found, because MP2 supermolecular geometries cannot exist for the corresponding B3LYP-DFT ones, for which the frequency characteristics of the supermolecular isomers were also calculated. In general, the binding energies and ZPE ones for the MP2 method are 10-15% larger than those for the B3LYP-DFT method.
Four cluster models for a copper(I)oxide (111) surface have been designed, of which three were studied with respect to their applicability in density functional calculations in the general gradient approximation. Formic acid adsorption on these systems was modelled and yielded four different adsorption structures, of which two were found to have a high adsorption energy. The energetically most favourable adsorption structure was further investigated with respect to its decomposition and a few reactions with adsorbed H and OH species using synchronous transit methods to estimate reaction barrie…

In this paper, we discuss the dissociative electron attachment process in Formic Acid and Propyl Amine. These are molecules containing more than one functional group and have low symmetry (Cs group). We measured the kinetic energy and angular distributions of fragment H^{-} ions from the resonances observed in these molecules and compared with that in the precursor molecules, namely - Water, Ammonia and Methane. Measurements suggest that the dissociation dynamics in bigger molecules are independent of overall symmetry of the molecule, rather depend only on the local symmetry of functional grou…
An increasing number of large molecules have been positively identified in space. Many of these molecules are of biological interest and thus provide insight into prebiotic organic chemistry in the protoplanetary nebula. Among these molecules, acetic acid is of particular importance due to its structural proximity to glycine, the simplest amino acid. We compute electronic and vibrational properties of acetic acid and its isomers, methyl formate and glycolaldehyde, using density functional theory. From computed photo-absorption cross-sections, we obtain the corresponding photo-absorption rates …
Photo-acid generators (PAGs) are compounds that release acids ($H^+$ ions) when exposed to light. These compounds are critical components of the photolithography processes that are used in the manufacture of semiconductor logic and memory chips. The exponential increase in the demand for semiconductors has highlighted the need for discovering novel photo-acid generators. While de novo molecule design using deep generative models has been widely employed for drug discovery and material design, its application to the creation of novel photo-acid generators poses several unique challenges, such a…
We evaluated the total electron chirality in alanine, serine, and valine, which are molecules that have chiral structures. Previously, it has been considered that the total electron chirality of molecules composed of only light elements cannot be computed within usual computational conditions of relativistic four-component wave functions. In this work, it is shown that the total electron chirality can be calculated if some diffuse functions are added to Gaussian basis sets. This is demonstrated for the H$_2$O$_2$ molecule. By adding diffuse Gaussian functions to basis sets, the total electron …
Kinetics of collision-sticking processes between vapor molecules and molecular clusters of low volatile compounds facilitates the initial steps of atmospheric clustering. Conventional theoretical models are quite inaccurate due to the neglection of long-range interactions that essentially govern the kinetics of these microscopic phenomena. Here, we present a consistent and generic theoretical model for evaluating collision rates between molecules and molecular clusters with intermolecular potentials properly incorporated. The model requires solely the elementary molecule-molecule potential as …
The electric dipole moments of $(H_{2}O)_{n}DCl$ ($n=3-9$) clusters have been measured by the beam deflection method. Reflecting the (dynamical) charge distribution within the system, the dipole moment contributes information about the microscopic structure of nanoscale solvation. The addition of a DCl molecule to a water cluster results in a strongly enhanced susceptibility. There is evidence for a noticeable rise in the dipole moment occurring at $n\approx5-6$. This size is consistent with predictions for the onset of ionic dissociation. Additionally, a molecular dynamics model suggests that…
Thioformic acid (TFA) is the sulfur analog of formic acid, the simplest organic acid. It has three analogues HCOSH, HCSOH, and HCSSH, each of them having two rotational isomeric (rotameric) forms: trans and cis where the trans form is energetically more stable. In this article, we study computational energetics and anharmonic vibrational spectrum of TFA including overtone and combination vibrations. We also studied experimental photoisomerization and photodecomposition channels of HCOSH molecules with different wavelengths. We suggest that TFA is a potential sulfur containing candidate molecul…
We calculate harmonic frequencies of the three most abundant carbonic acid conformers. For this, different model chemistries are investigated with respect to their benefits and shortcomings. Based on these results we use perturbation theory to calculate anharmonic corrections at the ωB97XD/aug-cc-pVXZ, X=D,T,Q, level of theory and compare them with recent experimental data and theoretical predictions. A discrete variable representation method is used to predict the large anharmonic contributions to the frequencies of the stretching vibrations in the hydrogen bonds in the carbonic acid dimer. M…
We present a two-state empirical valence bond (EVB) potential describing interactions between sulphuric acid and water molecules and designed to model proton transfer between them within a classical dynamical framework. The potential has been developed in order to study the properties of molecular clusters of these species, which are thought to be relevant to atmospheric aerosol nucleation. The particle swarm optimisation method has been used to fit the parameters of the EVB model to density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Features of the parametrised model and DFT data are compared and …
Water clusters embedding a nitric acid molecule HNO3(H2O)_{n=1-10} are investigated via electrostatic deflection of a molecular beam. We observe large paraelectric susceptibilities that greatly exceed the electronic polarizability, revealing the contribution of permanent dipole moments. The moments derived from the data are also significantly higher than those of pure water clusters. An enhancement in the susceptibility for n=5,6 and a rise in cluster abundances setting in at n=6 suggest that dissociation of the solvated acid molecule into ions takes place in this size range.
The present study of small molecules containing silicon has been motivated by (a) the considerable interest being shown currently in the kinetics and reactivity of such molecules, and (b) the biotechnological potential of silicon-derivate surfaces as substrates in the adsorption of, for instance, amino acids and proteins. Therefore, we have studied by (i) a semi-empirical approach and (ii) an ab initio procedure employing low-order Moller-Plesset perturbation theory, the molecular correlation energies of some neutral closed and open shell silicon-containing molecules in the series SiXnYm. Proc…
Photoluminescence spectra of YVO$_{4}$:Eu$^{3+}$ nanoparticles are presented, with and without the attachment of of organic linker molecules that are proposed for linking to biomolecules. YVO$_{4}$:Eu$^{3+}$ nanoparticles with 5% dopant concentration were synthesized by wet chemical synthesis. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy show the expected wakefieldite structure of tetragonal particles with an average size of 17 nm. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy determines that metal-carboxylate coordination is successful in replacing the native metal-hydroxyl bonds with thre…
Reducing the coefficient of boundary friction on steel surfaces is one of key technologies to improve the efficiency of machines such as automotive engines. It has been shown that the boundary friction on nanostructured steel surfaces in the sliding test using hydrocarbon lubricant molecules is smaller than the friction of normal steel surfaces. The main difference between the nanostructured and a normal surfaces is the density of grain boundaries and other surface defects. The surface defect can attract lubricant molecules and enhance lubricating film formation on metal surfaces. This can be …
Reliable quantum chemical methods for the description of molecules with dense-lying frontier orbitals are needed in the context of many chemical compounds and reactions. Here, we review developments that led to our newcomputational toolbo x which implements the quantum chemical density matrix renormalization group in a second-generation algorithm. We present an overview of the different components of this toolbox.
London-van der Waals dispersion forces are a fundamental component of condensed matter systems, biological processes, and self-assembly. In this letter we propose a method to calculate the C6 coefficients that characterize dispersion forces in the non-retarded regime for molecules in a coherent superposition of excited states. Several ultrafast femtosecond pump-probe schemes are investigated. We apply the method to LiH molecules and show that their London-van der Waals interaction can change dramatically after the interaction with the pump pulse. The pulse modulates the C6 coefficients, and th…
We have investigated the potential energy surfaces for alanine chains consisting of three and six amino acids. For these molecules we have calculated potential energy surfaces as a function of the Ramachandran angles Phi and Psi, which are widely used for the characterization of the polypeptide chains. These particular degrees of freedom are essential for the characterization of proteins folding process. Calculations have been carried out within ab initio theoretical framework based on the density functional theory and accounting for all the electrons in the system. We have determined stable c…
Acid ionization in aprotic media is studied using Molecular Dynamics techniques. In particular, models for HCl ionization in acetonitrile and dimethylsulfoxide are investigated. The proton is treated quantum mechanically using Feynman path integral methods and the remaining molecules are treated classically. Quantum effects are shown to be essential for the proper treatment of the ionization. The potential of mean force is computed as a function of the ion pair separation and the local solvent structure is examined. The computed dissociation constants in both solvents differ by several orders …
Lanthanide-based single-ion magnetic molecules can have large magnetic hyperfine interactions as well as large magnetic anisotropy. Recent experimental studies reported tunability of these properties by changes of chemical environments or by application of external stimuli for device applications. In order to provide insight onto the origin and mechanism of such tunability, here we investigate the magnetic hyperfine and nuclear quadrupole interactions for $^{159}$Tb nucleus in TbPc$_2$ (Pc=phthalocyanine) single-molecule magnets using multireference ab-initio methods including spin-orbit inter…
DNA is the most important biological molecule, and its hydration contributes essentially to the structure and functions of the double helix. We analyze the microhydration of the individual bases of nucleic acids and their methyl derivatives using methods of molecular mechanics (MM) with the Poltev-Malenkov (PM), AMBER and OPLS force fields, as well as ab initio Quantum Mechanics (QM) calculations at MP2/6-31G(d,p) level of theory. A comparison is made between the calculated interaction energies and the experimental enthalpies of microhydration of bases, obtained from mass spectrometry at low t…
Interstellar complex organic molecules (COMs) are commonly observed during star formation, and are proposed to form through radical chemistry in icy grain mantles. Reactions between ions and neutral molecules in ices may provide an alternative cold channel to complexity, as ion-neutral reactions are thought to have low or even no energy barriers. Here we present a study of a the kinetics and mechanisms of a potential ion-generating acid-base reaction between NH$_{3}$ and HCOOH to form the salt NH$_{4}^{+}$HCOO$^{-}$. We observe salt growth at temperatures as low as 15K, indicating that this re…
The adsorption of the chiral molecule lactic acid on chiral Pt surfaces is studied by Density Functional Theory calculations. First we study the adsorption of L-lactic acid on the flat Pt(111) surface. Using the oPBE-vdW functional which includes van der Waals forces on an ab initio level, it is shown that the molecule has two binding sites, a carboxyl and the hydroxyl oxygen atoms. Since real chiral surfaces are (i) known to undergo thermal roughening that alters the distribution of kinks and step edges but not the overall chirality and (ii) kink sites and edge sites are usually the energetic…
Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy is a useful technique for characterizing chiral molecules. It is more sensitive than total absorption to molecule conformation, and it is routinely used to identify enantiomers. We present here a first principles implementation of CD with application to three cyclo-dipeptides. Our CD approach for molecules has been integrated in the 5.0 release of the Yambo code [1], distributed under GPL.
We investigate the energetics of the atom exchange reaction in the SrF+alkali-metal atom and CaF+alkali-metal atom systems. Such reactions are possible only for collisions of SrF and CaF with the lithium atoms, while they are energetically forbidden for other alkali-metal atoms. Specifically, we focus on SrF interacting with Li, Rb, and Sr atoms and use ab initio methods to demonstrate that the SrF+Li and SrF+Sr reactions are barrierless. We present potential energy surfaces for the interaction of the SrF molecule with the Li, Rb, and Sr atoms in their energetically lowest-lying electronic spi…
The accurate prediction of singlet and triplet excitation energies is of significant fundamental interest and is critical for many applications. An area of intense research, most calculations of singlet and triplet energies use time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) in conjunction with an approximate exchange-correlation functional. In this work, we examine and critically assess an alternative method for predicting low-lying neutral excitations with similar computational cost, the ab initio Bethe-Salpeter equation (BSE) approach, and compare results against high-accuracy wavefunction…
For the prototypical diatomic-molecule - diatomic molecule interactions H2-HX and H2-X2, where X = F, Cl, Br, quantum-chemical ab initio calculations are carried out on grids of the configuration space, which permit a spherical-harmonics representation of the potential energy surfaces (PESs). Dimer geometries are considered for sets of representative leading configurations, and the PESs are analyzed in terms of isotropic and anisotropic contributions. The leading configurations are individuated by selecting a minimal set of mutual orientations of molecules needed to build the spherical-harmoni…
Monomolecular drug carriers based on calix[n]-arenes and -resorcinarenes containing the interior cavity can enhance the affinity and specificity of the osteoporosis inhibitor drug zoledronate (ZOD). In this work we investigate the suitability of nine different calix[4]-arenes and -resorcinarenes based macrocycles as hosts for the ZOD guest molecule by conducting {\it ab initio} density functional theory calculations for structures and energetics of eighteen different host-guest complexes. For the optimized molecular structures of the free, phosphonated, sulfonated calix[4]-arenes and -resorcin…
Electronic structure enhancement factors of simultaneous parity and time-reversal violation ($\mathcal{P,T}$-violation) caused by an electric dipole moment of the electron (eEDM) and scalar-pseudoscalar nucleon-electron current (SPNEC) interactions are reported for various metal mono-hydroxides, several of which are considered laser--coolable and promising candidates for an eEDM measurement. Electronic structure enhancements are calculated \textit{ab initio} within zeroth order regular approximation (ZORA) for CaOH, SrOH, BaOH, RaOH and YbOH. Scaling behavior with respect to nuclear charge num…
We introduce a simple scheme to efficiently compute photon exchange-correlation contributions due to the coupling to transversal photons as formulated in the newly developed quantum-electrodynamical density functional theory (QEDFT). Our construction employs the optimized-effective potential (OEP) approach by means of the Sternheimer equation to avoid the explicit calculation of unoccupied states. We demonstrate the efficiency of the scheme by applying it to an exactly solvable GaAs quantum ring model system, a single azulene molecule, and chains of sodium dimers, all located in optical caviti…
Aqueous solutions provide a medium for many important reactions in chemical synthesis, industrial processes, environmental chemistry, and biological functions. It is an accepted fact that aqueous solvents can be direct participants to the reaction process and not act only as simple passive dielectrics. Assisting water molecules and proton wires are thus essential for the efficiency of many reactions. Here we study the decomposition of urea into ammonia and isocyanic acid by means of enhanced ab initio molecular dynamics simulations. We highlight the role of the solvent molecules and their inte…
Smectite clays are hydrated layer silicates that, like micas, occur naturally in abundance. Importantly, they have readily modifiable interlayer spaces that provide excellent sites for nanochemistry. Vermiculite is one such smectite clay and in the presence of small chain-length alkyl-NH3Cl ions, forms sensitive, 1-D ordered model clay systems with expandable nano-pore inter-layer regions. These inter-layers readily adsorb organic molecules. N-propyl NH3Cl vermiculite clay gels were used to determine the adsorption of alanine, lysine and histidine by chiral HPLC. The results show that during r…
Recently, the bond lengths of the molecular components of nucleic acids and of caffeine and related molecules were shown to be sums of the appropriate covalent radii of the adjacent atoms. Thus, each atom was shown to have its specific contribution to the bond length. This enabled establishing their atomic structures for the first time. In this work, the known bond lengths for amino acids and the peptide bond are similarly shown to be sums of the atomic covalent radii. Based on this result, the atomic structures of all the twenty essential amino acids and a tripeptide have been presented.
The predictive power of the ab initio Bethe-Salpeter equation (BSE) approach, rigorously based on many-body Green's function theory but incorporating information from density functional theory, has already been demonstrated for the optical gaps and spectra of solid-state systems. Interest in photoactive hybrid organic/inorganic systems has recently increased, and so has the use of the BSE for computing neutral excitations of organic molecules. However, no systematic benchmarks of the BSE for neutral electronic excitations of organic molecules exist. Here, we study the performance of the BSE fo…
In the present work, molecular dynamics study of diffusion of Gamma Aminobutyric acid in water at different temperatures 298.2 K, 303.2 K, 313.2 K, 323.2 K, 333.2 K have been performed. The solute and solvent is modeled using OPLS AA platform. The structure of the system is analyzed using RDF of different atom or molecule pairs. In all the cases, at least two or more peaks were obtained which suggests appreciable amount of interaction between atoms and molecules. The self diffusion coefficient of GABA and water is calculated from mean square displacement (MSD) plot using Einstein's relation. B…
We study the efficiency, precision and accuracy of all-electron variational and diffusion quantum Monte Carlo calculations using Slater basis sets. Starting from wave functions generated by Hartree-Fock and density functional theory, we describe an algorithm to enforce the electron-nucleus cusp condition by linear projection. For the 55 molecules in the G2 set, the diffusion quantum Monte Carlo calculations recovers an average of 95% of the correlation energy and reproduces bond energies to a mean absolute deviation of 3.2 kcal/mol. Comparing the individual total energies with essentially exac…
We perform a systematic investigation of the electronic properties of the $^2Σ^+$ ground state of Li-alkaline-earth dimers. These molecules are proposed as possible candidates for quantum simulation of lattice-spin models. We apply powerful quantum chemistry coupled-cluster methods with large basis sets to calculate potential energies, permanent dipole moment, and electron density distributions for LiBe, LiMg, LiCa, LiSr, and LiYb. Our results reveal a surprising irregularity in the dissociation energy and bond length with an increase in the reduced mass of the molecule. At the same time the p…
The properties of the electronic ground state of the polar and paramagnetic europium-$S$-state-atom molecules have been investigated. Ab initio techniques have been applied to compute the potential energy curves for the europium-alkali-metal-atom, Eu$X$ ($X$=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs), europium-alkaline-earth-metal-atom, Eu$Y$ ($Y$=Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), and europium-ytterbium, EuYb, molecules in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation for the high-spin electronic ground state. The spin restricted open-shell coupled cluster method restricted to single, double, and noniterative triple excitations, RCCSD(T), w…
We study the binding pattern of the amino acid alanine on the naturally chiral Pt surfaces Pt(531), Pt(321) and Pt(643). These surfaces are all vicinal to the {111} direction but have different local environments of their kink sites and are thus a model for realistic roughened Pt surfaces. Alanine has only a single methyl group attached to its chiral center, which makes the number of possible binding conformations computationally tractable. Additionally, only the amine and carboxyl group are expected to interact strongly with the Pt substrate. On Pt(531) we study the molecule in its pristine a…
Irradiation of a molecular system by an intense laser field can trigger dynamics of both electronic and nuclear subsystems. The lighter electrons usually move on much faster, attosecond time scale but the slow nuclear rearrangement damps ultrafast electronic oscillations, leading to the decoherence of the electronic dynamics within a few femtoseconds. We show that a simple, single-trajectory semiclassical scheme can evaluate the electronic coherence time in polyatomic molecules accurately by demonstrating an excellent agreement with full-dimensional quantum calculations. In contrast to numeric…
Most {\em ab initio} calculations on fullerene molecules have been carried out based on the paradigm of the Hückel model. This is consistent with the restricted nature of the independent-particle model underlying such calculations, even in single-reference-based correlated approaches. On the other hand, previous works on some of these molecules using model Hamiltonians have clearly indicated the importance of short-range inter-atomic spin-spin correlations. In this work, we consider {\em ab initio} non-collinear Hartree--Fock (HF) solutions for representative fullerene systems: the bowl, cage,…
Density functional theory and ab initio methods have been employed to address the impacts of hydroxyl (OH) group substitutions on the physico-chemical properties of levodopa (or L-dopa) against the natural amino acids, phenylalanine and tyrosine. L-dopa, which is an important therapeutic drug for Parkinson's disease, shares structural homology with the amino acids, whose structures differ only by OH substitutions in their phenyl side chains. It is revealed that the backbone geometries of the aromatic molecules do not show apparent OH-dependent differences; however, their other molecular-level …
The spectra (rotational, rotation-vibrational or electronic) of diatomic molecules due to transitions involving only closed-shell ($^1Σ$) electronic states follow very regular, simple patterns and their theoretical analysis is usually straightforward. On the other hand, open-shell electronic states lead to more complicated spectral patterns and, moreover, often appear as a manifold of closely lying electronic states, leading to perturbations with even larger complexity. This is especially true when at least one of the atoms is a transition metal. Traditionally these complex cases have been ana…
Structures and minimum molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) distributions in anacardic acid and some of its derivatives have been studied by full geometry optimization at the M06-2X/6-31G(d,p), WB97XD/6-31G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) levels of density functional theory (DFT) in gas phase as well as in DMSO and aqueous solutions. Solvent effect was treated employing the integral equation formalism of the polarizable continuum model. Effects of modifications of the C1-side chain on the minimum MEP values in various regions were studied. Minimum MEP values near the oxygen atoms of the C2-OH gro…
Ultracold polar and magnetic ${}^{23}$Na${}^6$Li molecules in the rovibrational ground state of the lowest triplet $a^3Σ^+$ electronic state have been recently produced. Here, we calculate the electronic and rovibrational structure of these 14-electron molecules with spectroscopic accuracy ($<0.5\,$cm$^{-1}$) using state-of-the-art ab initio methods of quantum chemistry. We employ the hierarchy of the coupled-cluster wave functions and Gaussian basis sets extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. We show that the inclusion of higher-level excitations, core-electron correlation, relativisti…
Relativistic ab initio study on the spectroscopic and radiative properties of the lowest states and modeling of the optical cycles for the LiFr molecule
Polyphenols are natural molecules of crucial importance in many applications, of which tannic acid (TA) is one of the most abundant and established. Most high-value applications require precise control of TA interactions with the system of interest. However, the molecular structure of TA is still not comprehended at the atomic level, of which all electronic and reactivity properties depend. Here, we combine an enhanced sampling global optimization method with density functional theory (DFT)-based calculations to explore the conformational space of TA assisted by unsupervised machine learning v…
We formulate the theory for a diatomic molecule in a spatially degenerate electronic state interacting with a non-resonant laser field and investigate its rovibrational structure in the presence of the field. We report on \textit{ab initio} calculations employing the double electron attachment intermediate Hamiltonian Fock space coupled cluster method restricted to single and double excitations for all electronic states of the Rb$_2$ molecule up to $5s+5d$ dissociation limit of about 26.000$\,$cm$^{-1}$. In order to correctly predict the spectroscopic behavior of Rb$_2$, we have also calculate…
A better understanding of sulphur chemistry is needed to solve the interstellar sulphur depletion problem. A way to achieve this goal is to study new S-bearing molecules in the laboratory, obtaining accurate rest frequencies for an astronomical search. We focus on dithioformic acid, HCSSH, which is the sulphur analogue of formic acid. The aim of this study is to provide an accurate line list of the two HCSSH $trans$ and $cis$ isomers in their electronic ground state and a comprehensive centrifugal distortion analysis with an extension of measurements in the millimetre and submillimetre range. …
The anisotropic feature of charge transfer reactions in realistic proteins cannot be ignored, due to the highly complex chemical structure of bio-molecules. In this work, we have performed the first large-scale quantitative assessment of charge transfer preference in protein complexes by calculating the charge transfer couplings in all 20*20 possible amino acid side chain combinations, which are extracted from available high-quality structures of thousands of protein complexes. The charge transfer database quantitatively shows distinct features of charge transfer couplings among millions of am…
It has recently been argued that atoms and molecules may become good targets of determining neutrino parameters still undetermined, if atomic/molecular process is enhanced by a new kind of coherence. We compute photon energy spectrum rate arising from coherent radiative neutrino pair emission processes of metastable excited states of I$_2$ and its iso-valent molecules, $|Av \rangle \rightarrow |Xv' \rangle + γ+ ν_iν_j$ and $|A'v \rangle \rightarrow |Xv' \rangle + γ+ ν_iν_j$ with $γ$ an IR photon and $ν_{i(j)}$ $i(j)-$th neutrino mass eigenstates, and show how fundamental neutrino parameters ma…
