We analyze a scalar potential of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) with neutrino mass operators along Unbounded-From-Below (UFB) and Color and/or Charged Breaking (CCB) directions. A detailed investigation of hybrid inflation and the subsequent reheating process is performed within a mu problem solving supersymmetric model based on a left-right symmetric gauge group. The process of baryogenesis via leptogenesis is especially studied. For mu and tau neutrino masses consistent with the small angle MSW resolution of the solar neutrino problem and the recent results of the SuperKamiokande experiment, we show that maximal mu-tau neutrino mixing can be achieved. The required value of the relevant coupling constant is, however, quite small (of the order 10^{-6}).

We investigate a single scalar neutrino production at the upgraded HERA with high luminosity in the framework of an R-parityviolating supersymmetric model. We find that the scalar neutrino with mass around 100GeV could be observed through investigating the multilepton production process e- p -> mu- sneutrino(tau) X -> mu- (e- mu+) X. The signal would be characterized by mu+ and e- with high transverse momentum as well as a sharp peak in the invariant mass M(e-,mu+) distribution.

The lightest supersymmetric particle may decay with branching ratios that correlate with neutrino oscillation parameters. In this case the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) has the potential to probe the atmospheric neutrino mixing angle with sensitivity competitive to its low-energy determination by underground experiments. Under realistic detection assumptions, we identify the necessary conditions for the experiments at CERN's LHC to probe the simplest scenario for neutrino masses induced by minimal supergravity with bilinear R parity violation.

Massive neutrinos are a generic prediction of SO(10), and models of unification cry for supersymmetry. Since we have a rather detailed information on neutrino and charged fermion masses, the real question is: how/whether it is possible to build a SO(10) supersymmetric model, that correctly incorporates fermion masses. We show that a simple construction is possible in the context of a minimal theory. We concentrate on the two heaviest generations, discuss the predictions of the model, and briefly comment on open questions.

We consider the supersymmetric extension of the 3-3-1 model with right-handed neutrinos. We study the mass spectra in the scalar and pseudoscalar sectors, and for a given set of the input parameters, we find that the lightest scalar in the model has a mass of 130 GeV and the lightest pseudoscalar has mass of 5 GeV. However, this pseudoscalar decouples from the $Z^0$ at high energy scales since it is almost a singlet under $SU(2)_L\otimes U(1)_Y$.

In such model for significant region of the parameters right-handed tau sneutrino is the lightest superparticle and right-handed charged tau slepton is the next to lightest superparticle. A simple mechanism to generate Dirac masses for the neutrinos in SU(5) supersymmetric grand unified theory is proposed. The tiny Dirac masses are induced by the small mixing between the Higgs fields and another superheavy fields. The mixing terms are obtained by the same mechanism as the mu-term generation of the order of the supersymmetry breaking scale, so that the mixing of order TeV / M_GUT \sim 10^{-13} is realized.
