Optically-dressed resonant Auger processes induced by high-intensity x rays

We have unveiled coherent multiphoton interferences originating from different quantum paths taken by the Auger electron induced by a high-intensity x-ray/XUV pulse under the presence of a strong optical field. Two-mode squeezed states are scalable and robust entanglement resources for continuous-variable and hybrid quantum information protocols at a distance. We consider the effect of a linear cross talk in the multimode distribution of two-mode squeezed states propagating through parallel similar channels.
