The derivation algebras, automorphism groups and second cohomology groups of the generalized loop Schrödinger-Virasoro algebras are completely determined in this paper.
A category of coefficients for Hopf cyclic cohomology is defined. It is shown that this category has two proper subcategories of which the smallest one is the known category of stable anti Yetter-Drinfeld modules. The middle subcategory is comprised of those coefficients which satisfy a generalized SAYD condition depending on both the Hopf algebra and the (co)algebra in question. Some examples are introduced to show that these three categories are different. It is shown that all components of Hopf cyclic cohomology work well with the new coefficients we have defined.

We construct N-complexes of non completely antisymmetric irreducible tensor fields on $\mathbb R^D$ generalizing thereby the usual complex (N=2) of differential forms. These complexes arise naturally in the description of higher spin gauge fields. Although, for $N\geq 3$, the generalized cohomology of these N-complexes is non trivial, we prove a generalization of the Poincaré lemma. Several results which appeared in various contexts are shown to be particular cases of this generalized Poincaré lemma.
Newly introduced generalized Poisson structures based on suitable skew-symmetric contravariant tensors of even order are discussed in terms of the Schouten-Nijenhuis bracket. Three new knot invariants are defined using cocycles of the generalized quandle homology theory that was proposed by Andruskiewitsch and Graña. We specialize that theory to the case when there is a group action on the coefficients. First, quandle modules are used to generalize Burau representations and Alexander modules for classical knots.
