Rogawski's conjecture on the Jantzen filtration for the degenerate affine Hecke algebra of type A

The functors constructed by Arakawa and the author relate the representation theory of gl_n and that of the degenerate affine Hecke algebra H_l of GL_l. They transform the Verma modules over gl_n to the standard modules over H_l. They transform the simple modules to the simple modules. We also prove that they transform the Jantzen filtration on the Verma modules to that on the standard modules. We obtain the following results for the representations of H_l by translating the corresponding results for gl_n through the functors: (i) the (generalized) Bernstein-Gelfand-Gelfand resolution for a certain class of simple modules, (ii) the multiplicity formula for the composition series of the standard modules, and (iii) its refinement concerning the Jantzen filtration on the standard modules, which was conjectured by Rogawski.

Graded decomposition matrices of v-Schur algebras via Jantzen filtration

Generalised Jantzen filtration of Lie superalgebras I

A Jantzen type filtration for generalised Varma modules of Lie superalgebras is introduced. In the case of type I Lie superalgebras, it is shown that the generalised Jantzen filtration for any Kac module is the unique Loewy filtration, and the decomposition numbers of the layers of the filtration are determined by the coefficients of inverse Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials. On decomposition numbers with Jantzen filtration of cyclotomic $q$-Schur algebras

Let $\Sc(\vL)$ be the cyclotomic $q$-Schur algebra associated to the Ariki-Koike algebra $\He_{n,r}$, introduced by Dipper-James-Mathas. Positive Jantzen sum formulas for cyclotomic Hecke algebras

We prove a ``positive'' Jantzen sum formula for the Specht modules of the cyclotomic Hecke algebras of type~$A$. That is, in the Grothendieck group, we show that the sum of the pieces of the Jantzen filtration is equal to an explicit non-negative linear combination of modules $E^ν_{f,e}$, which are modular reductions of simple modules for closely connected Hecke algebras in characteristic zero. The coefficient of $E^ν_{f,e}$ in the sum formula is determined by the graded decomposition numbers in characteristic zero, which are known, and the characteristic of the field. Twisted Verma modules

Using principal series Harish-Chandra modules, local cohomology with support in Schubert cells and twisting functors we construct certain modules parametrized by the Weyl group and a highest weight in the subcategory O of the category of representations of a complex semisimple Lie algebra. These are in a sense modules between a Verma module and its dual. We prove that the three different approaches lead to the same modules. Moreover, we demonstrate that they possess natural Jantzen type filtrations with corresponding sum formulae.
