Morava $E$-theory $E$ is an $E_\infty$-ring with an action of the Morava stabilizer group $Γ$. We study the derived stack $\operatorname{Spf} E/Γ$. Descent-theoretic techniques allow us to deduce a theorem of Hopkins-Mahowald-Sadofsky on the $K(n)$-local Picard group, as well as a recent result of Barthel-Beaudry-Stojanoska on the Anderson duals of higher real $K$-theories.
We prove a topological version of abelian duality where the gauge groups are finite abelian. The theories are finite homotopy TFTs, topological analogues of the $p$-form $U(1)$ gauge theories. Using Brown-Comenetz duality, we extend the duality to finite homotopy TFTs of $π$-finite spectra.

We prove that the symmetric monoidal category of mixed motives generated by an abelian variety (more generally, an abelian scheme) can be described as a certain module category. More precisely, we describe it as the category of quasi-coherent complexes over a derived quotient stack constructed from a motivic algebra of the abelian variety. We study the cohomology properties of the singular foliation $\F$ determined by an action $Φ\colon G \times M\to M$ where the abelian Lie group $G$ preserves a riemannian metric on the compact manifold $M$. We present a full description of the weak morphisms in terms of diagrams we call butterflies. We give a complete description of the resulting bicategory of crossed modules, which we show is fibered and biequivalent to the 2-stack of 2-group stacks.
