Monodromy of trigonometric KZ equations

The famous Drinfeld-Kohno theorem for simple Lie algebras states that the monodromy representation of the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations for these Lie algebras expresses explicitly via R-matrices of the corresponding Drinfeld-Jimbo quantum groups. This result was generalized by the second author to simple Lie superalgebras of type A-G. In this paper, we generalize the Drinfeld-Kohno theorem to the case of the trigonometric Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations for simple Lie superalgebras of type A-G. The equations contain a classical r-matrix on the Lie superalgebra, and the answer expresses through the quantum R-matrix of the corresponding quantum group. The proof is based on the quantization theory for Lie bialgebras developed by the first author and D. Kazhdan.

Monodromy of the trigonometric Casimir connection for sl_2

We show that the monodromy of the trigonometric Casimir connection on the tensor product of evaluation modules of the Yangian Ysl_2 is described by the quantum Weyl group operators of the quantum loop algebra U_h(Lsl_2). Cyclic monodromy matrices for sl(n) trigonometric R-matrices

The algebra of monodromy matrices for sl(n) trigonometric R-matrices is studied. It is shown that a generic finite-dimensional polynomial irreducible representation of this algebra is equivalent to a tensor product of L-operators. Cocommutativity of representations is discussed. Central elements of the elliptic $Z_n$ monodromy matrix algebra at roots of unity

The central elements of the algebra of monodromy matrices associated with the $\mathbb{Z}_n$ R-matrix are studied. When the crossing parameter $w$ takes a special rational value $w=\frac{n}{N}$, where $N$ and $n$ are positive coprime integers, the center is substantially larger than that in the generic case for which the "quantum determinant" provides the center. In the trigonometric limit, the situation corresponds to the quantum group at roots of unity. This is a higher rank generalization of the recent results by Belavin and Jimbo.

The trigonometric Casimir connection of a simple Lie algebra

Let g be a complex, semisimple Lie algebra, G the corresponding simply-connected Lie group and H a maximal torus in G. We construct a flat connection on H with logarithmic singularities on the root hypertori and values in the Yangian Y(g) of g. By analogy with the rational Casimir connection of g, we conjecture that the monodromy of this trigonometric connection is described by the quantum Weyl group operators of the quantum loop algebra U_h(Lg).

Solutions of Trigonometric KZ Equations satisfy Dynamical Difference Equations

The trigonometric KZ equations associated to a Lie algebra \g depend on a parameter λin \h where \h is a Cartan subalgebra of \g. A system of dynamical difference equations with respect to λcompatible with the KZ equations is introduced in Tarasov and Varchenko. We prove that the standard hypergeometric solutions of the trigonometric KZ equations associated to sl_N also satisfy the dynamical difference equations.

Difference Equations Compatible with Trigonometric KZ Differential Equations

The trigonometric KZ equations associated with a Lie algebra $\g$ depend on a parameter $λ\in\h$ where $\h\subset\g$ is the Cartan subalgebra. We suggest a system of dynamical difference equations with respect to $λ$ compatible with the KZ equations. The dynamical equations are constructed in terms of intertwining operators of $\g$-modules.

Classification of quasi-trigonometric solutions of the classical Yang-Baxter equation

It was proved by Montaner and Zelmanov that up to classical twisting Lie bialgebra structures on $\mathfrak{g}[u]$ fall into four classes. Here $\mathfrak{g}$ is a simple complex finite-dimensional Lie algebra. Trigonometric solutions of the associative Yang-Baxter equation

We classify trigonometric solutions to the associative Yang-Baxter equation (AYBE) for A = Mat_n, the associative algebra of n-by-n matrices. The AYBE was first presented in a 2000 article by Marcelo Aguiar and also independently by Alexandre Polishchuk. Trigonometric AYBE solutions limit to solutions of the classical Yang-Baxter equation. The elliptic Casimir connection of a simple Lie algebra

We construct a flat connection on the elliptic configuration space associated to any complex semisimple Lie algebra g. This elliptic Casimir connection has logarithmic singularities, and takes values in the deformed double current algebra of g defined by Guay. It degenerates to the trigonometric Casimir connection of g constructed by the first author. By analogy with the rational and trigonometric cases, we conjecture that the monodromy of the elliptic Casimir connection is described by the quantum Weyl group operators of the quantum toroidal algebra of g.

Elliptic Dynamical R-Matrices from the Monodromy of the q-Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov Equations for the Standard Representation of Uq(sl(n+1))

We give an explicit formula for the exchange matrix correponding to the tensor product of two copies of the natural (standard) evaluation representation of the quantum group associated to the affine Lie algebra of sl(n+1). Then we calculate the gauge trasformations that transforms it into Felder's elliptic solution of the quantum dynamical Yang-Baxter equation, for the proper parameters. All intermediate formulas are explicitly calculated.

Massey products on cycles of projective lines and trigonometric solutions of the Yang-Baxter equations

We show that a nondegenerate unitary solution $r(u,v)$ of the associative Yang-Baxter equation (AYBE) for $\Mat(N,\C)$ (see math.AG/0008156) with the Laurent series at $u=0$ of the form $r(u,v)=\frac{1\ot 1}{u}+r_0(v)+...$ satisfies the quantum Yang-Baxter equation, provided the projection of $r_0(v)$ to traceless matrices has a period. We classify all such solutions of the AYBE extending the work of Schedler math.QA/0212258. We also characterize solutions coming from triple Massey products in the derived category of coherent sheaves on cycles of projective lines.

Monodromy of the equivariant quantum differential equation of the cotangent bundle of a Grassmannian

We describe the monodromy of the equivariant quantum differential equation of the cotangent bundle of a Grassmannian in terms of the equivariant K-theory algebra of the cotangent bundle. Trigonometric sl(2) Gaudin model with boundary terms

We review the derivation of the Gaudin model with integrable boundaries. Starting from the non-symmetric R-matrix of the inhomogeneous spin-1/2 XXZ chain and generic solutions of the reflection equation and the dual reflection equation, the corresponding Gaudin Hamiltonians with boundary terms are calculated. An alternative derivation based on the so-called classical reflection equation is discussed.

The Heun equation and the Calogero-Moser-Sutherland system III: the finite gap property and the monodromy

A new approach to the finite-gap property for the Heun equation is constructed. The relationship between the finite-dimensional invariant space and the spectral curve is clarified. The monodromies are calculated and are expressed as hyperelliptic integrals. Applications to the spectral problem for the $BC_1$ Inozemtsev model are obtained.

Quantised Painlevé monodromy manifolds, Sklyanin and Calabi-Yau algebras

In this paper we study quantum del Pezzo surfaces belonging to a certain class. In particular we introduce the generalised Sklyanin-Painlevé algebra and characterise its PBW/PHS/Koszul properties. This algebra contains as limiting cases the generalised Sklyanin algebra, Etingof-Ginzburg and Etingof-Oblomkov-Rains quantum del Pezzo and the quantum monodromy manifolds of the Painlevé equations.
