The purpose of this paper is to construct and to study algebras of generalized Gevrey ultardistributions. We define the generalized Gevrey wave front and give its main properties. As a fundamental application, the well known Hormander's theorem on the product of two distributions is extended to the case of generalized Gevrey ultradistributions

Generalized Gevrey ultradistributions

We first introduce new algebras of generalized functions containing Gevrey ultradistributions and then develop a Gevrey microlocal analysis suitable for these algebras. Finally, we give an application through an extension of the well-known Hörmander's theorem on the wave front of the product of two distributions.

Embeddings of ultradistributions and periodic hyperfunctions in Colombeau type algebras through sequence spaces

In a recent paper, we gave a topological description of Colombeau type algebras introducing algebras of sequences with exponential weights. Embeddings of Schwartz' spaces into the Colombeau algebra G are well known, but for ultradistribution and periodic hyperfunction type spaces we give new constructions. We show that the multiplication of regular enough functions (smooth, ultradifferentiable or quasianalytic), embedded into corresponding algebras, is the ordinary multiplication.

Boundary values in ultradistribution spaces related to extended Gevrey regularity

Following the well-known theory of Beurling and Roumieu ultradistributions, we investigate new spaces of ultradistributions as dual spaces of test functions which correspond to associated functions of logarithmic-type growth at infinity. In the given framework we prove that boundary values of analytic functions with the corresponding logarithmic growth rate towards the real domain are ultradistributions. Gevrey functions and ultradistributions on compact Lie groups and homogeneous spaces

In this paper we give global characterisations of Gevrey-Roumieu and Gevrey-Beurling spaces of ultradifferentiable functions on compact Lie groups in terms of the representation theory of the group and the spectrum of the Laplace-Beltrami operator. Furthermore, we characterise their duals, the spaces of corresponding ultradistributions. For the latter, the proof is based on first obtaining the characterisation of their $α$-duals in the sense of Koethe and the theory of sequence spaces. We also give the corresponding characterisations on compact homogeneous spaces.

Eigenfunction expansions of ultradifferentiable functions and ultradistributions

In this paper we give a global characterisation of classes of ultradifferentiable functions and corresponding ultradistributions on a compact manifold $X$. The characterisation is given in terms of the eigenfunction expansion of an elliptic operator on $X$. This extends the result for analytic functions on compact manifold by Seeley, and the characterisation of Gevrey functions and Gevrey ultradistributions on compact Lie groups and homogeneous spaces by the authors.

Stratified Whitney jets and tempered ultradistributions on the subanalytic site

In this paper we introduce the sheaf of stratified Whitney jets of Gevrey order on the subanalytic site relative to a real analytic manifold X. Then we define stratified ultradistributions of Beurling and Roumieu type on X. In the end, by means of stratified ultradistributions, we define tempered-stratified ultradistributions and we prove two results.
