Fibrés de Schwarzenberger et fibrés logarithmiques généralisés

We propose a generalization of logarithmic and Schwarzenberger bundles over $¶^n=¶^n(\C)$ when the rank is greater than $n$. The first ones are associated to finite sets of points on $¶^{n\vee}$ and the second ones to curves with degree greater than $n$ on $¶^{n\vee}$. On the projective plane we show that two logarithmic bundles are isomorphic if and only if they are associated to the same set of points or if the two sets of points belong to a curve of degree equal to the rank of the considered bundles.

We provide supporting examples to Le Potier's Strange duality conjecture, in the case of the moduli space M of rank 2 semi-stable sheaves on the projective plane, with even first Chern class, and second Chern class less or equal to 19. We study the local-global principle for zero-cycles of degree 1 on certain varieties fibered over the projective space. Among other applications, we prove that the Brauer-Manin obstruction is the only obstruction to the Hasse principle and weak approximation for zero-cycles of degree 1 on Severi-Brauer-variety bundles or Châtelet-surface bundles over the projective space.

The purpose of this work is to geometrize the notion of mixed Hodge structure. Therefore, we associate equivariant vector bundles on the projective plane to trifiltered vector spaces. Making this Rees construction with filtrations arising from mixed Hodge structures gives an equivalence of categories between the category of mixed Hodge structures and a category of equivariant vector bundles on ${\bf P}^{2}_{\bf C}$ that are semistable for a semistability condition with respect to a divisor. Conjectures sur les dérivées logarithmiques des fonctions L d'Artin aux entiers négatifs

We formulate several variants of a conjecture relating the arithmetic degree of certain hermitian fibre bundles with the values of the logarithmic derivative of Artin's L-functions at negative integers. This generalizes conjectures by Colmez and Gross-Deligne and complements Beilinson's conjectures for the Artin motives. We announce several results in the direction of these statements.
