Derived categories of small toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds and counting invariants

We first construct a derived equivalence between a small crepant resolution of an affine toric Calabi-Yau 3-fold and a certain quiver with a superpotential. Under this derived equivalence we establish a wall-crossing formula for the generating function of the counting invariants of perverse coherent systems. As an application we provide certain equations on Donaldson-Thomas, Pandeharipande-Thomas and Szendroi's invariants. A Note on Quiver Quantum Toroidal Algebra

Recently, Li and Yamazaki proposed a new class of infinite-dimensional algebras, quiver Yangian, which generalizes the affine Yangian $\mathfrak{gl}_{1}$. The characteristic feature of the algebra is the action on BPS states for non-compact toric Calabi-Yau threefolds, which are in one-to-one correspondence with the crystal melting models. Quiver Yangian from Crystal Melting

We find a new infinite class of infinite-dimensional algebras acting on BPS states for non-compact toric Calabi-Yau threefolds. In Type IIA superstring compactification on a toric Calabi-Yau threefold, the D-branes wrapping holomorphic cycles represent the BPS states, and the fixed points of the moduli spaces of BPS states are described by statistical configurations of crystal melting. Quiver $\text{W}_{ε_1,ε_2}$ algebras of 4d $\mathcal{N}=2$ gauge theories

We construct an $ε$-deformation of W algebras, corresponding to the additive version of quiver $\text{W}_{q,t^{-1}}$ algebras which feature prominently in the 5d version of the BPS/CFT correspondence and refined topological strings on toric Calabi-Yau's. This new type of algebras fill in the missing intermediate level between $q$-deformed and ordinary W algebras. The statistical model of crystal melting represents BPS configurations of D-branes on a toric Calabi-Yau three-fold.
