Morse cohomology estimates for jet differential operators
We provide detailed holomorphic Morse estimates for the cohomology of sheaves of jet differentials and their dual sheaves. These estimates apply on arbitrary directed varieties, and a special attention has been given to the analysis of the singular situation. As a consequence, we obtain existence results for global jet differentials and global differential operators under positivity conditions for the canonical or anticanonical sheaf of the directedstructure.

On the Instanton Complex of Holomorphic Morse Theory
Consider a holomorphic torus action on vector bundles over a complex manifold which lifts to a holomorphic vector bundle. When the connected components of the fixed-point set are partially ordered, we construct, using sheaf-theoretical techniques, two spectral sequences that converges to the twisted Dolbeault cohomology groups and those with compact support, respectively. These spectral sequences are the holomorphic counterparts of the instanton complex in standard Morse theory. Kasteleyn operators from mirror symmetry
Given a consistent bipartite graph $Γ$ in $T^2$ with a complex-valued edge weighting $\mathcal{E}$ we show the following two constructions are the same. The first is to form the Kasteleyn operator of $(Γ, \mathcal{E})$ and pass to its spectral transform, a coherent sheaf supported on a spectral curve in $(\mathbb{C}^\times)^2$. The second is to form the conjugate Lagrangian $L \subset T^* T^2$ of $Γ$, equip it with a brane structure prescribed by $\mathcal{E}$, and pass to its mirror coherent sheaf. Cohomology of the Mumford Quotient
Let $X$ be a smooth projective variety acted on by a reductive group $G$. Let $L$ be a positive $G$-equivariant line bundle over $X$. We use the Witten deformation of the Dolbeault complex of $L$ to show, that the cohomology of the sheaf of holomorphic sections of the induced bundle on the Mumford quotient of $(X,L)$ is equal to the $G$-invariant part on the cohomology of the sheaf of holomorphic sections of $L$.
