在构建软件时，敏捷过程明确地更关注团队工作，而不是更传统的管理技术。在敏捷组织中，团队层面的高速度和响应性带来了人际冲突的风险。通过对来自瑞典三家大型公司的68名软件开发人员的调查，我发现人际冲突的存在与敏捷实践迭代开发和客户访问呈负相关。敏捷实践迭代规划和迭代开发与开发人员感知的团队生产力的测量有积极的联系。然而，持续集成和测试与生产力呈负相关。这些结果表明，哪些敏捷实践与团队生产力直接相关，但更重要的是，当团队在人际冲突中挣扎时，哪些敏捷实践可能更容易不按预期工作。因此，我认为敏捷团队的成员需要在冲突解决技术的培训，以降低人际冲突的负面影响团队生产力的风险。
