In this paper, we study two different phenomena (the Newman-Janis algorithm and the semiclassical Hamilton-Jacobi method) to analyze the Hawking temperature ($T_H$) for massive $4$-dimensional regular Hayward BH with spin parameter. First of all, we compute the rotating regular Hayward black hole solution by taking the Newman-Janis algorithmic rule. We derive the $T_H$ for rotating regular Hayward BH with the help of surface gravity. We have also analyzed the effects of spin parameter $a$ and free parameter $l$ on $T_H$ with the help of graphs. Moreover, we investigate the quantum corrected Hawking temperature ($T'_H$) for rotating regular Hayward black hole. To do so, we utilize the Lagrangian filed equation in the background of GUP within the concept of WKB approximation and semiclassical Hamilton-Jacobi method. The $T'_H$ of rotating regular Hayward BH depends upon correction parameter $β$, BH mass $m$, spin parameter $a$, free parameter $l$ and BH radius $r_+$. We also study the graphical behavior of $T'_H$ versus event horizon $r_+$ for rotating regular Hayward BH and check the influences of quantum gravity parameter $β$, spin parameter $a$ and free parameter $l$ on the stability of corresponding black hole. Moreover, we study the significance's of logarithmic entropy correction for regular rotating Hayward BH.
We derive a formula describing the transformation of the Hawking-Hayward quasi-local energy under a conformal rescaling of the spacetime metric. A known formula for the transformation of the Misner-Sharp-Hernandez mass is recovered as a special case.
The conformal transformation of the Hawking-Hayward quasi-local mass is reexamined. It has been found recently that the conformal transformation of the latter exhibits the 'wrong' conformal factor compared to the way usual masses transform under conformal transformations of spacetime. We show, in analogy with what was found recently for the Misner-Sharp mass, that unlike the purely geometric definition of the Hawking-Hayward mass, the latter exhibits the 'right' conformal factor whenever expressed in terms of its material content via the field equations. The case of conformally invariant scala…
We investigate the spin interaction and the gravitational radiation thermally allowed in a head-on collision of two rotating Hayward black holes. The Hayward black hole is a regular black hole in a modified Einstein equation, and hence it can be an appropriate model to describe the extent to which the regularity effect in the near-horizon region affects the interaction and the radiation. If one black hole is assumed to be considerably smaller than the other, the potential of the spin interaction can be analytically obtained and is dependent on the alignment of angular momenta of the black hole…

In this article, we explore the geodesics motion of neutral test particles and the process of energy extraction from a regular rotating Hayward black hole. We analyse the effect of spin, as well as deviation parameter $g$, on ergoregion, event horizon and static limit of the said black hole. By making use of geodesic equations on the equatorial plane, we determine the innermost stable circular and photon orbits. Moreover, we investigate the effective potentials and effective force to have information on motion and the stability of circular orbits. On studying the negative energy states, we fig…
In this paper we consider rotating modified Hayward and rotating modified Bardeen black holes as particle accelerators. We investigate the center of mass energy of two colliding neutral particles with same rest masses falling from rest at infinity to near the horizons of the mentioned black holes. We investigate the range of the particle's angular momentum and the orbit of the particle. We also investigate the center of mass energy for extremal black hole.
First we have assumed the most general static spherically symmetric black hole metric. The accretion of any general kind of fluid flow around the black hole have been investigated. The accretion of fluid flow around the modified Hayward black hole have been analyzed and we then calculated the critical point, fluid 4 velocity and velocity of sound during accretion process. Also the nature of the dynamical mass of black hole during accretion of fluid flow and taking into consideration of Hawking radiation from black hole i.e., evaporation of black hole have been analyzed.
We consider a collapsing shell of matter to form the Hayward black hole and investigate semiclassically quantum radiation from the shell. Using the Israel's formulation, we obtain the mass relation between the collapsing shell and the Hayward black hole. By using the functional Schrödinger formulation for the massless quantum radiation, the evolution of a vacuum state for a scalar field is shown to be unitary. We find that the number of quanta at a low frequency decreases for a large length parameter characterizing the Hayward black hole. Moreover, in the limit of low frequency, the Hawking te…
Motivated by recent work on rotating black hole shadow [Phys. Rev. D101, 084029 (2020)], we investigate the shadow behaviors of rotating Hayward-de Sitter black hole for static observers at a finite distance in terms of astronomical observables. This paper uses the newly introduced distortion parameter in [arXiv:2006.00685] to describe the shadow's shape quantitatively. We show that the spin parameter would distort shadows and the magnetic monopole charge would increase the degree of deformation. At the same time, the distortion could be relieved because of the cosmological constant and the di…
Recently, Banãdos, Silk and West (BSW) demonstrated that the extremal Kerr black hole can act as a particle accelerator with arbitrarily high center-of-mass energy ($E_{CM}$) when the collision takes place near the horizon. The rotating Hayward's regular black hole, apart from Mass ($M$) and angular momentum ($a$), has a new parameter $g$ ($g>0$ is a constant) that provides a deviation from the Kerr black hole. We demonstrate that for each $g$, with $M=1$, there exist critical $a_{E}$ and $r_{H}^{E}$, which corresponds to a regular extremal black hole with degenerate horizon, and $a_{E}$ decre…
We study the Hayward term describing corners in the boundary of the geometry in the context of the Jackiw-Teitelboim gravity. These corners naturally arise in the computation of Hartle-Hawking wave functionals and reduced density matrices, and give origin to AdS spacetimes with conical defects. This set up constitutes a lab to manifestly realize many aspects of the construction recently proposed in \cite{Botta2020}. In particular, it can be shown that the Hayward term is required to reproduce the flat spectrum of Rényi entropies in the Fursaev's derivation, and furthermore, the action with an …
In this paper, we explore the final stages of the black hole evaporation for Hayward solutions. Our results show that the behavior of Hawking's radiation changes considerably at the small radii regime such that the black hole does not evaporate completely and a stable remnant is left. We show that stability conditions hold for the Hayward solutions found in the Einstein gravity coupled with nonlinear electrodynamics. We analyse the effect that an inspired model of the noncommutativity of spacetime can have on the thermodynamics of Hayward spacetimes. This has been done by applying the noncommu…
The Brown-York quasilocal energy is applied to three cosmological problems which have previously been studied with the Hawking-Hayward quasilocal energy (Newtonian simulations of large scale structure formation, turnaround radius in the present accelerating universe, and lensing by the cosmological constant). It is found that, in an appropriate gauge and to first order in the amplitude of the cosmological perturbations describing local structures, the Hawking-Hayward and the Brown-York quasilocal masses predict the same results.
The rotating regular Hayward's spacetime, apart from mass ($M$) and angular momentum ($a$), has an additional deviation parameter ($g$) due to the magnetic charge, which generalizes the Kerr black hole when $g\neq0$, and for $g=0$, it goes over to the Kerr black hole. We analyze how the ergoregion is affected by the parameter $g$ to show that the area of ergoregion increases with increasing values of $g$. Further, for each $g$, there exist critical $a_E$, which corresponds to a regular extremal black hole with degenerate horizons $r=r^E_H$, and $a_E$ decrease whereas $r^E_H$ increases with an …
We present a generalization of the Hawking effect for dynamical trapping horizons by calculating the tunneling rate in the Hamilton-Jacobi formalism. It turns out that all horizons classified by Hayward are subjected to thermal quantum effects. While the Hawking effect for future outer and past inner trapping horizons is given as a particle emission, we show that the Hawking effect for future inner and past outer trapping horizons translates to an absorption. The universality of the treatment allows a natural transfer to the static case.
As proposed by Bambi and Modesto, rotating non-singular black holes can be constructed via the Newman-Janis algorithm. Here we show that if one starts with a modified Hayward black hole with a time delay in the centre, the algorithm succeeds in producing a rotating metric, but curvature divergences reappear. To preserve finiteness, the time delay must be introduced directly at the level of the non-singular rotating metric. This is possible thanks to the deformation of the inner stationarity limit surface caused by the regularisation, and in more than one way. We outline three different possibi…
The Hayward metric is a spherically symmetric charged regular black holes, a modification of the Reisnner-Nordstr$\ddot{o}$m black holes of Einstein's equations coupled to nonlinear electrodynamics. We consider Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet gravity (EGB) coupled to nonlinear electrodynamics to present an exact five dimension ($5D$) Hayward black holes with a regular center, having inner (Cauchy) and outer (event) horizons which go over to Boulware-Desser black holes when the charge is switched off ($e=0$). The presence of charge $e$ leads the modification in thermodynamical quantities, and it has also…
In the context of a debate on the correct expression of the Hawking temperature of an expanding cosmological black hole, we show that the correct expression in terms of the Hawking-Hayward quasi-local energy m of the hole is T=1/(8πm(t)). This expression holds for comoving black holes and agrees with a recent proposal by Saida, Harada, and Maeda.
Following the initial work of Calcagni et al. on the black holes in multi-fractional theories, we focus on the Schwarzschild black hole in multi-fractional theory with q-derivatives. After presenting its Hawking and Hayward temperatures in detail, we verify these results by appealing to the well-known Hamilton-Jacobi and null geodesic methods of the tunnelling approach to Hawking radiation. A special emphasis is placed on the difference between the geometric and fractional frames.
We work with the notion of apparent/trapping horizons for spherically symmetric, dynamical spacetimes: these are quasi-locally defined, simply based on the behaviour of congruence of light rays. We show that the sign of the dynamical Hayward-Kodama surface gravity is dictated by the inner/outer nature of the horizon. Using the tunneling method to compute Hawking Radiation, this surface gravity is then linked to a notion of temperature, up to a sign that is dictated by the future/past nature of the horizon. Therefore two sign effects are conspiring to give a positive temperature for the black h…
We study the Hawking radiation from Rotating black holes from gravitational anomalies point of view. First, we show that the scalar field theory near the Kerr black hole horizon can be reduced to the 2-dimensional effective theory. Then, following Robinson and Wilczek, we derive the Hawking flux by requiring the cancellation of gravitational anomalies. We also apply this method to Hawking radiation from higher dimensional Myers-Perry black holes. In the Appendix, we present the trace anomaly derivation of Hawking radiation to argue the validity of the boundary condition at the horizon.
In this work, we investigate the thermodynamic and the stability of the regular Hayward black hole surrounded by quintessence. Using the metric of the black hole surrounded by quintessence and the new approach of the holographic principle, we derive the expression of the Unruh Verlinde temperature. Hawking temperature and specific heat are derived using the first law of black holes thermodynamics. Gibbs free energy is also evaluated. The behaviors of these quantities show that, the quantum effects represented by the parameter $β$ induces a decreasing of the Hawking temperature of the black hol…
We introduce a new microscopic quantity $\varepsilon $ that describes the contribution of a single black hole molecule to black hole entropy and give a key relation that this microscopic quantity is proportional to the macroscopic quantity -- entropy surface density $σ_{S}$, thus connecting a microscopic quantity to a macroscopic quantity of black holes. Such a connection provides a new probe for understanding the black hole microstructure from the macroscopic perspective. We also classify black holes in terms of entropy surface density. When its entropy surface density is larger (smaller) tha…
We study the quantum tunneling of scalars from charged accelerating and rotating black hole with NUT parameter. For this purpose we use the charged Klein-Gordon equation. We apply WKB approximation and the Hamilton-Jacobi method to solve charged the Klein-Gordon equation. We find the tunneling probability of outgoing charged scalars from the event horizon of this black hole, and hence the Hawking temperature for this black hole.
We extend to study Hawking radiation via tunneling in conformal gravity. We adopt Parikh-Wilczek's semi-classical tunneling method and the method of complex-path integral to investigate Hawking radiation from new rotating AdS black holes in conformal gravity. In this paper, the research on Hawking radiation from the rotating black holes is done in a general system, not limited in dragging coordinate systems any longer. Moreover, there existed some shortcomings in the previous derivation of geodesic equations. Different from the massless case, they used a different approach to derive the geodes…
We study the evolution of a five-dimensional rotating black hole emitting scalar field radiation via the Hawking process for arbitrary initial values of the two rotation parameters $a$ and $b$. It is found that any such black hole whose initial rotation parameters are both nonzero evolves toward an asymptotic state $a/M^{1/2}=b/M^{1/2}={\rm const}(\neq 0)$, where this constant is independent of the initial values of $a$ and $b$.
The aim of this work is to model the evolution of the cosmic space based on thermodynamical parameters. The universe is considered to have an apparent horizon radius with a Kodama-Hayward temperature assigned to it. The method is founded on the fact proposed by Padmanabhan [1,2] that the subtraction of the surface and bulk degrees of freedom provides information on the cosmic space emergence. The fact of the matter is that in this approach the Raychaudhuri equation could even be obtained by the consideration of only thermodynamical parameters. As such, the standard general relativity is taken …
The reduced phase space formalism for quantising black holes has recently been extended to find the area and angular momentum spectra of four dimensional Kerr black holes. We extend this further to rotating black holes in all spacetime dimensions and show that although as in four dimensions the spectrum is discrete, it is not equispaced in general. As a result, Hawking radiation spectra from these black holes are continuous, as opposed to the discrete spectrum predicted for four dimensional black holes.
A new generalization of the Hawking-Hayward quasilocal energy to scalar-tensor gravity is proposed without assuming symmetries, asymptotic flatness, or special spacetime metrics. The procedure followed is simple but powerful and consists of writing the scalar-tensor field equations as effective Einstein equations and then applying the standard definition of quasilocal mass.
In this paper, we study the GUP (Generalized Uncertainty Principle) modified Hawking radiation of rotating polytropic black hole given in the Boyer-Lindquist coordinates. To this end, the GUP modified Klein-Gordon equation is applied for investigating the quantum tunneling of scalar particles from the polytropic black hole. After reducing the obtained radial wave equation to the one-dimensional Schrödinger equation, we derive the reflection and transmission probabilities of the radiation. A detail discussion on how the reflection and transmission (greybody factor) probabilities are derived for…
Based on the anomaly cancellation method we are going to compute the Hawking fluxes (the Hawking thermal flux and the total flux of energy-momentum tensor) from a four-dimensional rotating regular black hole with a time-delay. To this purpose, in the three metrics proposed in arXiv:1510.08828, we try to perform the dimensional reduction in which the anomaly cancellation method is feasible at the near-horizon region in a general scalar field theory. As a result we can demonstrate that the dimensional reduction is possible in two of those metrics. Hence we perform the anomaly cancellation method…
Extending researches on Hawking radiation to conformal gravity theory, we discuss Hawking radiation of different particles across charged rotating AdS black holes in conformal gravity, including charged massive particles, complex scalar and spin-$1/2$ Dirac particles. To make the study of rotating black holes' tunneling radiation get rid of the dependence on dragging coordinate systems, we investigate the radiation without dragging coordinate transformations. The previous geodesic derivation existed some shortcomings. Not only did geodesics of massive and massless particles are derived by usin…
The rotating linear dilatonic black hole is an asymptotically non-flat solution to Einstein-Maxwell-Dilaton-Axion gravity theory due to the existence of non-trivial matter fields. We have analytically studied the wave equation of scalar field in this background and shown that the radial wave equation can be solved in terms of hypergeometric function. By determining the ingoing and the outgoing fluxes at the asymptotic infinity, we have found the analytical expressions for reflection coefficient and greybody factor for certain scalar modes. In the high frequency regime, we obtain the Hawking te…
Motivated by the success of the recently proposed method of anomaly cancellation to derive Hawking fluxes from black hole horizons of spacetimes in various dimensions, we have further extended the covariant anomaly cancellation method shortly simplified by Banerjee and Kulkarni to explore the Hawking radiation of the (3+1)-dimensional charged rotating black strings and their higher dimensional extensions in anti-de Sitter spacetimes, whose horizons are not spherical but can be toroidal, cylindrical or planar, according to their global identifications. It should be emphasized that our analysis …
It is shown that rapidly-rotating Kerr black holes are characterized by the dimensionless ratio $τ_{\text{gap}}/τ_{\text{emission}}=O(1)$, where $τ_{\text{gap}}$ is the average time gap between the emission of successive Hawking quanta and $τ_{\text{emission}}$ is the characteristic timescale required for an individual Hawking quantum to be emitted from the black hole. This relation implies that the Hawking cascade from rapidly-rotating black holes has an almost continuous character. Our results correct some inaccurate claims that recently appeared in the literature regarding the nature of the…
We derived an exact solution of the spherically symmetric Hayward black hole surrounded by perfect fluid dark matter (PFDM). By applying the Newman-Janis algorithm, we generalized it to the corresponding rotating black hole. Then, we studied the shadows of rotating Hayward black hole in PFDM. The apparent shape of the shadow depends upon the black hole spin $a$, the magnetic charge $Q$ and the PFDM intensity parameter $k$ ($k<0$). The shadow is a perfect circle in the non-rotating case ($a=0$) and a deformed one in the rotating case ($a\neq{0}$). For a fixed value of $a$, the size of the shado…
In this paper we derive a class of rotating embedded black holes. Then we study Hawking's radiation effects on these embedded black holes. The surface gravity, entropy and angular velocity are given for each of these black holes.
Hawking radiation of uncharged and charged scalars from accelerating and rotating black holes is studied. We calculate the tunneling probabilities of these particles from the rotation and acceleration horizons of these black holes. Using the tunneling method we recover the correct Hawking temperature as well.
Robinson-Wilczek's recent work, which treats Hawking radiation as a compensating flux to cancel gravitational anomaly at the horizon of a Schwarzschild-type black hole, is extended to study Hawking radiation of rotating black holes in anti-de Sitter spaces, especially that in dragging coordinate system, via gauge and gravitational anomalies. The results show that in order to restore gauge invariance and general coordinate covariance at the quantum level in the effective field theory, the charge and energy flux by requiring to cancel gauge and gravitational anomalies at the horizon, must have a…
Using the Gauss-Bonnet theorem, we compute and examine the deflection angle of light rays by rotating regular black holes with a cosmological constant. By the help of optical geometries, we first deal with the Hayward black holes with cosmological contributions. Then, we reconsider the study of the Bardeen solutions. We inspect the cosmological constant effect on the deflection angle of light rays. Concretely, we find extra cosmological correction terms generalizing certain obtained findings. Using graphical analysis, we provide a comparative discussion with respect to the Kerr solutions. The …
We derive a class of non-stationary embedded rotating black holes and study the Hawking's radiation effects on these embedded black holes. The surface gravity, entropy and angular velocity, which are three important properties of black holes, are presented for each of these embedded black holes.
In the present article, we study the Hawking radiation (HR) of spin-1 particles -- so-called vector particles -- from a three dimensional (3D) rotating black hole with scalar hair (RBHWSH) using Hamilton-Jacobi (HJ) ansatz. Putting the Proca equation amalgamated with the WKB approximation in process, the tunneling spectrum of vector particles is obtained. We recover the standard Hawking temperature corresponding to the emission of these particles from RBHWSH.
We study the absorption probability and Hawking radiation of the scalar field in the rotating black holes on codimension-2 branes. We find that finite brane tension modifies the standard results in Hawking radiation if compared with the case when brane tension is completely negligible. We observe that the rotation of the black hole brings richer physics. Nonzero angular momentum triggers the super-radiance which becomes stronger when the angular momentum increases. We also find that rotations along different angles influence the result in absorption probability and Hawking radiation. Compared …
We review recent work on the Hawking radiation of rotating brane black holes, as may be produced at the LHC. We outline the methodology for calculating the fluxes of particles, energy and angular momentum by spin-0, spin-1/2 and spin-1 quantum fields on the brane. We briefly review some of the key features of the emission, in particular the changes in the spectra as the number of extra dimensions or the angular velocity of the black hole increases. These quantities will be useful for accurate simulations of black hole events at the LHC.
A generalization of the Hawking-Hayward quasilocal mass to scalar-tensor gravity is compared, in vacuo and for asymptotically flat stationary geometries, with a recent multipole expansion of the gravitational field. The quasilocal mass seen at spatial infinity coincides with the monopole term, lending credibility to this construct.
We apply the Hawking-Hayward quasi-local energy construct to obtain in a rigorous way the turnaround radius of cosmic structures in General Relativity. A splitting of this quasi-local mass into local and cosmological parts describes the interplay between local attraction and cosmological expansion.
