从实验和理论两个方面综述了近年来多手性双重带（M $χ$ D）的研究进展。特别是，实验结果，理论预测，电磁跃迁的选择规则，M $χ$ D与八极关联和一些相关的主题是突出的。在此基础上，寻找更多的M $χ$ D以及可能存在的手征摇摆、手征宇称四重态和手征赝自旋三重态（或四重态）具有重要的科学意义。

The recent progress of multiple chiral doublet bands (M$χ$D) is reviewed for both experimental and theoretical sides. In particular, the experimental findings, theoretical predictions, selection rule for electromagnetic transitions, M$χ$D with octupole correlations and some related topics are highlighted. Based on these discussions, it is of highly scientific interest to search for the more M$χ$D as well as the possible chiral wobblers, chirality-parity quartet and chirality-pseudospin triplet (or quartet) bands in nuclear system.
