Graph representation learning is a fundamental task in various applications that strives to learn low-dimensional embeddings for nodes that can preserve graph topology information. However, many existing methods focus on static graphs while ignoring evolving graph patterns. Inspired by the success of graph convolutional networks(GCNs) in static graph embedding, we propose a novel k-core based temporal graph convolutional network, the CTGCN, to learn node representations for dynamic graphs. In contrast to previous dynamic graph embedding methods, CTGCN can preserve both local connective proximity and global structural similarity while simultaneously capturing graph dynamics. In the proposed framework, the traditional graph convolution is generalized into two phases, feature transformation and feature aggregation, which gives the CTGCN more flexibility and enables the CTGCN to learn connective and structural information under the same framework. Experimental results on 7 real-world graphs demonstrate that the CTGCN outperforms existing state-of-the-art graph embedding methods in several tasks, including link prediction and structural role classification. This paper proposes a knowledge-and-data-driven graph neural network-based collaboration learning model for reliable aircraft recognition in a heterogeneous radar network. The aircraft recognizability analysis shows that: (1) the semantic feature of an aircraft is motion patterns driven by the kinetic characteristics, and (2) the grammatical features contained in the radar cross-section (RCS) signals present spatial-temporal-frequency (STF) diversity decided by both the electromagnetic radiation shape and motion pattern of the aircraft. Then a STF graph attention convolutional network (STFGACN…

In this work we propose a novel approach to utilize convolutional neural networks for time series forecasting. The time direction of the sequential data with spatial dimensions $D=1,2$ is considered democratically as the input of a spatiotemporal $(D+1)$-dimensional convolutional neural network. Latter then reduces the data stream from $D +1 \to D$ dimensions followed by an incriminator cell which uses this information to forecast the subsequent time step. We empirically compare this strategy to convolutional LSTM's and LSTM's on their performance on the sequential MNIST and the JSB chorals da…

We have proposed to develop a global hybrid deep learning framework to predict the daily prices in the stock market. With representation learning, we derived an embedding called Stock2Vec, which gives us insight for the relationship among different stocks, while the temporal convolutional layers are used for automatically capturing effective temporal patterns both within and across series. Evaluated on S&P 500, our hybrid framework integrates both advantages and achieves better performance on the stock price prediction task than several popular benchmarked models.
Accurate real-time traffic forecasting is a core technological problem against the implementation of the intelligent transportation system.
