Enabling U.S. participation in Future Higgs Factories

Exciting proposals for a new Higgs factory collider, aimed at the search for new physics and precision studies of particles and forces, especially measurement of the Higgs boson couplings at the loop level, will be evaluated as part of the Snowmass process. The International Linear Collider. A European Perspective

The International Linear Collider (ILC) being proposed in Japan is an electron-positron linear collider with an initial energy of 250 GeV. The ILC accelerator is based on the technology of superconducting radio-frequency cavities. This technology has reached a mature stage in the European XFEL project and is now widely used. The ILC will start by measuring the Higgs properties, providing high-precision and model-independent determinations of its parameters. Weak Decays of $b$ and $c$ Quarks

Precision measurements in weak decays of heavy flavored hadrons can test in unique ways our understanding of the fundamental interactions and of the observed baryon asymmetry in the Universe.
