We focus on the study of the exact solution corresponding to charged AdS black holes surrounded by quintessence with a cloud of strings present in higher dimensional spacetime. We then investigate its corresponding thermodynamic criticality in the extended phase space and show that the spacetime dimension has no effect on the existence of small/large phase transition for such black holes. The heat capacity is evaluated and the geothermodynamics of Quevedo analyzed for different spacetime dimensions with the cloud of strings and quintessence parameters. We calculate the critical exponents describing the behavior of relevant thermodynamic quantities near the critical point. Finally, we also discuss the uncharged case, show how it is sensitive to the quintessence and strings cloud parameters, and when the thermodynamic behavior of the uncharged black holes is similar to Van der Waals fluid.
In this manuscript, we investigate the effects of a modified dispersion relation on the thermodynamics of Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by the quintessence matter. We find that the MDR-correction states the same lower bound on the horizon, while the quintessence matter specifies the upper bound to the horizon depending on the state parameter. Due to MDR-correction and quintessence matter presence, we observe modifications in equation of state and specific heat functions of black hole. We show that a remnant can occur according to quintessence matter, and the black hole's stability depend…
We have studied the null geodesics of the Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by quintessence matter. Quintessence matter is a candidate for dark energy. Here, we have done a detailed analysis of the geodesics and exact solutions are presented in terms of Jacobi-elliptic integrals for all possible energy and angular momentum of the photons. The circular orbits of the photons are studied in detail. As an application of the null geodesics, the angle of deflection of the photons are computed.
We study the time-like geodesic congruences, in the space-time geometry of a Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by quintessence. The nature of effective potential along with the structure of the possible orbits for test particles in view of the different values of quintessence parameter are analysed in detail. %wherever possible it is done analytically otherwise numerically. An increase in quintessence parameter is seen to set the particles from farther distance into motion around black hole. The effect of quintessence parameter is investigated analytically wherever possible otherwise we perf…
We demonstrate that Kerr/CFT duality can be extended to rotating charged black hole solution surrounded by quintessence in Rastall gravity. Since Rastall gravity can be considered as $F(R,T) = R + βT $ theory with the addition of a matter term, so the gravitational Lagrangian is resemblant to Einstein general relativity. In fact, the resulting central term is coincident to the central term in the general relativity since $ T $ is only a trace of the matter term. We then exhibit that the entropy from CFT of this black hole is equivalent with the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy with no correction rel…
The exact solutions of the Dirac equation that describe a massive, non-charged particle with spin-(1/2) in the curved spacetime geometry of regular Bardeen black hole surrounded by quintessence (BBHSQ) are investigated. We first derive the Dirac equation in the BBHSQ background using a null tetrad in the Newman-Penrose formalism. Afterward, we separate the Dirac equation into ordinary differential equations for the radial and angular parts. The angular equations are solved exactly in terms of standard spherical harmonics. The radial part equations are transformed into a Schrödinger like differ…
In this paper, the Einstein AdS black brane solution in the presence of quintessence in context of massive gravity is introduced. The ratio of shear viscosity to entropy density for this solution violates the KSS bound by applying the Dirichlet boundary and regularity on the horizon conditions. Our result shows that this value is independent of quintessence in arbitrary dimensions.
We present a detailed analysis of a rotating black hole surrounded by "quintessence". This solution represents a fluid with a constant equation of state, $w$, which can for example describe an effective warm dark matter fluid around a black hole. We clarify the conditions for the existence of such a solution and study its structure by analyzing the existence of horizons as well as the extremal case. We show that the deflection angle produced by the black hole depends on the parameters $(c,w)$ which need to obey the condition $cw<0$ because of the weak energy condition, where $c$ is an addition…
In this paper, we concern about applying general relativistic tests on the spacetime produced by a static black hole associated with cloud of strings, in a universe filled with quintessence. The four tests we apply are precession of the perihelion in the planetary orbits, gravitational redshift, deflection of light, and the Shapiro time delay. Through this process, we constrain the spacetime's parameters in the context of the observational data, which results in about $\sim 10^{-9}$ for the cloud of strings parameter, and $\sim 10^{-20}$ m$^{-1}$ for that of quintessence. The response of the b…
We present new static spherically-symmetric solutions of Einstein equations with the quintessence-like matter surrounding a global monopole. These new solutions of the coupling scalar-Einstein equations are more complicated, which depend on the parameter of equation of state $-1 < w_{q} <-{1/3}$. A gravitating global monopole produces a gravitational field of de Sitter kind outside the core in addition to a solid angular deficit. In the $w_{q} = -{1/3}$ case, we have proved that the solution cannot exist since the density of quintessence-like tends to zero if $w_{q} \to -{1/3}$. As a new featu…
Considering the variable cosmological constant in the extended phase space has a significant background in the black hole physics. It was shown that the thermodynamic behavior of charged AdS black hole surrounded by the quintessence in the extended phase space is similar to the van der Waals fluid. In this paper, we indicate that such a black hole admits the same criticality and van der Waals like behavior in the non-extended phase space. In other words, we keep the cosmological constant as a fixed parameter, and instead, we consider the normalization factor as a thermodynamic variable. We sho…
We analyze the extended phase space thermodynamics of Kiselev black hole introducing a central charge and allowing the gravitational constant to vary. We also discuss the relation between the chemical potential and the size of the black hole, besides the new description of phase transitions. We obtain as a conclusion that the universality of the central charge does not remain valid in general.
We investigate all static spherically symmetric solutions in the context of general relativity surrounded by a minimally-coupled quintessence field, using dynamical system analysis. Applying the 1+1+2 formalism and introducing suitable normalized variables involving the Gaussian curvature, we were able to reformulate the field equations as first order differential equations. In the case of a massless canonical scalar field we recovered all known black hole results, such as the Fisher solution, and we found that apart from the Schwarzschild solution all other solutions are naked singularities. …
Astrophysical and electromagnetic emissivity properties of black holes surrounded by a quintessence type exotic fluid in the Scalar-Vector-Tensor Modified Gravity
We calculate the Casimir energy of a massless scalar field in a cavity formed by nearby parallel plates orbiting a rotating spherical body surrounded by quintessence, investigating the influence of the gravitational field on that energy, at zero temperature. This influence includes the effects due to the spacetime dragging caused by the source rotation as well as those ones due to the quintessence. We show that the energy depends on all the involved parameters, as source mass, angular momentum and quintessence state parameter, for any radial coordinate and polar angle. We show that at the nort…
In this paper, we study $P-V$ criticality of Kerr-Newman $AdS$ black hole with a quintessence field. We calculate critical quantities and show that for the equation state parameter $ω= -\frac{1}{3}$, the obtained universal ratio ($\frac{P_{c}\upsilon_{c}}{T_{c}}$) is quite same as Kerr-Newman $AdS$ black hole without dark energy parameter. We investigate the influence of quintessence field $α$, equation state parameter $ω$ and angular momentum $J$ on the efficiency $η$. We find that $η$ is increased by increasing $J$ and $α$ and decreasing charge $Q$ of black hole. We show when $ω$ increases f…
The energy content of the Reissner-Nordstrom black hole surrounded by quintessence is investigated using approximate Lie symmetry methods. It is mainly done by assuming mass and charge of the black hole as small quantities ($ε$), and by retaining its second power in the perturbed geodesic equations for such black hole while neglecting its higher powers. Due to the presence of trivial second-order approximate Lie symmetries of these perturbed geodesic equations, a rescaling of the geodetic parameter gives a rescaling of the energy in this black hole. Interestingly we obtain an explicit relation…
We investigate the effects of quintessence dark energy on the shadows of black hole, surrounded by various profiles of accretions. For the thin disk accretion, the images of the black hole comprises the dark region and bright region, including direct emission, lensing rings and photon rings. Although their details depend on the form of the emission, generically, the direct emission plays a major role for the observed brightness of the black hole, while the lensing ring makes a small contribution and photon ring makes a negligible contribution. The existence of cosmological horizon also plays a…
Rotating black hole solution surrounded by quintessential matter is recently discussed because it might be the promising solution to study the effect of dark energy in small scale of the universe. This quintessential solution is originally derived from the condition of additivity and linearity for the energy-momentum tensor. We carry out the thermodynamic properties of this solution using the Kerr/CFT correspondence for several specific quintessential equation of state parameters. A problem arises when we compute the central charge because the canonical conserved charge is needed to be calcula…
In this work we are about to investigate the effects of quintessence dark energy on evolution of the computational complexity relating to the AdS/CFT correspondence. We use $"complexity=action"$ conjecture for a charged AdS black hole surrounded by the dark energy at the quintessence regime. Then we try to find some conditions on the quintessence parameters where the Lloyd bound is satisfied in presence of affects of the quintessence dark energy on the complexity growth at the late time approximations. We compare late time approximation of the action growth by perturbed geometry in small limit…
Considering the cosmological constant as the pressure, we mainly study the laws of thermodynamics and weak cosmic censorship conjecture in the Reissner-Nordström-AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy under charged particle absorption. The first law of thermodynamics is found to be valid as a particle is absorbed by the black hole. The second law however is found to be violated for the extremal and near-extremal black holes since the entropy of these black hole decrease. Moreover, we find that the extremal black hole do not change it configuration in the extended phase space, im…
We consider the possible existence of self-similar solutions containing black holes in a Friedmann background with a stiff fluid or a scalar field. We carefully study the relationship between the self-similar equations in these two cases and emphasize the crucial role of the similarity horizon. We show that there is no self-similar black hole solution surrounded by an exact or asymptotically flat Friedmann background containing a massless scalar field. This result also applies for a scalar field with a potential, providing the universe is decelerating. However, if there is a potential and the …
We obtain the solution of a static spherically symmetric black hole surrounded by a cloud of strings in Rastall gravity and study the influence of the parameter $a$ associated with strings on the event horizon and the Hawking temperature. Through analyzing the black hole metric, we find that the static spherically symmetric black hole solution surrounded by a cloud of strings in Rastall gravity can be transformed into the static spherically symmetric black hole solution surrounded by quintessence in Einstein gravity when the parameter $β$ of Rastall gravity is positive, which provides a possib…
This paper is devoted to study charged fermion particles tunneling through the horizon of Kerr-Newman-AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence by using Hamilton-Jacobi ansatz. In our analysis, we investigate Hawking temperature as well as quantum corrected Hawking temperature on account of generalized uncertainty principle. Moreover, we discuss the effects of correction parameter $β$ on the corrected Hawking temperature $T_{e-H}$, graphically. We conclude that the temperature $T_{e-H}$ vanishes when $β=100$, whereas for $β<100$ and $β>100$, the temperature turns out to be positive and negativ…
In this paper, we have extended and deepened the study on fractional order phase transition (FPT) of a charged AdS black hole performed in [1]. We have carried out a detailed analysis of FPT for several AdS black hole prototypes: black hole surrounded by quintessence background, 5D Gauss-Bonnet, D dimensional RN-AdS BH, and lastly Kerr black holes. We have shown that the 4/3 order FPT at critical points obtained in [1] still holds for the first three black holes systems, while for Kerr black holes, the fractional order is rather 1/3. These results suggest two remarkable features: Firstly 4/3 o…
In this paper we study the thermodynamics of Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet (EGB)-AdS black holes minimally coupled to a cloud of strings in an extended phase space where the cosmological constant is treated as pressure of the black holes and its conjugate variable is the thermodynamical volume of the black holes. To investigate the analogy between EGB black holes surrounded by a cloud of strings and liquid-gas system we derive the analytical solutions of the critical points and probe the effects of a cloud of strings on $P-V$ criticality. There is obtained resemblance between "small black hole/large b…
In this paper, we study the heat engine where charged AdS black holes surrounded by dark energy is the working substance and the mechanical work is done via $PdV$ term in the first law of black hole thermodynamics in the extended phase space. We first investigate the effects of a kind of dark energy (quintessence field in this paper) on the efficiency of the RN-AdS black holes as heat engine defined as a rectangle closed path in the $P-V$ plane. We get the exact efficiency formula and find that quintessence field can improve the heat engine efficiency which will increase as the field density $…
We study the greybody factor and Hawking radiation with a non-minimal derivative coupling between the scalar field and the curvature in the background of the slowly rotating Kerr-Newman black hole. Our results show that both the absorption probability and luminosity of Hawking radiation of the scalar field increase with the coupling. Moreover, we also find that for the weak coupling $η<η_c$, the absorption probability and luminosity of Hawking radiation decrease when the black hole's Hawking temperature decreases; while for stronger coupling $η>η_c$, the absorption probability and luminosity o…
We study the thermodynamics of a charged black hole surrounded by a perfect fluid in Rastall theory and investigate three different cases of quintessence, dust and radiation fields. By considering thermal fluctuations, we study the corrected thermodynamics of the system. We investigate the effects of thermal fluctuations on the black hole stability, phase transition and critical points. We show that the thermal fluctuations increase instability of the black hole and may yield to the second order phase transition. We also compare our result with uncharged cases to find the effects of the black …
We study the cosmological evolution of a type-0 string theory by employing non-criticality, which may be induced by fluctuations of the D3 brane worlds. We check the consistency of the approach to O(alpha ') in the corresponding sigma-model. The ten-dimensional theory is reduced to an effective four-dimensional model, with only time dependent fields. We show that the four-dimensional universe has an inflationary phase and graceful exit from it, while the other extra dimensions are stabilized to a constant value, with the fifth dimension much larger than the others. We pay particular attention …
