Stratified spaces and synthetic Ricci curvature bounds

We prove that a compact stratied space satises the Riemannian curvature-dimension condition RCD(K, N) if and only if its Ricci tensor is bounded below by K $\in$ R on the regular set, the cone angle along the stratum of codimension two is smaller than or equal to 2$π$ and its dimension is at most equal to N. An almost rigidity Theorem and its applications to noncompact RCD(0,N) spaces with linear volume growth

The main results of this paper consists of two parts. Firstly, we obtain an almost rigidity theorem which says that on a RCD(0, N) space, when a domain between two level sets of a distance function has almost maximal volume compared to that of a cylinder, then this portion is close to a cylinder as a metric space. Isometric immersions of RCD spaces

We prove that if an RCD space has a regular isometric immersion in a Euclidean space, then the immersion is a locally bi-Lipschitz embedding map. This result leads us to prove that if a compact non-collapsed RCD space has an isometric immersion in a Euclidean space via an eigenmap, then the eigenmap is a locally bi-Lipschitz embedding map to a sphere, which generalizes a fundamental theorem of Takahashi in submanifold theory to a non-smooth setting. Homotopy classes of harmonic maps of the stratified 2-spheres and applications to geometric flows

We show that the set of harmonic maps from the 2-dimensional stratified spheres with uniformly bounded energies contains only finitely many homotopy classes. We apply this result to construct infinitely many harmonic map flows and mean curvature flows of 2-sphere in the connected sum of two closed 3-dimensional manifolds $M_1\not=S^3$ and $M_2\not=S^3,\R¶^3$, which must develop finite time singularity.

Rigidity and almost rigidity of Sobolev inequalities on compact spaces with lower Ricci curvature bounds

We prove that if $M$ is a closed $n$-dimensional Riemannian manifold, $n \ge 3$, with ${\rm Ric}\ge n-1$ and for which the optimal constant in the critical Sobolev inequality equals the one of the $n$-dimensional sphere $\mathbb{S}^n$, then $M$ is isometric to $\mathbb{S}^n$.
