We calculate the form factor and cross section of the excited charmonium production process $e^{+}+e^{-}\rightarrow ψ\left ( 2S \right )+η_{c}$ by light-cone sum rules. In our method, the form factor depends on the distribution amplitude of $η_{c}$ meson. Experimentally, the energy scale of $e^{+}+e^{-}\rightarrow ψ\left ( 2S \right )+η_{c}$ process is much larger than the initial energy scale of $η_{c}$ meson in our BHL model. Therefore, we further consider the evolution of the distribution amplitude with the energy scale, and select the distribution amplitude as our input parameter when the final effective energy scale is $μ=5.00\ GeV$. This treatment means that we have chosen the relativistic distribution amplitude. The results show that the relativistic effect contributes greatly to the form factor and cross section. Our results are consistent with Belle experimental data.
The production cross sections of $J/ψ~η_b$, $Υ\;η_c$ pairs in a single boson $e^+e^-$ annihilation have been studied in a wide range of energies, which will be achieved at future $e^+e^-$ colliders. The main color singlet contributions to the production processes are taken into account, including the one loop QCD contribution.
We calculate the double charmonium production cross section within the framework of $4\times 4$ Bethe-Salpeter Equation in the electron-positron annihilation, at center of mass energy $\sqrt{s}= 10.6$GeV, that proceeds through the exchange of a single virtual photon. In this calculation, we make use of the full Dirac structure of 4D BS wave functions of these charmonia, with the incorporation of all the Dirac covariants (both leading and sub-leading). The calculated cross-sections for the double charmonium productions for final states, ($J/Ψ, η_c$); ($Ψ',η_c$) ; ($J/Ψ, η_c'$); and ($Ψ',η_c'$) …
In this paper, we present a new analysis on the $P$-wave charmonium annihilation into two photons up to next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD corrections by using the principle of maximum conformality (PMC). The conventional perturbative QCD prediction shows strong scale dependence and deviates largely from the BESIII measurements. After applying the PMC, we obtain a more precise scale-invariant pQCD prediction, which also agrees with the BESIII measurements within errors, i.e. $R={Γ_{γγ}(χ_{c2})} /{Γ_{γγ}(χ_{c0})}=0.246\pm0.013$, where the error is for $Δα_s(M_τ)=\pm0.016$. By further cons…
In the wake of recent measurements of ratios of semileptonic branching fractions: ${\cal R}_{J/ψ}, {\cal R}_D$ and ${\cal R}_{D^*}$ reported by the LHCb, BELLE and HFLAV Collaborations, we calculate invariant form factors for the exclusive semileptonic $B_c$-meson decays to radially excited charmonium and charm meson states in the full kinematical region within the framework of relativistic independent quark (RIQ)model. We evaluate the lepton mass effect in the decay processes induced by $b\to c,u$ transition at the quark level. Our predictions on branching fractions for $B_c\to η_c/ψ(nS)$ are…
We investigated the form factors of the $B_{c}$ meson into $P$-wave orbitally excited charmonium using the nonrelativistic QCD effective theory. Through the analytic computation, the next-to-leading order relativistic corrections to the form factors were obtained, and the asymptotic expressions were studied in the infinite bottom quark mass limit. Employing the general form factors, we discussed the exclusive decays of the $B_{c}$ meson into $P$-wave orbitally excited charmonium and a light meson. We found that the relativistic corrections lead to a large correction for the form factors, which…
The total cross section of the process $e^+e^- \to Λ\barΛ$ is calculated within the energy range close to the mass of $ψ(3770)$ charmonium state. Two different contributions were considered: the $D$-meson loop and the three gluon charmonium annihilation one. Both of them contribute noticeably and in sum fairly reproduce the data. Large relative phase for these contributions are generated with respect to the pure electromagnetic mechanism. As a by product the fit for the electromagnetic form factor of $Λ$-hyperon is obtained for the large momentum transferred region.
Charmonium spectral functions in vector and pseudoscalar channels at finite temperature are investigated through the complex Borel sum rules and the maximum entropy method. Our approach enables us to extract the peaks corresponding to the excited charmonia, $ψ^\prime$ and $η_c^\prime$, as well as those of the ground states, $J/ψ$ and $η_c$, which has never been achieved in usual QCD sum rule analyses. We show the spectral functions in vacuum and their thermal modification around the critical temperature, which leads to the almost simultaneous melting (or peak disappearance) of the ground and e…

In this work, we find a Critical Energy induced Enhancement (CEE) mechanism for the general three-body open-charm process at the $e^+e^-$ collisions, which utilizes the peculiar kinematic behavior of the $e^+e^-$ annihilation process involving three-body final states. We present a general analysis of a three-body process $e^+e^-\to BC\to B(C\to DE)$. When the center-of-mass (CM) energy of the $e^+e^-$ collision satisfies a critical relation $\sqrt{s}=m_B+m_C$, there clearly exists the reflection peak of an intermediate $C$ state near the threshold of the invariant mass distribution of $m_{BE}$…
Gluonic excitation of non-exotic hybrid charmonium from lattice QCD
利用猝灭格点量子色动力学研究了具有非奇异量子数$J^{PC}=0^{-+}$、$1^{--}$和$1^{++}$的杂化粲偶素${\bar c} c g$的基态和第一激发态.它们在文献中被完全忽略,只是因为它们的基态与$η_c$,$J/ψ$和$χ_{c1}$简并,并且在实验中很难与这些常规的粲素介子区分开来。然而,我们在第一激发态中观察到了强的胶子径向激发,我们预测它们的质量分别为4.352(225)GeV、4.379(149)GeV和7.315(257)GeV,与相应的常规粲偶素的第一激发态完全不同。它们与最近发现的Y(4260)态的相关性和未来对其他态的实验研究也进行了讨论。

We calculate the $Λ_c\barΛ_c$ partial decay width of the excited vector charmonium states around 4.6 GeV with the quark pair creation model. We find that the partial decay width of the $Λ_c\barΛ_c$ mode can reach up to several MeV for $ψ(4S,~5S,~6S)$. In contrast, the partial $Λ_c\barΛ_c$ decay width of the states $ψ(3D,~4D,~5D)$ is less than one MeV. If the enhancement $Y(4630)$ reported by the Belle Collaboration in $Λ_c\barΛ_c$ invariant-mass distribution is the same structure as $Y(4660)$, the $Y(4660)$ resonance is most likely to be a $S$-wave charmonium state.
Up to now, the $N^*$ production from $e^+e^-$ annihilations has been studied only around charmonium region. Charmonium decays to $N^*$s are analogous to (time-like) EM form factors in that the charm quark annihilation provides a nearly pointlike (ggg) current. Complementary to other sources, such as $πN$, $eN$ and $γN$ reactions, this new source for $N^*$ spectroscopy has a few advantages, such as an isospin filter and a low spin filter. The experimental results on $N^*$ from $e^+e^-$ annihilations and their phenomenological implications are reviewed. Possible new sources on $N^*$ production f…
