We present Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) light curves for microlensing-event candidates for the 2016 season, which covers an area of 97 sq.deg observed at cadences ranging from Gamma=0.2/hr to Gamma=8/hr from three southern sites in Chile, South Africa, and Australia. These 2163 light curves are comprised of 1856 "clear microlensing" and 307 "possible microlensing" events (including 265 previously released from the K2 C9 field). The data policy is very similar to the one governing the 2015 release. The changes relative to 2015 in the algorithms to find and vet microlensing events are comprehensively described.
We present Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) light curves for microlensing-event candidates in the Kepler K2 C9 field having peaks within 3 effective timescales of the Kepler observations. These include 181 "clear microlensing" and 84 "possible microlensing" events found by the KMTNet event finder, plus 56 other events found by OGLE and/or MOA that were not found by KMTNet. All data for the first two classes are immediately available for public use without restriction.

We present the analysis of KMT-2016-BLG-0212, a low flux-variation $(I_{\rm flux-var}\sim 20$) microlensing event, which is well-covered by high-cadence data from the three Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) telescopes. The event shows a short anomaly that is incompletely covered due to the brief visibility intervals that characterize the early microlensing season when the anomaly occurred. We show that the data are consistent with two classes of solutions, characterized respectively by low-mass brown-dwarf $(q=0.037)$ and sub-Neptune $(q<10^{-4})$ companions, respectively. Future h…
We present the analysis of seven microlensing planetary events with planet/host mass ratios $q < 10^{-4}$: KMT-2017-BLG-1194, KMT-2017-BLG-0428, KMT-2019-BLG-1806, KMT-2017-BLG-1003, KMT-2019-BLG-1367, OGLE-2017-BLG-1806, and KMT-2016-BLG-1105. They were identified by applying the Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) AnomalyFinder algorithm to 2016--2019 KMTNet events. A Bayesian analysis indicates that all the lens systems consist of a cold super-Earth orbiting an M or K dwarf. Together with 17 previously published and three that will be published elsewhere, AnomalyFinder has found a…
We present here multi-band photometry for over 2000 Main-belt asteroids. For each target we report the probabilistic taxonomy using the measured V-R and V-I colors in combination with a machine-learning generated decision surface in color-color space. Through this method we classify >85% of our targets as one the four main Bus-DeMeo complexes: S-, C-, X-, or D-type. Roughly one third of our targets have a known associated dynamic family with 69 families represented in our data. Within uncertainty our results show no discernible difference in taxonomic distribution between family members and no…
We present microlensing events in the 2015 Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) data and our procedure for identifying these events. In particular, candidates were detected with a novel "completed event" microlensing event-finder algorithm. The algorithm works by making linear fits to a (t0,teff,u0) grid of point-lens microlensing models. This approach is rendered computationally efficient by restricting u0 to just two values (0 and 1), which we show is quite adequate. The implementation presented here is specifically tailored to the commission-year character of the 2015 data, but the…
We continue our program of publishing all planets (and possible planets) found by eye in 2021 Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) online data. We present 4 planets, (KMT-2021-BLG-0712Lb, KMT-2021-BLG-0909Lb, KMT-2021-BLG-2478Lb, and KMT-2021-BLG-1105Lb), with planet-host mass ratios in the range -3.3 < log q < -2.2. This brings the total of secure, by-eye, 2021 KMTNet planets to 16, including 8 in this series. The by-eye sample is an important check of the completeness of semi-automated detections, which are the basis for statistical analyses. One of the planets, KMT-2021-BLG-1105Lb,…
We conduct the first microlensing simulation in the context of planet formation model. The planet population is taken from the Ida & Lin core accretion model for $0.3M_\odot$ stars. With $6690$ microlensing events, we find for a simplified Korea Microlensing Telescopes Network (KMTNet) the fraction of planetary events is $2.9\%$ , out of which $5.5\%$ show multiple-planet signatures. The number of super-Earths, super-Neptunes and super-Jupiters detected are expected to be almost equal. Our simulation shows that high-magnification events and massive planets are favored by planet detections, whi…
We present the MOA Collaboration light curve data for planetary microlensing event OGLE-2015-BLG-0954, which was previously announced in a paper by the KMTNet and OGLE Collaborations. The MOA data cover the caustic exit, which was not covered by the KMTNet or OGLE data, and they provide a more reliable measurement of the finite source effect. The MOA data also provide a new source color measurement that reveals a lens-source relative proper motion of $μ_{\rm rel} = 11.8\pm 0.8\,$mas/yr, which compares to the value of $μ_{\rm rel} = 18.4\pm 1.7\,$mas/yr reported in the KMTNet-OGLE paper. This n…

We inaugurate a program of ``mass production'' of microlensing planets discovered in 2021 KMTNet data, with the aim of laying the basis for future statistical studies. While we ultimately plan to quickly publish all 2021 planets meeting some minimal criteria, the current sample of four was chosen simply on the basis of having low initial estimates of the planet-host mass ratio, $q$. It is therefore notable that 2 members of this sample suffer from a degeneracy in the normalized source radius $ρ$ that arises from different morphologies of closely spaced caustics. All four planets [KMT-2021-BLG-…
We complete the analysis of all 2018 prime-field microlensing planets identified by the KMTNet AnomalyFinder. Among the 10 previously unpublished events with clear planetary solutions, 8 are either unambiguously planetary or are very likely to be planetary in nature: OGLE-2018-BLG-1126, KMT-2018-BLG-2004, OGLE-2018-BLG-1647, OGLE-2018-BLG-1367, OGLE-2018-BLG-1544, OGLE-2018-BLG-0932, OGLE-2018-BLG-1212, and KMT-2018-BLG-2718. Combined with the 4 previously published new AnomalyFinder events and 12 previously published (or in preparation) planets that were discovered by eye, thismakes a total o…

We present VRI spectrophotometry of 1003 Main-Belt Asteroids (MBAs) observed with the Sutherland, South Africa, node of the Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet). All of the observed MBAs were serendipitously captured in KMTNet's large 2deg $\times$ 2deg field of view during a separate targeted near-Earth Asteroid study (Erasmus et al. 2017). Our broadband spectrophotometry is reliable enough to distinguish among four asteroid taxonomies and we confidently categorize 836 of the 1003 observed targets as either a S-, C-, X-, or D-type asteroid by means of a Machine Learning (ML) algorith…
Follow-up observations of high-magnification gravitational microlensing events can fully exploit their intrinsic sensitivity to detect extrasolar planets, especially those with small mass ratios. To make followup more uniform and efficient, we develop a system, HighMagFinder, based on the real-time data from the Korean Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) to automatically alert possible ongoing high-magnification events. We started a new phase of follow-up observations with the help of HighMagFinder in 2021. Here we report the discovery of two planets in high-magnification microlensing even…
We investigate the microlensing data collected during the 2017--2019 seasons in the peripheral Galactic bulge fields with the aim of finding planetary signals in microlensing light curves observed with relatively sparse coverage. We first sort out lensing events with weak short-term anomalies in the lensing light curves from the visual inspection of all non-prime-field events, and then test various interpretations of the anomalies. From this procedure, we find two previously unidentified candidate planetary lensing events KMT-2017-BLG-0673 and KMT-2019-BLG-0414. It is found that the planetary …
We reexamine high-magnification microlensing events in the previous data collected by the KMTNet survey with the aim of finding planetary signals that were not noticed before. In this work, we report the planetary system KMT-2018-BLG-1988L that was found from this investigation. The planetary signal appears as a deviation with $\lesssim 0.2$~mag from a single-lens light curve and lasted for about 6 hours. The deviation exhibits a pattern of a dip surrounded by weak bumps on both sides of the dip. The analysis of the lensing light curve indicates that the signal is produced by a low mass-ratio …
We report the discovery and analysis of a candidate triple-lens single-source (3L1S) microlensing event, OGLE-2019-BLG-1470. This event was first classified as a normal binary-lens single-source (2L1S) event, but a careful 2L1S modelling showed that it needs an additional lens or source to fit the observed data. It is found that the 3L1S model provides the best fit, but the binary-lens binary-source (2L2S) model is only disfavoured by $Δχ^2 \simeq 18$. All of the feasible models include a planet with planet-to-host mass-ratios $10^{-3} \lesssim q \lesssim 10^{-2}$. A Bayesian analysis based on…
Light curves feature many kinds of variability, including instrumental systematics, intrinsic stellar variability such as pulsations, and flux changes caused by transiting exoplanets or eclipsing binary stars. Detrending is a key pre-planet-search data processing step that aims to remove variability not due to transits. This data release note describes improvements to the Quick-Look Pipeline's detrending algorithm via the inclusion of quaternion data to remove short-timescale systematics. We describe updates to our procedure, intermediate data products outputted by the algorithm, and improveme…
TESS will target the ecliptic plane in Sectors 42 - 46. These sectors overlap with campaigns from the K2 mission, providing a unique opportunity for multi-mission light curve analysis. This data release note describes the combined analysis of K2 and TESS light curves as part of the Quick-Look Pipeline (QLP) procedure, which processes light curves for all targets in TESS Full-Frame Images (FFIs) down to TESS magnitude T = 13.5. We describe updates to our codebase, and the planet transit search, candidate triage, and report generation that are affected by this combined analysis.
The Kepler Mission used a 0.95-m aperture space-based telescope to continuously observe more than 150 000 stars for 4 years. We model and analyze most KOIs listed at the Exoplanet Archive using the Kepler data. This document describes data products related to the reported planetary parameters and uncertainties for the Kepler Objects of Interest (KOIs) based on a Markov-Chain-Monte- Carlo (MCMC) analysis. Reported parameters, uncertainties and data products can be found at the NASA Exoplanet Archive ( http://exoplanetarchive.ipac.caltech.edu/docs/Kepler_KOI_docs.html ).
We present the first short-duration candidate microlensing events from the Kepler K2 mission. From late April to early July 2016, Campaign 9 of K2 obtained high temporal cadence observations over a 3.7 square degree region of the Galactic bulge. Its primary objectives were to look for evidence of a free-floating planet (FFP) population using microlensing, and demonstrate the feasibility of space-based planetary microlensing surveys. Though Kepler K2 is far from optimal for microlensing, the recently developed MCPM photometric pipeline enables us to identify and model microlensing events. We de…
We present the first release of the Calar Alto CAFOS direct imaging data, a project led by the Spanish Virtual Observatory with the goal of enhancing the use of the Calar Alto archive by the astrophysics community. Data Release 1 contains 23903 reduced and astrometrically calibrated images taken from March 2008 to July 2019 with a median of the mean uncertainties in the astrometric calibration of 0.04 arcsec. The catalogue associated to 6132 images in the Sloan gris filters provides accurate astrometry and PSF calibrated photometry for 139337 point-like detections corresponding to 21985 differ…
