Estimation of the masses of selected stars of Pulkovo program by means of astrometry methods

Stars of Pulkovo observatory program are observed on 65-cm refractor during many years for study their positions and movement. We represent example of two visual binary stars, for which orbits and masses of components were determined, and two astrometric stars, for which masses of their unseen companions have been estimated. The first stars are: ADS 14636 (61 Cygni) and ADS 7251 and others are: Gliese 623 and ADS 8035 (Alpha UMa). The direct astrometric methods were used for estimation of mass-ratio and masses.

Primeval very low-mass stars and brown dwarfs - IV. New L subdwarfs, Gaia astrometry, population properties, and a blue brown dwarf binary

We present 27 new L subdwarfs and classify five of them as esdL and 22 as sdL. Our L subdwarf candidates were selected with the UKIRT Infrared Deep Sky Survey and Sloan Digital Sky Survey. Spectroscopic follow-up was carried out primarily with the OSIRIS spectrograph on the Gran Telescopio Canarias. High-precision astrometry with VVV. I. An independent reduction pipeline for VIRCAM@VISTA

We present a new reduction pipeline for the VIRCAM@VISTA detector and describe the method developed to obtain high-precision astrometry with the VISTA Variables in the Vía Láctea (VVV) data set. We derive an accurate geometric-distortion correction using as calibration field the globular cluster NGC 5139, and showed that we are able to reach a relative astrometric precision of about 8 mas per coordinate per exposure for well-measured stars over a field of view of more than 1 square degree. Binary Star Population with Common Proper Motion in Gaia DR2

We describe a homogeneous catalog compilation of common proper motion stars based on Gaia DR2. A preliminary list of all pairs of stars within the radius of 100 pc around the Sun with a separation less than a parsec was compiled. A search for black hole microlensing signatures in globular cluster NGC 6656 (M 22)

We report the results of a study aiming to detect signs of astrometric microlensing caused by an intermediate-mass black hole (IMBH) in the center of globular cluster M 22 (NGC 6656).
