Correlated ad-atom systems on the Si(111) surface have recently attracted an increased attention as strongly correlated systems with a rich phase diagram. We study these materials by a single band model on the triangular lattice including 1/r long-range interaction. Employing the recently proposed TRILEX method we find an unconventional superconducting phase of chiral d-wave symmetry in hole-doped systems. The superconductivity is driven simultaneously by both charge and spin fluctuations and is strongly enhanced by the long-range tail of the interaction. We provide an analysis of the relevant collective bosonic modes and explain how in triangular symmetry both charge and spin channels contribute to the Cooper-pairing.
With the discovery of strong coupling physics and superconductivity in Moiré superlattices, it's essential to have an understanding of strong coupling driven superconductivity in systems with trigonal symmetry. The simplest lattice model with trigonal symmetry is the triangular lattice Hubbard model. Although the triangular lattice spin model is a heavily studied model in the context of frustration, studies of the hole-doped triangular lattice Hubbard model are rare. Here we use density matrix renormalization group (DMRG) to investigate the domininant superconducting channels in the hole-doped…
Within the framework of kinetic-energy-driven superconductivity, the asymmetric doping dependence of superconductivity between the hole- and electron-doped triangular-lattice superconductors has been studied. It is shown that although the superconducting transition temperature has a dome-shaped doping dependence for both the hole- and electron-doped triangular-lattice superconductors, superconductivity appears over a wide doping of range in the hole-doped case, while it only exists in a narrow range of the doping in the electron-doped side. Moreover, the maximum superconducting transition temp…
We argue that Raman scattering in $B_{1g}$ symmetry allows one to distinguish between phonon-mediated and magnetically-mediated $d-$wave superconductivity. In spin mediated superconductors, $B_{1g}$ Raman intensity develops a resonance at a frequency $ω_{res} < 2Δ_{max}$, whose origin is similar to a neutron resonance. In phonon-mediated $d-$wave superconductors, such a resonance does not develop. Several extensions of the argument are presented.
IrTe2, a layered compound with a triangular iridium lattice, exhibits a structural phase transition at approximately 250 K. This transition is characterized by the formation of Ir-Ir bonds along the b-axis. We found that the breaking of Ir-Ir bonds that occurs in Ir1-xPtxTe2 results in the appearance of a structural critical point in the T = 0 limit at xc = 0.035. Although both IrTe2 and PtTe2 are paramagnetic metals, superconductivity at Tc = 3.1 K is induced by the bond breaking in a narrow range of x > xc in Ir1-xPtxTe2. This result indicates that structural fluctuations can be involved in …
We study the electronic states of the anisotropic triangular lattice Hubbard model at half filling, which is a simple effective model for the organic superconducting $κ$-BEDT-TTF compounds. We treat the effect of the Coulomb interaction by the fluctuation exchange (FLEX) method, and obtain the phase diagram of this model for various sets of parameters. It is shown that the d-wave superconductivity is realized in the wide region of the phase diagram, next to the antiferromagnetic states. The obtained phase diagram explains the characters of the experimental results very well.
The quarter-filling extended Hubbard model on the triangular lattice is studied to explore pairing instability in the three-fold charge-ordered (CO) metal. We derive a second-order strong-coupling effective Hamiltonian of doped carriers into the three-fold CO insulator at electron density of $n=2/3$, and then study the $f$- and $d_{xy}$-wave superconductivities down to $n=1/2$ by using the BCS mean-field approximation. It is found that the triplet $f$-wave pairing is more stable than the $d_{xy}$-wave one. We also point out that this coexisting state of the charge ordering and superconductivit…
We predict a strong enhancement of the critical temperature in a conventional Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) superconductor in the presence of a bosonic condensate of exciton-polaritons. The effect depends strongly on the ratio of the cutoff frequencies for phonon and exciton-polariton mediated BCS superconductivity, respectively. We also discuss a possible design of hybrid semiconductor-superconductor structures suitable for the experimental observation of such an effect.
Adsorption of one-third monolayer of Sn on an atomically-clean Si(111) substrate produces a two-dimensional triangular adatom lattice with one unpaired electron per site. This dilute adatom reconstruction is an antiferromagnetic Mott insulator; however, the system can be modulation-doped and metallized using heavily-doped p-type Si(111) substrates. Here, we show that the hole-doped dilute adatom layer on a degenerately doped p-type Si(111) wafer is superconducting with a critical temperature of 4.7 +- 0.3 K. While a phonon-mediated coupling scenario would be consistent with the observed TC, Mo…
In elemental metals the pairing of electrons leading to superconductivity is mediated by the vibrations of the crystal lattice and the pairs have spherical symmetry. For layered organic molecular crystals there is no consensus about the pairing symmetry or the mechanism of the superconductivity. We show theoretically that the mechanism of superconductivity for members of the (BEDT-TTF)2X family with the theta and beta'' crystal structures is mediated by charge fluctuations and the superconducting order parameter has dxy symmetry. This is in contrast to the kappa-(BEDT-TTF)2X family, for which …
We suggest that the high-temperature superconductivity is attributed to the director-roles of van Hove singularity between electron-electron interaction and electron-phonon interaction. Difference between the critical temperature and pairing temperature is presented, and the Fermi arc, d-wave symmetry and poor conductor etc are discussed. Particularly, non-s-wave symmetry is predicted to have the highest Tc for superconductors.
We investigate the superconductivity in Sr$_2$RuO$_4$ on the basis of the three-dimensional three-band Hubbard model. We propose a model with Coulomb interactions among the electrons on the nearest-neighbor Ru sites. In our model the intersite Coulomb repulsion and exchange coupling can work as the effective interaction for the spin-triplet paring. This effective interaction is enhanced by the band hybridization, which is mediated by the interlayer transfers. We investigate the possibility of this mechanism in the ground state and find that the orbital dependent spin-triplet superconductivity …
We have evaluated the total carrier mass enhancement factor f_{t} for MgB_{2} from two independent experiments (specific heat and upper critical field). These experiments consistently show that f_{t} = 3.1\pm0.1. The unusually large f_{t} is incompatible with the measured reduced gap (2Δ(0)/k_{B}T_{c} = 4.1) and the total isotope-effect exponent (α= 0.28\pm0.04) within the conventional phonon-mediated model. We propose an unconventional phonon-mediated mechanism, which is able to quantitatively explain the values of T_{c}, f_{t}, α, and the reduced energy gap in a consistent way.
We report on a pressure-induced evolution of exotic superconductivity and spin correlations in CeIr(In$_{1-x}$Cd$_{x}$)$_5$ by means of In-Nuclear-Quadrupole-Resonance (NQR) studies. Measurements of an NQR spectrum and nuclear-spin-lattice-relaxation rate $1/T_1$ have revealed that antiferromagnetism induced by the Cd-doping emerges locally around Cd dopants, but superconductivity is suddenly induced at $T_c$ = 0.7 and 0.9 K at 2.34 and 2.75 GPa, respectively. The unique superconducting characteristics with a large fraction of the residual density of state at the Fermi level that increases wit…
The effective attractive interaction between electrons, mediated by electron-phonon coupling, is a well-established mechanism of conventional superconductivity. In metals exhibiting a Fermi surface, the critical temperature of superconductivity is exponentially smaller than the characteristic phonon energy. Therefore such superconductors are found only at temperatures below a few Kelvin. Systems with flat energy bands have been suggested to cure the problem and provide a route to room-temperature superconductivity, but previous studies are limited to only BCS models with an effective attractiv…
Breaking down the traditional perception on phonons which are achiral, the recent discovery of chiral phonon carrying angular momentum provides possible ways to couple electron, photon, spin, magnon and exciton, etc. We theoretically proposed an electron-chiral phonon interaction with two-phonon process, in contrast to conventional electron-phonon interaction, and a kind of effective Hubbard U through exchanging two chiral phonons is proposed. Taking two-dimensional diatomic honeycomb lattice as an example, we found this repulsive Hubbard U mediated by chiral phonons induces unconventional and…
The disclosure of spinon superconductivity and superconductivity mediated by spin-waves in hole-doped Bi2212 cuprate raises the question about the origin of the superconductivity in other cuprates and specially in an electron-doped NCCO cuprate.
Muon-spin rotation has been used to probe vortex state in Sr$_2$RuO$_4$. At moderate fields and temperatures a lattice of triangular symmetry is observed, crossing over to a lattice of square symmetry with increasing field and temperature. At lower fields it is found that there are large regions of the sample that are completely free from vortices which grow in volume as the temperature falls. Importantly this is accompanied by {\it increasing} vortex density and increasing disorder within the vortex-cluster containing regions. Both effects are expected to result from the strongly temperature-…
We propose a mechanism for robust BCS-like superconductivity in graphene placed in the vicinity of a Bose-Einstein condensate. Electrons in the graphene interact with the excitations above the condensate, called Bogoliubov quasiparticles (or bogolons). It turns out that bogolon-pair-mediated interaction allows us to surpass the long-standing problem of the vanishing density of states of particles with a linear spectrum. This results in a dramatic enhancement of the superconducting properties of graphene while keeping its relativistic dispersion. We study the behavior of the superconducting gap…
We predict that electron-doped silicene is a good two-dimensional electron-phonon superconductor under biaxial tensile strain by first-principles calculations within rigid band approximation. Superconductivity transition temperature of electron-doped silicene can be increased to be above 10 K by 5% tensile strain. Band structures, phonon dispersive relations, and Eliashberg functions are calculated for detailed analysis. The strong interaction between acoustic phonon modes normal to the silicene plane and the increasing electronic states around the Fermi level induced by tensile strain is main…
We investigate the spin-triplet superconductivity mediated by phonons in quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) systems with open Fermi surfaces. We obtain the ground state phase diagrams. It is found that spin-triplet superconductivity occurs for weak screening and strong on-site Coulomb interaction, even in the absence of any additional nonphonon pairing interactions. We find that the nodeless spin-triplet state is more favorable than the spin-triplet state with line nodes, for the parameter values of the Q1D superconductors (TMTSF)_2X. We also find that Q1D open Fermi surface, which is the specific fe…
In order to clarify whether the odd-frequency superconductivity can be realized or not, we study a quasi-one-dimensional triangular lattice in the Hubbard model using the random phase approximation (RPA) and the fluctuation exchange (FLEX) approximation. We find that odd-frequency spin-singlet p-wave pairing can be enhanced on a quasi-one-dimensional isosceles triangular lattice.
Density functional theory (DFT) based ab-initio calculations of electronic, phononic, and superconducting properties of 1T MoS2 are reported. The phonon dispersions are computed within density-functional-perturbation-theory (DFPT). We have also computed Eliashberg function alpha2Fomega and electron-phonon coupling constant lambda from the same. The superconducting transition temperature (Tc) computed within the McMillan-Allen-Dynes formula is found in good agreement with the recent experimental report. We have also evaluated the effect of pressure on the superconducting behavior of this system…
To investigate the possibility of charge order and superconductivity in a doped two-dimensional triangular lattice, we study the extended Hubbard model with variational Monte Carlo method. At n=2/3, a commensurate filling for a triangular lattice, it is shown that the nearest-neighbor Coulomb interaction V induces honeycomb-type charge order and antiferromagnetic spin order at U>10t. We also discuss the possibility of superconductivity induced by charge fluctuation and the relation to the superconductivity in Na_{0.35}CoO_{2}1.3H_{2}O and theta-type organic condoctors.
The present paper discusses magnon-mediated superconductivity in ferromagnetic metals. The mechanism explains in a natural way the fact that the superconductivity in UGe_2, ZrZn_2 and URhGe is apparently confined to the ferromagnetic phase. The order parameter is a spin anti-parallel component ofa spin-1 triplet with zero spin projection. The transverse spinfluctuations are pair forming and the longitudinal ones are pair breaking. The competition between magnons and paramagnons explains the existence of two successive quantum phase transitions in UGe_2, from ferromagnetism to ferromagnetic super…
Recent experiments have tuned the monolayer 1T'-WTe2 to be superconducting by electrostatic gating. Here, we theoretically study the phonon-mediated superconductivity in monolayer 1T'-WTe2 via charge doping. We reveal that the emergence of soft-mode phonons with specific momentum is crucial to give rise to the superconductivity in electron-doping regime, whereas no such soft-mode phonons and no superconductivity emerge in hole-doping regime. We also find a superconducting dome, which can be attributed to the change of Fermi surface nesting condition as electron doping. By taking into account t…
We present a theory of phonon-mediated superconductivity in near magic angle twisted bilayer graphene. Using a microscopic model for phonon coupling to moiré band electrons, we find that phonons generate attractive interactions in both $s$ and $d$ wave pairing channels and that the attraction is strong enough to explain the experimental superconducting transition temperatures. Before including Coulomb repulsion, the $s$-wave channel is more favorable; however, on-site Coulomb repulsion can suppress $s$-wave pairing relative to $d$-wave. The pair amplitude varies spatially with the moiré period…
Anisotropic pairing interactions mediated by phonons are examined in layer systems. It is shown that the screening effects become weaker when the layer spacing increases. Then the anisotropic components of the pairing interactions increase with the screening length since the momentum dependence changes. As a result, various types of anisotropic superconductivity occur depending on the parameter region. For example, p-wave superconductivity occurs when the short-range part of Coulomb repulsion is strong and the layer spacing is large. Two kinds of inter-layer pairing may occur when the layer sp…
We propose theoretically that a magnetic field can realize spin-triplet superconductivity in repulsively interacting electron systems having strong ferromagnetic spin fluctuations. We confirm the general idea for the low-density Hubbard model on a triangular lattice, whose Fermi surface consists of disconnected pieces, by calculating the pairing susceptibility in a moderate magnetic field with the quantum Monte-Carlo method combined with the dynamical cluster approximation.
We investigate the dynamics of a phonon-mediated superconductor driven out of equilibrium. The electronic hopping amplitude is ramped down in time, resulting in an increased electronic density of states. The dynamics of the coupled electron-phonon model is investigated by solving Migdal-Eliashberg equations for the double-time Keldysh Green's functions. The increase of the density of states near the Fermi level leads to an enhancement of superconductivity when the system thermalizes to the new state at the same temperature. We provide a time- and momentum-resolved view on this thermalization p…
We determine the behavior of the critical temperature of magnetically mediated p-wave superconductivity near a ferromagnetic quantum critical point in three dimensions, distinguishing universal and non-universal aspects of the result. We find that the transition temperature is non-zero at the critical point, raising the possibility of superconductivity in the ferromagnetic phase.
We report exact calculations of magnetic and superconducting pair-pair correlations for the half-filled band Hubbard model on an anisotropic triangular lattice. Our results for the magnetic phases are similar to those obtained with other techniques. The superconducting pair-pair correlations at distances beyond nearest neighbor decrease monotonically with increasing Hubbard interaction U for all anisotropy, indicating the absence of frustration-driven superconductivity within the model.
Unconventional superconductivity is commonly linked to electronic pairing mechanisms, since it is believed that the conventional electron-phonon interaction (EPI) cannot cause sign-changing superconducting gap symmetries. Here, we show that this common understanding needs to be revised when one considers a more elaborate theory of electron-phonon superconductivity beyond standard approximations. We selfconsistently solve the full-bandwidth, anisotropic Eliashberg equations including vertex corrections beyond Migdal's approximation assuming the usual isotropic EPI for cuprate, Fe-based and heav…
Two-dimensional superconductors attract great interest both for their fundamental physics and for their potential applications, especially in the rapidly growing field of quantum computing. Despite intense theoretical and experimental efforts, materials with a reasonably high transition temperature are still rare. Even more rare are those that combine superconductivity with a non-trivial band topology, to potentially host exotic states of matter such as Majorana fermions. Here, we predict a remarkably high superconducting critical temperature of 21-28 K in the easily exfoliable, topologically …
We study superconductivity in a normal metal, arising from effective electron-electron interactions mediated by spin-fluctuations in a neighboring antiferromagnetic insulator. Introducing a frustrating next-nearest neighbor interaction in a Néel antiferromagnet with an uncompensated interface, the superconducting critical temperature is found to be enhanced as the frustration is increased. Further, for sufficiently large next-nearest neighbor interaction, the antiferromagnet is driven into a stripe phase, which can also give rise to attractive electron-electron interactions. For the stripe pha…
We have produced Sn/Si core-shell cluster assemblies by a plasma-gas-condensation cluster beam deposition apparatus. For the sample with Si content = 12 at.%, the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity exhibits a metallic behavior above 10K and the onset of superconducting transition below 6.1 K. With decreasing temperature, the thermomagnetic curve for the sample with Si content = 8 at.% begins to decrease steadily toward negative value below 7.7 K, indicating the Meissner effect. An increase in the transition temperature, TC is attributable to exciton-typesuperconductivity.
We discuss the possibility of spin-triplet superconductivity in a two-dimensional Hubbard model on a triangular lattice within the third-order perturbation theory. When we vary the symmetry in the dispersion of the bare energy band from D_2 to D_6, spin-singlet superconductivity in the D_2-symmetric system is suppressed and we obtain spin-triplet superconductivity in near the D_6-symmetric system. In this case, it is found that the vertex terms, which are not included in the interaction mediated by the spin fluctuation, are essential for realizing the spin-triplet pairing. We point out the pos…
We investigate three dimensional anharmonic phonons in tetrahedral symmetry and superconductivity mediated by these phonons. Three dimensional anharmonic phonon spectra are calculated directly by solving Schrödinger equation and the superconducting transition temperature is determined by using the theory of strong coupling superconductivity assuming an isotropic gap function. With increasing the third order anharmonicity $b$ of the tetrahedral ion potential, we find a crossover in the energy spectrum to a quantum tunneling regime. We obtain strongly enhanced transition temperatures around the …
Experimental evidence suggests that superconductivity in SrTiO$_3$ is mediated by a soft transverse ferroelectric mode which, according to conventional theories, has negligible coupling with electrons. A phenomenological Rashba type coupling has been proposed on symmetry arguments but a microscopic derivation is lacking. Here we fill this gap and obtain a linear coupling directly from a minimal microscopic model of the electronic structure. We find that the effective electron-electron pairing interaction has a strong momentum dependence. This yields an unusual situation in which the leading $s…
We report $^{11}$B-NMR study on Al-doped MgB$_2$ that addresses a possible mechanism for a high superconducting (SC) transition temperature ($T_c$) of $\sim 40$ K in recently discovered MgB$_2$. The result of nuclear spin lattice relaxation rate $1/T_1$ in the SC state revealed that the size in the SC gap is not changed by substituting Al for Mg. The reduction on $T_c$ by Al-doping is shown to be due to the decrease of $N(E_F)$. According to the McMillan equation, the experimental relation between $T_c$ and the relative change in $N(E_F)$ allowed us to estimate a characteristic phonon frequenc…
Insight into why superconductivity in pristine and doped monolayer graphene seems strongly suppressed has been central for the recent years' various creative approaches to realize superconductivity in graphene and graphene-like systems. We provide further insight by studying electron-phonon coupling and superconductivity in doped monolayer graphene and hexagonal boron nitride based on intrinsic phonon modes. Solving the graphene gap equation using a detailed model for the effective attraction based on electron tight binding and phonon force constant models, the various system parameters can be…
From first-principles calculations, we predict four new intercalated hexagonal $X$BC ($X$=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) compounds to be dynamically stable and phonon-mediated superconductors. These compounds form a LiBC like structure but are metallic. The calculated superconducting critical temperature, $T{_c}$, of MgBC is 51 K. The strong attractive interaction between $σ$-bonding electrons and the B${_{1g}}$ phonon mode gives rise to a larger electron-phonon coupling constant (1.135) and hence high $T_c$; notably, higher than that of MgB$_2$. The other compounds have a low superconducting critical temper…
In the present paper, the impact of small Fermi energy on the selected parameters of the superconducting state in Ba$_{1-x}$K$_{x}$BiO$_{3}$ (BKBO) is studied at $x \in (0.3, 0.4, 0.5)$. This is done by employing the adiabatic and non-adiabatic Eliashberg equations in context of the available experimental data. It is found that the retardation, strong-coupling and the non-adiabatic effects notably influence superconducting phase in BKBO. In particular, the electron-electron interaction, approximated here by the Coulomb pseudopotential, is argued to be reduced by the non-adiabatic effects that …
We review the evidence supporting valence-fluctuation mediated superconductivity in CeCu2Si2 and CeCu2Ge2, where Tc reaches 2.4 K at high pressure. In these systems the valence and magnetic critical points, at p_V and p_c respectively, are well separated. Characteristic signatures associated with both phenomena are distinct. In contrast, the valence and spin fluctuation regions appear much closer in most Ce based compounds. Concerning d-transition metals, superconductivity in pure iron emerges in the pressure window 15-30 GPa with the onset of Tc up to almost 3 K. All relevant observations poi…
The possibility of superconductivity in doped and undoped triangular antiferromagnets is discussed. Using the Bethe-Salpeter (B-S) equation, it is shown that the exchange of RPA paramagnons on a triangular lattice Hubbard model leads to strong pairing correlations at and near half-filling. The dominant states for this system correspond to d-wave singlet (even-frequency) and s-wave triplet (odd-frequency) pairing. Analytical techniques applied to the hole-doped t-J model yield similar results. A t_1-t_2 Hubbard model interpolating between square (t_1=0) and triangular (t_1=t_2) lattices has a t…
We report on a novel mechanism of BCS-like superconductivity, mediated by a pair of Bogoliubov quasiparticles (bogolons). It takes place in hybrid systems consisting of a two-dimensional electron gas in a transition metal dichalcogenide monolayer in the vicinity of a Bose-Einstein condensate. Taking a system of two-dimensional indirect excitons as a testing ground we show, that the bogolon-pair-mediated electron pairing mechanism is stronger than phonon-mediated and single bogolon-mediated ones. We develop a microscopic theory of bogolon-pair-mediated superconductivity, based on the Schrieffer…
Motivated by the observation of superconductivity in SrTiO$_3$ and Bi, we analyze phonon-mediated superconductivity in three-dimensional systems at low carrier density, when the chemical potential $μ$ (equal to Fermi energy at $T=0$) is comparable to or even smaller than the characteristic phonon frequency $ω_L$. We consider the attractive part of the Bardeen-Pines pairing interaction, in which the frequency-dependent electron-phonon interaction is dressed by the Coulomb potential. This dressing endows the pairing interaction with momentum dependence. We argue that the conventional Migdal-Elia…
Oxygen-isotope effect has been investigated in a recently discovered superconductor Sr_{0.4}K_{0.6}BiO_{3}. This compound has a distorted perovskite structure and becomes superconducting at about 12 K. Upon replacing ^{16}O with ^{18}O by 60-80%, the T_c of the sample is shifted down by 0.32-0.50 K, corresponding to an isotope exponent of alpha_{O} = 0.40(5). This isotope exponent is very close to that for a similar bismuthate superconductor Ba_{1-x}K_{x}BiO_{3} with T_c = 30 K. The very distinctive doping and T_c dependencies of alpha_{O} observed in bismuthates and cuprates suggest that bism…
Spin fluctuation-induced superconductivity in two-dimensional organic compounds such as κ-(ET)_2-X is investigated by using a simplified dimer Hubbard model with right-angled isosceles triangular lattice (transfer matrices -τ, -τ^\prime). The dynamical susceptiblity and the self-energy are calculated self-consistently within the fluctuation exchange approximation and the value for T_c as obtained by solving the linearized Eliashberg-type equations is in good agreement with experiment. The pairing symmetry is of d_{x^2-y^2} type. The calculated (U/τ)-dependence of T_c compares qualitatively wel…
We revisit the exciton mechanism of superconductivity in the framework of microcavity physics, replacing virtual excitons as a binding agent of Cooper pairs by excitations of an exciton-polariton Bose-Einstein condensate. We consider a model microcavity where a quantum well with a two dimensional electron gas is sandwiched between two undoped quantum wells, where a polariton condensate is formed. We show that the critical temperature for superconductivity dramatically increases with the condensate population, opening a new route towards high temperature superconductivity.
The nature of the superconducting pairing state in the pristine phase of a compressed kagome metal CsV$_3$Sb$_5$ under pressure is studied by the Migdal-Eliashberg formalism and density-functional theory calculations. We find that the superconducting gap distribution driven by electron-phonon coupling is nodeless and anisotropic. It is revealed that the hybridized V 3$d$ and Sb 5$p$ orbitals are strongly coupled to the V-V bond-stretching and V-Sb bond-bending phonon modes, giving rise to a wide spread of superconducting gap depending on its associated Fermi-surface sheets and momentum. Specif…
We investigate the excitonic fluctuation and its mediated superconductivity in the quasi one-dimensional three-chain Hubbard model for Ta$_2$NiSe$_5$ known as a candidate material for the excitonic insulator. In the semiconducting case and the semimetallic case with a small band-overlapping where one conduction ($c$) band and one valence ($f$) band cross the Fermi level, the excitonic fluctuation with $\bm{q}=\bm{0}$ is enhanced due to the $c$-$f$ Coulomb interaction and diverges towards the uniform excitonic order corresponding to the excitonic insulator. On the other hands, in the semimetall…
