We discuss the existence, non-existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions for systems of Caputo fractional differential equations subject to nonlocal boundary conditions. Our methodology relies on classical fixed point index and we make use of recent results by Infante and Pietramala.

Nonnegative solutions for a system of impulsive BVPs with nonlinear nonlocal BCs

We study the existence of nonnegative solutions for a system of impulsive differential equations subject to nonlinear, nonlocal boundary conditions. The system presents a coupling in the differential equation and in the boundary conditions. The main tool that we use is the theory of fixed point index for compact maps.

Green's function for higher-order boundary value problems involving a nabla Caputo fractional operator

We consider the discrete, fractional operator $\left(L_a^νx\right) (t) := \nabla [p(t) \nabla_{a^*}^νx(t)] + q(t) x(t-1)$ involving the nabla Caputo fractional difference, which can be thought of as an analogue to the self-adjoint differential operator. Existence results for a class of Caputo type fractional differential equations with Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals and Caputo fractional derivatives in boundary conditions

In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a fractional boundary value problem supplemented with nonlocal Riemann-Liouville fractional integral and Caputo fractional derivative boundary conditions. Our results are based on some known tools of fixed point theory. Finally, some illustrative examples are included to verify the validity of our results.

Attractors of Caputo fractional differential equations with triangular vector fields

It is shown that the attractor of an autonomous Caputo fractional differential equation of order $α\in(0,1)$ in $\mathbb{R}^d$ whose vector field has a certain triangular structure and satisfies a smooth condition and dissipativity condition is essentially the same as that of the ordinary differential equation with the same vector field. On the existence and uniqueness of solution for fractional differential equations with nonlocal multi-point boundary conditions

This paper presents some sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of fractional differential equation with nonlocal multi-point boundary conditions involving Caputo fractional derivative and integral boundary conditions. Our analysis relies on the Banach contraction principle, Boyd and Wong fixed point theorem, Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative. Finally, examples are provided to illustrate our main results.

Positive solutions of nonlocal fractional boundary value problem involving Riemann-Stieltjes integral condition

In this paper, we investigate the existence of positive solutions for a nonlocal fractional boundary value problem involving Caputo fractional derivative and nonlocal Riemann-Stieltjes integral boundary condition. By using the spectral analysis of the relevant linear operator and Gelfand's formula, we obtain an useful upper and lower bounds for the spectral radius. Our discussion is based on the properties of the Green's function and the fixed point index theory in cones.

Fractional differential inclusions with a new class of set-valued contractions

The aim of this study to investigate the existence of solutions for the following nonlocal integral boundary value problem of Caputo type fractional differential inclusions. To achieve our goals, we take advantage of fixed point theorems for multivalued mappings satisfying a new class of contractive conditions in the setting of complete metric spaces. We derive new fixed point results which extend and improve many results in the literature by means of this new class of contractions. We also supply some examples to support the new theory.
