In this White Paper for the Snowmass 2021 Process, we propose the establishment of a magnet Leading-Edge technology And Feasibility-directed Program (LEAF Program) to achieve readiness for a future collider decision on the timescale of the next decade. Lattice Design and Dynamic Aperture Studies for the FCC-ee Top-Up Booster Synchrotron

The Future Circular Collider (FCC) study investigates the feasibility of circular colliders in the post-LHC era. The sub-study FCC-ee is a 100 km electron positron collider in the energy range of 90-365 GeV. Acknowledging this priority, in 2021 CERN has launched the international Future Circular Collider (FCC) Feasibility Study (FS).
