Relativistic modelling of stable anisotropic super-dense star

In the present article we have obtained new set of exact solutions of Einstein field equations for anisotropic fluid spheres by using the Herrera et al.[1] algorithm. The anisotropic fluid solution so obtained join continuously to Schwarzschild exterior solution across the pressure free boundary. It is observed that most of the new anisotropic solutions are well behaved and utilized to construct the super-dense star models such as neutron star and pulsars.

Modelling of a compact anisotropic star as an anisotropic fluid sphere in $f(T)$ gravity

In this paper, we have studied the new exact model of anisotropic star in $f(T)$ theory of gravity. The dynamical equations in $f(T)$ theory with the anisotropic fluid have been solved by using Krori-Barua solution. We have determined that all the obtained solutions are free from central singularity and potentially stable. Anisotropic static solutions in modelling highly compact bodies

Einstein field equations for anisotropic spheres are solved and exact interior solutions obtained. This paper extends earlier treatments to include anisotropic models which accommodate a wider variety of physically viable energy densities. Two classes of solutions are possible. In the present article, we have constructed static anisotropic compact star models of Einstein field equations for the spherical symmetric metric of embedding class one. Anisotropic Neutron Stars Modelling: Constraints in Krori-Barua Spacetime

Dense nuclear matter is expected to be anisotropic due to effects such as solidification, superfluidity, strong magnetic fields, hyperons, pion-condesation. Therefore an anisotropic neutron star core seems more realistic than an ideally isotropic one. We model anisotropic neutron stars working in the Krori-Barua (KB) ansatz without preassuming an equation of state. Finch-Skea Solutions of Anisotropic Stellar Models in $f(R)$ Gravity

Present paper deals with the composition and modelling of compact dense astrophysical bodies under the framework of $f(R)$ gravity. The model is employed on various observed strange stars viz., SMC X-1, SAX J1808.4-3658, Swift J1818.0-1607, PSR J1614-2230 and PSR J0348+0432. Anisotropic generalization of Vaidya-Tikekar superdense star

We study superdense relativistic stars with anisotropic matter distributions with spheroidal spatial hypersurfaces. We propose a methodology to make an anisotropic generalization of the Vaidya-Tikekar superdense star model. Anisotropic Fluid Cosmology: an Alternative to Dark Matter?

We use anisotropic fluid cosmology to describe the present, dark energy-dominated, universe. Similarly to what has been proposed for galactic dynamics, the anisotropic fluid gives an effective description of baryonic matter, dark energy and their possible interaction, without assuming the presence of dark matter.
