We give a review of the black-hole/qubit correspondence that incorporates not only the earlier results on black hole entropy and entanglement measures, seven qubits and the Fano plane, wrapped branes as qubits and the attractor mechanism as a distillation procedure, but also newer material including error-correcting codes, Mermin squares, Freudenthal triples and 4-qubit entanglement classification.

On the Black-Hole/Qubit Correspondence

The entanglement classification of four qubits is related to the extremal black holes of the 4-dimensional STU model via a time-like reduction to three dimensions. This correspondence is generalised to the entanglement classification of a very special four-way entanglement of eight qubits and the black holes of the maximally supersymmetric N = 8 and exceptional magic N = 2 supergravity theories.

Thread/State correspondence: the qubit threads model of holographic gravity

We construct a new toy model of the holographic principle, named as holographic qubit threads model, which is an enlightening step towards the issue of spacetime emergence ("it from qubit"). Black hole qubit correspondence from quantum circuits

We consider the black hole qubit correspondence (BHQC) from quantum circuits, taking into account the use of gate operations with base in the formulation of wrapped brane qubits. Thread/State correspondence: from bit threads to qubit threads

Starting from an interesting coincidence between the bit threads and SS (surface/state) correspondence, both of which are closely related to the holographic RT formula, we introduce a property of bit threads that has not been explicitly proposed before, which can be referred to as thread/state correspondence (see~\cite{Lin:2022agc} for a brief pre-release version). Four-qubit entanglement from string theory

We invoke the black hole/qubit correspondence to derive the classification of four-qubit entanglement. The U-duality orbits resulting from timelike reduction of string theory from D=4 to D=3 yield 31 entanglement families, which reduce to nine up to permutation of the four qubits.

Multi-qubits and Polyvalent Singularity in Type II Supestring Theory

Inspired by geometric engineering method, we approach qubit systems in the context of D-branes in type II superstrings. Concretely, we establish a correspondence between such quantum systems and polyvalent singularities appearing in local Calabi-Yau manifolds. Grassmannian Connection Between Three- and Four-Qubit Observables, Mermin's Contextuality and Black Holes

We invoke some ideas from finite geometry to map bijectively 135 heptads of mutually commuting three-qubit observables into 135 symmetric four-qubit ones. Extremal Black Holes as Qudits

We extend the black hole/qudit correspondence by identifying five and six-dimensional 1/2-BPS black string and hole charge vectors in N=8 and N=2 magic supergravities with qubits and qutrits over composition algebras. Embedding qubits into fermionic Fock space, peculiarities of the four-qubit case

We give a fermionic Fock space description of embedded entangled qubits. Within this framework the problem of classification of pure state entanglement boils down to the problem of classifying spinors. The usual notion of separable states turns out to be just a special case of the one of pure spinors.
