Noether Symmetry Approach in f(R) Tachyon Model

In this Letter by utilizing the Noether symmetry approach in cosmology, we attempt to find the tachyon potential via the application of this kind of symmetry to a flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) metric. We reduce the system of equations to simpler ones and obtain the general class of the tachyon's potential function and $f(R)$ functions. We have found that the Noether symmetric model results in a power law $f(R)$ and an inverse fourth power potential for the tachyonic field. Further we investigate numerically the cosmological evolution of our model and show explicitly the behavior of the equation of state crossing the cosmological constant boundary.

Noether Gauge Symmetry Approach in f(R) Gravity

We discuss the f(R) gravity model in which the origin of dark energy is identified as a modification of gravity. The Noether symmetry with gauge term is investigated for the f(R) cosmological model. By utilization of the Noether Gauge Symmetry (NGS) approach, we obtain two exact forms f(R) for which such symmetries exist. Further it is shown that these forms of f(R) are stable.

Noether symmetry in the Nash theory of gravity

This paper deals with the study of Bianchi type-I universe in the context of Nash gravity by using the Noether symmetry approach. We shortly revisit the Nash theory of gravity. We make a short recap of the Noether symmetry approach and consider the geometry for Bianchi-type I model. We obtain the exact general solutions of the theory inherently exhibited by the Noether symmetry. We also examine the cosmological implications of the model by discussing the two cases of viable scenarios. Surprisingly, we find that the predictions are nicely compatible with those of the LambdaCDM model.

Noether symmetry in $F(T)$ gravity with $f$-essence

In $F(T)$ gravity theory, a Friedman-Robertson-Walker cosmological model with $f$-essence where fermion field is non-minimally coupled with the gravitational field is studied. Using the Noether symmetry approach the possible forms of $F(T)$ gravity and the non-canonical fermionic lagrangian $K$ are determined. Cosmological solutions of the condered models describing the accelerated and decelerated periods of the universe are found.

$f(T)$ cosmology via Noether symmetry

We consider Noether symmetry approach to find out exact cosmological solutions in $f(T)$-gravity. Instead of taking into account phenomenological models, we apply the Noether symmetry to the $f(T)$ gravity. As a result, the presence of such symmetries selects viable models and allow to solve the equations of motion. We show that the generated $f(T)$ leads to a power law expansion for the cosmological scale factor.

Noether symmetry of FRW cosmology with f - essence

In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of the universe on the background of f-essence when a non-minimal coupling with gravity. Field equations are obtained and using the Noether theorem, explicit forms of the coupling function and the Lagrange function of the f-essence were obtained. Bianchi Type I Cosmology in Generalized Saez-Ballester Theory via Noether Gauge Symmetry

In this paper, we investigate the generalized Saez-Ballester scalar-tensor theory of gravity via Noether gauge symmetry (NGS) in the background of Bianchi type I cosmological spacetime. Noether symmetry of F(T) cosmology with quintessence and phantom scalar fields

In this paper, we investigate the Noether symmetries of $F(T)$ cosmology involving matter and dark energy. In this model, the dark energy is represented by a canonical scalar field with a potential. Two special cases for dark energy are considered including phantom energy and quintessence. We obtain $F(T)\sim T^{3/4},$ and the scalar potential $V(ϕ)\simϕ^2$ for both models of dark energy and discuss quantum picture of this model. Some astrophysical implications are also discussed.
