In this paper, we discuss the dissociative electron attachment process in Ammonia. Kinetic energy and angular distributions of H^{-} and NH_{2}^{-} fragment anions across the two well known resonances at 5.5 eV and 10.5 eV are reported. The angular distributions show deviation of axial recoil approximation akin to that observed in water.

In the present paper, we report the details of the kinetic energy and angular distributions of the H^{-}, S^{-}/SH^{-} fragment ions produced due to dissociative electron attachment in H_{2}S molecules at resonances peaking at 2.2 eV, 5.2 eV, 7.5 eV and 10 eV.

The mode specific dissociative chemisorption dynamics of ammonia on the Ru(0001) surface is investigated using a quasi-classical trajectory (QCT) method on a new global potential energy surface (PES) with twelve dimensions. A general algorithm for computing the quadrupole-hyperfine effects in the rovibrational spectra of polyatomic molecules is presented for the case of ammonia (NH$_3$). The method extends the general variational approach TROVE by adding the extra term in the Hamiltonian that describes the nuclear quadrupole coupling, with no inherent limitation on the number of quadrupolar nuclei in a molecule. We report on an energy-sensitive imaging detector for studying the fragmentation of polyatomic molecules in the dissociative recombination of fast molecular ions with electrons. We review the study of dissociative recombination and ro-vibrational excitation of diatomic and small polyatomic molecular ions initiating complex organic molecules formation. In particular, we show how Multichannel Quantum Defect Theory (MQDT) and R-matrix methods are used to compute cross sections and rate coefficients for cations in well defined ro-vibrational levels of the ground electronic state, from sub-meV up to few eV collision energies. The most recent MQDT results are compared with either other theoretical data, or with measured data obtained in storage-ring experiments.
