In this paper we analyse the birational geometry of O'Grady ten dimensional manifolds, giving a characterisation of Kaehler classes and lagrangian fibrations. Moreover, we study symplectic compactifications of intermediate jacobian fibrations of smooth cubic fourfolds.
We observe that O'Grady's birational maps between moduli of sheaves on an elliptic K3 surface can be interpreted as intermediate wall-crossing (wall-hitting) transformations at the so-called totally semistable walls, studied by Bayer and Macrì. As an ingredient to prove this observation, we describe the first totally semistable wall for ideal sheaves of $n$ points on the elliptic K3. We then use this observation to make a remark on Marian and Oprea's strange duality.
We prove that the bimeromorphic class of a hyperkähler manifold deformation equivalent to O'Grady's six dimensional one is determined by the Hodge structure of its Beauville-Bogomolov lattice by showing that the monodromy group is maximal. As applications, we give the structure for the Kähler and the birational Kähler cones in this deformation class and we prove that the existence of a square zero divisor implies the existence a rational lagrangian fibration with fixed fibre types.

In order to study wall crossing formula of Donaldson type invariants on the blown-up plane, Nakajima-Yoshioka constructed a sequence of blow-up/blow-down diagrams connecting the moduli space of torsion free framed sheaves on projective plane, and that on its blow-up. We use wall-crossing in the Bridgeland stability manifold to systematically study the birational geometry of the moduli space $M_σ(\mathbf{v})$ of $σ$-semistable objects of class $\mathbf{v}$ for a generic stability condition $σ$ on an arbitrary Enriques surface $X$.
