Evidence of a non-thermal magnetic relaxation in the intermediate state of a type-I superconducor is presented. It is attributed to quantum tunneling of interfaces separating normal and superconducting regions. Tunneling barriers are estimated and temperature of the crossover from thermal to quantum regime is obtained from Caldeira-Leggett theory. Comparison between theory and experiment points to tunneling of interface segments of size comparable to the coherence length, by steps of order one nanometer.
We investigate one dimensional models (the Blonder, Tinkham, Klapwijk model and a tight-binding model) of non local transport at normal metal / superconductor (NS) double interfaces. We find a negative elastic cotunneling crossed conductance, strongly enhanced by additional scatterers away from the interfaces, suggesting the possibility of reflectionless tunneling non local transport at double NS interfaces with contacts having a sufficiently small extension.
We consider a two-dimensional px+i py superconductor in the presence of multiple vortices, which support zero-energy Majorana fermion states in their cores. Intervortex tunnelings of the Majorana fermions lift the topological state degeneracy. Using the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation, we calculate splitting of the zero-energy modes due to these tunneling events. We also discuss superconducting fluctuations and, in particular, their effect on the energy splitting.
We study the surface Andreev bound states (SABSs) and quasiparticle tunneling spectroscopy of three-dimensional (3D) chiral superconductor by changing the surface (interface) misorientation angle of chiral superconductors. We obtain analytical formula of the energy dispersion of SABS for general pair potential when an original 4$\times$4 BdG Hamiltonian can be reduced to be two 2$\times$2 blocks. The resulting SABS for 3D chiral superconductors with pair potential given by $k_z(k_x + ik_y)^ν$ $(ν = 1, 2)$ has a complicated energy dispersion due to the coexistence of both point and line nodes. …
We calculate tunneling conductance of normal metal and superconducting topological insulator CuxBi2Se3 junctions for the possible pairing symmetries. In the presence of gapless Andreev bound states (ABSs), the tunneling conductance shows a zero-bias peak even for the three-dimensional full-gap superconducting state. This zero-bias conductance peak stems from the enhancement of the surface density of states induced by the surface-state transition in momentum space.
We report characterization and magnetic studies of mixtures of micrometer-size ribbons of Mn$_{12}$ acetate and micrometer-size particles of YBaCuO superconductor. Extremely narrow zero-field spin-tunneling resonance has been observed in the mixtures, pointing to the absence of the inhomogeneous dipolar broadening. It is attributed to the screening of the internal magnetic fields in the magnetic particles by Josephson currents between superconducting grains surrounding the particles.
We have investigated theoretically the influence of an AC drive on heat transport in a hybrid normal metal - superconductor tunnel junction in the photon-assisted tunneling regime. We find that the useful heat flux out from the normal metal is always reduced as compared to its magnitude under the static and quasi-static drive conditions. Our results are useful to predict the operative conditions of AC driven superconducting electron refrigerators.
We combine scanning-tunneling-spectroscopy experiments probing magnetic impurities on a superconducting surface with a theoretical analysis of the tunneling processes between (superconducting) tip and substrate. We show that the current is carried by single-electron tunneling at large tip-substrate distances and Andreev reflections at smaller distances. The single-electron current requires relaxation processes between the impurity-induced Shiba bound state and the quasiparticle continuum, allowing us to extract information on such relaxation processes from our analysis.
Recent experiment on the tunneling spectra of ultrasmall superconducting grains revealed an unusual structure of the lowest differential conductance peak for grains in the odd charging states. We explain this behavior by nonequilibrium ``gapless'' excitations associated with different energy levels occupied by the unpaired electron. These excitations are generated by inelastic cotunneling.
Experimental results of I-V characteristics near the superconductor-insulator transition observed for disorder-tuned YBaCuO thinfilms are presented. The I-V characteristics exibit new quasiperiodic structures as a function of the current. The current interval, the number of the dI/dV peaks, and the magnetic field dependence of the peaks are consistent with the theoretical predictions of the resonant tunneling of a phase particle ina tilted-cosine potential for asingle Josephson junction with small capacitance.
We consider a superconducting persistent-current qubit consisting of a three-junction superconducting loop in an applied magnetic field. We show that by choosing the field, Josephson couplings, and offset charges suitably, we can perfectly suppress the tunneling between two oppositely directed states of circulating current, leading to a vanishing of the splitting between the two qubit states. The suppression arises for interference between tunneling along different paths, and is analogous to that predicted previously for magnetic particles with half-integer spin.
We theoretically study the tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR) of ferromagnet / superconductor / ferromagnet single-electron tunneling transistors with a special attention to the parity effect. It is shown that in the plateau region, there is no spin accumulation in the island even at finite bias voltage. However, the information of the injected spin is carried by the excess electron and thus the TMR exists. The spin relaxation rate of the excess electron can be estimated from the TMR. We also show that the TMR increases with decreasing the size of the superconducting island.
We perform the scanning tunneling spectroscopy based superconductor-vacuum-superconductor analogue to the seminal McMillan and Rowell superconductor-insulator-superconductor device study of phonons in the archetypal elemental superconductor Pb [W. L. McMillan and J. M. Rowell, Phys. Rev. Lett. 14, 108 (1965)]. We invert this spectroscopic data utilizing strong-coupling Eliashberg theory to obtain a local α^2F(ω) and find broad underlying agreement with the pioneering results, highlighted by previously unobserved electron-hole asymmetries and new fine structure which we discuss in terms of both…
Tunneling Magnetoresistance between two ferrromagnets is an issue of fundamental importance in spintronics. In this work, we show that tunneling magnetoresistance can also emerge in junctions composed of ferromagnets and time-reversal invariant topological superconductors without spin-rotation symmetry. Here the physical origin is that when the spin-polarization direction of injected electron from the ferromagnet lying in the same plane of the spin-polarization direction of Majorana zero modes, the electron will undergo a perfect spin-equal Andreev reflection, while injected electrons with oth…
A 2D tunneling network consisting of nanoclusters placed on a surface is studied. It is shown that such a network is capable of transferring large supercurrent at high temperatures. For a realistic set of parameters the damping is quite small, and the smallness is due to strong renormalization of the capacitance of a cluster. The critical field also turns out to be lar
Simultaneous transport and tunneling spectroscopy of moiré graphene: Distinct observation of the superconducting gap and signatures of nodal superconductivity
We report direct detection of charge-tunneling between a quantum dot and a superconducting island through radio-frequency gate sensing. We are able to resolve spin-dependent quasiparticle tunneling as well as two-particle tunneling involving Cooper pairs. The quantum dot can act as an RF-only sensor to characterize the superconductor addition spectrum, enabling us to access subgap states without transport. Our results provide guidance for future dispersive parity measurements of Majorana modes, which can be realized by detecting the parity-dependent tunneling between dots and islands.
The Josephson current between d-wave superconductors is investigated in the framework of tight-binding lattice model. The junction is modelled by a small number of connecting bonds. It is obtained that the Josephson current through one bond vanishes when at least one of the superconductors has $(110)$ interface-to-crystal orientation. Interference between the nearest bonds is appeared to be very important. In particular, it is the interference term that leads to the nonzero Josephson current for $(110)$ orientation. Also, interference of two connecting bonds manifests itself in non-monotonic b…
We investigate the phenomenon of reflectionless tunneling in ballistic normal-metal--superconductor (NS) structures, using a semiclassical formalism. It is shown that applied magnetic field and superconducting phase difference both impair the constructive interference leading to this effect, but in a qualitatively different way. This is manifested both in the conductance and in the shot noise properties of the system considered. Unlike diffusive systems, the features of the conductance are sharp, and enable fine spatial control of the current, as well as single channel manipulations. We discus…
We theoretically study transport properties of voltage-biased one-dimensional superconductor--normal metal--superconductor tunnel junctions with arbitrary junction transparency where the superconductors can have trivial or nontrivial topology. Motivated by recent experimental efforts on Majorana properties of superconductor-semiconductor hybrid systems, we consider two explicit models for topological superconductors: (i) spinful p-wave, and (ii) spin-split spin-orbit-coupled s-wave. We provide a comprehensive analysis of the zero-temperature dc current $I$ and differential conductance $dI/dV$ …
A method to identify the parity of unconventional superconductors is proposed based on tunneling spectroscopy. For a model of calculation, we adopt a ferromagnet/superconductor (F/S) junction of which tunneling current is spin polarized. The tunneling conductance spectra are shown to be quite sensitive to the direction of the magnetization axis in the ferromagnet only when the superconductor has odd parity. Therefore, it is possible to distinguish the parity of the superconductor by measuring the tunneling spectroscopy in F/S junctions.
We present a theoretical study of an escape rate for switching from the superconducting state to a resistive one in series arrays of strongly interacting Josephson junctions. At low temperatures such a switching is determined by macroscopic quantum tunneling (MQT) of a spatially extended Josephson phase. An increase of the crossover temperature from the thermal to quantum regimes, and a giant enhancement of MQT escape rate is obtained. Such an effect is explained by excitation of collective charge oscillations forming a {\it charge instanton}. Using a model of screened Coulomb interaction we f…
We study the differential conductance for charge tunneling into a semiconductor wire--superconductor hybrid structure, which is actively investigated as a possible scheme for realizing topological superconductivity and Majorana zero modes. The calculations are done based on a tight-binding model of the heterostructure using both a Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk approach and a Keldysh non-equilibrium Green's function method. The dependence of various tunneling conductance features on the coupling strength between the semiconductor and the superconductor, the tunnel barrier height, and temperature is …
We consider tunneling in a hybrid system consisting of a superconductor with two or more probe electrodes which can be either normal metals or polarized ferromagnets. In particular we study transport at subgap voltages and temperatures. Besides Andreev pair tunneling at each contact, in multi-probe structures subgap transport involves additional channels, which are due to coherent propagation of two particles (electrons or holes), each originating from a different probe electrode. The relevant processes are electron cotunneling through the superconductor and conversion of two electrons stemmin…
We report on the fabrication and electrical transport properties of superconducting junctions made of β-Ag$_{2}$Se topological insulator (TI) nanowires in contact with Al superconducting electrodes. The temperature dependence of the critical current indicates that the superconducting junction belongs to a short and diffusive junction regime. As a characteristic feature of the narrow junction, the critical current decreases monotonously with increasing magnetic field. The stochastic distribution of the switching current exhibits the macroscopic quantum tunneling behavior, which is robust up to …
Quantum tunneling of the superconducting order parameter gives rise to the phase slippage process which controls the resistance of ultra-thin superconducting wires at sufficiently low temperatures. If the quantum phase slip rate is high, superconductivity is completely destroyed by quantum fluctuations and the wire resistance never decreases below its normal state value. We present a detailed microscopic theory of quantum phase slips in homogeneous superconducting nanowires. Focusing our attention on relatively short wires we evaluate the quantum tunneling rate for phase slips, both the quasic…
We consider quasiparticle charge and energy imbalances in a thin superconductor weakly coupled with two normal-metal electrodes via tunnel junctions at low temperatures. Charge and energy imbalances, which can be created by injecting quasiparticles at one junction, induce excess tunneling current $I_{\rm ex}$ at the other junction. We numerically obtain $I_{\rm ex}$ as a function of the bias voltage $V_{\rm det}$ across the detection junction. We show that $I_{\rm ex}$ at the zero bias voltage is purely determined by the charge imbalance, while the energy imbalance causes a nontrivial $V_{\rm …
The tunneling conductance between a metal and a multiband s-wave superconductor with a thin layer of single-band s-wave superconductor sandwiched in between is examined in this paper. We show that an in-gap peak in conductance curve is found as a result of the formation of in-gap bound state between the single-band and multiband superconductor junctions if the phases of the superconducting order parameters of the multiband superconductor are frustrated. The implication of this result in determining the gap symmetry of the iron-based superconductors is discussed.
We study the point-contact tunneling between normal metal and ferromagnetic superconductor. In the case of magnon-induced pairing the tunneling conductance is continuous and smooth function of the applied voltage. For small values of the applied voltage the Ohm law holds. We show that one can obtain the magnetization and the superconducting order parameter from the tunneling conduc- tance. In the case of paramagnon-induced superconductivity the tunneling does not depend on the magnetization. We argue that tunneling experiment can unambiguously determine the correct pairing mechanism in the fer…
Fine structures in the tunneling spectra of superconductors have been widely used to identify fingerprints of the interaction responsible for Cooper pairing. Here we show that for scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) of Pb, the inclusion of inelastic tunneling processes is crucial for the proper interpretation of these fine structures. For STM the usual McMillan inversion algorithm of tunneling spectra must therefore be modified to include inelastic tunneling events, an insight that is crucial for the identification of the pairing glue in conventional and unconventional superconductors alike.
The tunneling conductance spectra of a normal metal / insulator / singlet superconductor is calculated from the reflection amplitudes using the Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) formulation. The pairing symmetry of the superconductor is assumed to be $d_{x^2-y^2}+is$, or $d_{x^2-y^2}+id_{xy}$. It is found that in the ($d_{x^2-y^2}+is$)-wave case there is a well defined conductance peak in the conductance spectra, in the amplitude of the secondary s-wave component. In the ($d_{x^2-y^2}+id_{xy}$)-wave case the tunneling conductance has residual values within the gap, due to the formation of bound s…
We investigate numerically the signatures of collective modes in the tunneling spectra of superconductors. The larger strength of the signatures observed in the high-Tc superconductors, as compared to classical low-Tc materials, is explained by the low dimensionality of these layered compounds. We also show that the strong-coupling structures are dips (zeros in the d2I/dV2 spectrum) in d-wave superconductors, rather than the steps (peaks in d2I/dV2) observed in classical s-wave superconductors. Finally we question the usefulness of effective density of states models for the analysis of tunneli…
We study tunneling conductance in normal metal / insulator / ferromagnetic superconductor junctions. The tunneling spectra show a clear difference between spin-singlet s-wave pairing, spin-triplet opposite spin pairing and spin-triplet equal spin pairing: These pairings exhibit, respectively, gap struture, double peak structure and zero bias peak in the spectra. The obtained result may serve as a tool for determining the pairing symmetry of ferromagnetic superconductors.
We consider the process of quantum tunneling between the superconducting and paramagnetic states of a nanometer-scale superconducting grain placed in a magnetic field. The grain is supposed to be coupled via tunneling junction to a normal metallic contact that plays a role of the spin reservoir. Using the instanton method we find the probability of the quantum tunneling process and express it in terms of the applied magnetic field, order parameter of the superconducting grain and conductance of the tunneling junction between the grain and metallic contact.
A theoretical model for tunneling spectroscopy employing tight-binding band structure, d-wave gap symmetry, group velocity, and tunneling directionality can exhibit a wide range of characteristics similar to the ones found in tunneling experiments on high-Tc superconductors. Using a band structure obtained for optimally-doped Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8, the model tunneling density of states produces a good comparison to the point-contact tunneling conductance on the same material, especially in the gap region, displaying the same sub-gap shape and conductance peaks asymmetry.
We discuss the main features of Hall tunneling of pancake vortices in superclean high-$T_{c}$ superconductors. The general formalism for the calculation of the lifetime of a vortex pinned in a metastable configuration is described. The results are applied to the problem of quantum tunneling of a pancake vortex from a columnar defect in the limit of a small driving current.
We calculate the tunneling conductance spectra of a normal-metal/insulator/triplet superconductor using the Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) formulation. Possible states for the superconductor are considered with horizontal lines of nodes, breaking the time reversal symmetry. These results would be useful to discriminate between pairing states in superonductor Sr$_2$RuO$_4$ and also in UPt$_3$.
Tunneling conductance of a clean normal metal/d-wave superconductor junction is studied by using the extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk formalism. We show that the conductance is significantly affected by the interface spin-orbit coupling of the Rashba type, which is inevitably present due to the asymmetry of the junction.
We present new measurements about the tunneling conductance in the borocarbide superconductor TmNi$_2$B$_2$C. The results show a very good agreement with weak coupling BCS theory, without any lifetime broadening parameter, over the whole sample surface. We detect no particular change of the tunneling spectroscopy below 1.5K, when both the antiferromagnetic (AF) phase and the superconducting order coexist.
We examine the macroscopic quantum tunneling (MQT) in high-Tc superconductor Josephson junctions with a d-wave order parameter. Using microscopic Hamiltonian and the functional integral method, we analytically obtain the MQT rate (the inverse lifetime of the metastable state) for the c-axis twist Josephson junctions. In the case of the zero twist angle, the system shows the super-Ohmic dissipation due to the presence of the nodal quasiparticle tunneling. Therefore, the MQT rate is strongly suppressed in compared with the finite twist angle cases.
There is a wide recognition that Josephson-junction-like structures intrinsic to the layered cuprate high temperature superconductors offer an attractive stage for exploiting possible applications to new quantum technologies. On the other hand the low energy quasiparticle excitations characteristically present in these d-wave superconductors may easily destruct the coherence required. Here we demonstrate for the first time the feasibility of macroscopic quantum tunneling in the intrinsic Josephson junctions of a high temperature superconductor, and find it to be characterized by a high classic…
We calculate the tunneling conductance spectra of a normal metal / insulator / triplet superconductor from the reflection amplitudes using the Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) formula. For the triplet superconductor we assume one special p-wave order parameter having line nodes and two two dimensional $f$-wave order parameters with line nodes breaking the time-reversal symmetry. Also we examine nodeless pairing potentials. The tunneling peaks are due to the formation of bound states for each surface orientation at discrete quasiparticles trajectory angles. The tunneling spectra can be used to di…
The asymmetric tunneling in cuprate superconductors is studied based on the kinetic energy driven superconducting mechanism. By taking into account the interplay between the superconducting gap and normal-state pseudogap, the essential feature of the evolution of the asymmetric tunneling with doping and temperature is qualitatively reproduced. In particular, the asymmetry of the tunneling spectrum in the underdoped regime weakens with increasing doping, and then the symmetric tunneling spectrum recovers in the heavily overdoped regime. The theory also shows that the asymmetric tunneling is a n…
We study tunneling in ferromagnet/unconventional superconductor (F/S) junctions. We include the effects of spin polarization, interfacial resistance, and Fermi wavevector mismatch (FWM) between the F and S regions. Andreev reflection (AR) at the F/S interface, governing tunneling at low bias voltage, is strongly modified by these parameters. The conductance exhibits a very wide variety of features as a function of applied voltage.
A recent theory of the resonant neutron scattering peaks in YBCO superconductors predicts the existence of a sharp spin triplet two particle collective mode (the ``πresonance") in the normal state. In this paper, we propose an experiment in which the πresonance could be probed directly in a two particle tunneling measurement.
Cryogenic scanning tunneling microscopy and magnetization measurements were used to study the superconducting properties of MgB_2. The magnetization measurements show a sharp superconductor transition onset at T_c = 38.5 K, in agreement with previous works. The tunneling spectra exhibit BCS gap structures, with gap parameters in the range of 5 to 7 meV, yielding a ratio of 2delat/KT_c ~ 3-4. This suggests that MgB_2 is a conventional BCS (s-wave) superconductor, either in the weak-coupling or in the `intermediate-coupling` regime
Within the tunneling Hamiltonian formulation for the eight-component spinors, the Josephson critical super-current has been calculated in a planar superconductor-normal graphene-superconductor junction. Coupling between superconductor regions and graphene is taken into account by a tunneling Hamiltonian which contains two types of tunneling, intra-valley and inter-valley tunneling. Within the present tunneling approach, we find that the contributions of two kinds of tunneling to the critical super-current, are completely separable. Therefore, it is possible to consider the effect of the inter-v…
The tunneling conductance spectra of a normal-metal/insulator/quasi-one-dimensional superconductor is calculated by using the Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk formulation. The pairing symmetry of the superconductor is assumed to be $p$, $d$, and $f$-wave. It is found that there is a well defined zero energy peak in electron tunneling along the direction parallel to the chains or normal to these when the transmitted quasiparticles feel different sign of the pair potential. The actual line shape of the spectra is sensitive to the nodes of the pair potential on the Fermi surface.
We propose a model of quasiparticle tunneling across the high-$T_c$ superconductor-insulator-normal metal junction based on the different mechanisms for tunneling of electrons at positive bias and dissociating polaronic Cooper pairs and large polarons at negative bias, and the gap inhomogeneity (i.e., multi-gap) picture. We show that the main features of the tunneling spectra such as low-bias U- and V-shaped features, asymmetry and high-bias dip-hump features, their temperature and doping dependences, and shoulders inside the conductance peaks observed in high-$T_c$ cuprates arise naturally fr…
Superconducting scanning tunneling microscope tips have been fabricated with a high degree of reproducibility. The fabrication process relies on sequential deposition of superconducting Pb and a proximity-coupled Ag capping layer onto a Pt/Ir tip. The tips were characterized by tunneling into both normal-metal and superconducting films. The simplicity of the fabrication process, along with the stability and reproducibility of the tips, clear the way for tunneling studies with a well-characterized, scannable superconducting electrode.
We present a microscopic approach to the quantum tunneling of vortices. The formalism characterizes the rate at which a many-body superconducting state with a vortex in one location makes a transition to a second many-body superconducting state with a vortex in a second location. The theory is utilized to study the effect of a d-wave order parameter upon the directionality of vortex tunneling.
Tunneling conductance spectra of normal metal/insulator/superconductor (N/I/S) junctions are calculated to determine the potential of tunneling spectroscopy in investigations of topological superconductivity. Peculiar feature of topological superconductors is the formation of gapless edge states in them. Since the conductance of N/I/S junctions is sensitive to the formation of these edge states, topological superconductivity can be identified through edge-state detection. Herein, the effects of Fermi surface anisotropy and an applied magnetic field on the conductance spectra are analyzed to ga…
We study the tunneling conductance of a clean normal metal/chiral p-wave superconductor junction using the extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk formalism. It is shown that the spin-orbit coupling of the Rashba type that is present near the interface causes the subgap conductance peaks associated with the Andreev surface bound states to shift to a nonzero bias. We also investigate the effect of the Fermi wavevector mismatch between the normal metal and the superconductor.
The tunneling characteristics of planar junctions between a normal metal and a non-centrosymmetric superconductor like CePt3Si are examined. It is shown that the superconducting phase with mixed parity can give rise to characteristic zero-bias anomalies in certain junction directions. The origin of these zero-bias anomalies are Andreev bound states at the interface. The tunneling characteristics for different directions allow to test the structure of the parity-mixed pairing state.
We have derived new boundary conditions on wave function at the normal metal / superconductor (NS) interface beyond effective mass approximation. These conditions are based on tight-binding approach and enable one to formulate quantitative model for tunneling spectroscopy of superconductors with complex non-parabolic energy spectra. The model is applied to superconductors with unconventional pairing and with multiband electronic structure. In the case of single band unconventional superconductors this model provides known conductance formula (Phys. Rev. Lett. 74 3451 1995), but with generalize…
A single static magnetic impurity in a fully-gapped superconductor leads to formation of an intragap quasiparticle bound state. At temperatures much below the superconducting transition, the energy relaxation and spin dephasing of the state are expected to be exponentially suppressed. The presence of such a state can be detected in electron tunneling experiments as a pair of conductance peaks at positive and negative biases. Here we show, that for an arbitrarily weak tunneling strength, the peaks have to be symmetric with respect to the applied bias. This is in contrast to the standard result …
Scanning tunneling microscopy can provide a probe for the detailed study of quasiparticle states in high-Tc superconductors. We propose that it can also be used to acquire specific information about impurity-induced quasiparticle states and the superconducting order-parameter structure. In particular, the local density of states is found to be sensitive to impurity-induced resonances and to the symmetry of the order parameter.
Recent advances in the development of Josephson scanning tunneling spectroscopy (JSTS) have opened a new path for the exploration of unconventional superconductors. We demonstrate that the critical current, $I_c$, measured via JSTS, images the spatial form of the superconducting order parameter in $d_{x^2-y^2}$-wave superconductors around defects and in the Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov state. Moreover, we show that $I_c$ probes the existence of phase-incoherent superconducting correlations in the pseudo-gap region of the cuprate superconductors, thus providing unprecedented insight into it…
We re-examine the tunneling data on A15 superconductors by performing a generalized McMillan-Rowell tunneling inversion that incorporates a nonconstant electronic density of states obtained from band-structure calculations. For Nb3Sn, we find that the fit to the experimental data can be slightly improved by taking into account the sharp structure in the density of states, but it is likely that such an analysis alone is not enough to completely explain the superconducting tunneling characteristics of this material. Nevertheless, the extracted Eliashberg function displays a number of features ex…
