Equisingularity in $R^2$ As Morse Stability

Two seemingly unrelated problems are intimately connected. The first is the equsingularity problem in $\R^2$: For an analytic family $f_t:(\R^2,0)\rar (\R,0)$, when should it be called an ``equisingular deformation"? This amounts to finding a suitable trivialization condition (as strong as possible) and, of course, a criterion. The second is on the Morse stability. We define $\R_*$, which is $\R$ "enriched" with a class of infinitesimals. How to generalize the Morse Stability Theorem to polynomials over $\R_*$?

Regularity at infinity of real mappings and a Morse-Sard theorem

We prove a new Morse-Sard type theorem for the asymptotic critical values of semi-algebraic mappings and a new fibration theorem at infinity for $C^2$ mappings. We show the equivalence of three different types of regularity conditions which have been used in the literature in order to control the asymptotic behaviour of mappings. The central role of our picture is played by the $t$-regularity and its bridge toward the $ρ$-regularity which implies topological triviality at infinity.

Equivariant class group. II. Enriched descent theorem

We prove a version of Grothendieck's descent theorem on an `enriched' principal fiber bundle, a principal fiber bundle with an action of a larger group scheme. Using this, we prove the isomorphisms of the equivariant Picard and the class groups arising from such a principal fiber bundle.
