Recently Arkani-Hamed, Finkbeiner, Slatyer and Weiner proposed a unified explanation to the set of experimental and observational anomalies with possible connections to Dark Matter (DM). A central role is played by GeV scale "dark" gauge bosons exchanged by the weak scale DM. Motivated by this proposal, we build an explicit model of DM in the context of Weak Scale Supersymmetry (SUSY). We employ high-scale SUSY-breaking and invoke the Giudice-Masiero mechanism to generate the weak scale DM masses. By sequestering the dark sector from the SUSY-breaking "hidden" sector, it naturally acquires GeV scale soft masses that help generate the dark gauge boson mass. The visible MSSM sector is not fully sequestered and acquires gaugino-mediated soft terms at the weak scale. This hierarchy of scales naturally leads to the Sommerfeld enhancement of DM annihilations needed to account for the electron/positron excesses in the PAMELA and ATIC experiments. The possibility of co-existing species of DM is used to show how the INTEGRAL and DAMA anomalies can both be explained. We study the cosmological constraints on the new stable or long-lived light particles that appear in our models. We discuss the lepton-jet collider signals suggested by Arkani-Hamed and Weiner, and find that they are not guaranteed in our construction.
We present a class of models in which the dark matter stabilization symmetry is generated by spontaneous symmetry breaking. These models naturally correlate the dark and electroweak symmetry breaking scales. The result is a generic mechanism linking the annihilation cross section for thermally populated dark matter with the weak scale. The thermal relic abundance, sensitivity to major precision electroweak observables and additional LHC signatures are also presented.
We point out that, in a class of gauge mediation models using metastable supersymmetry breaking vacua, the minimum of the supersymmetry breaking field in the early universe is dynamically deviated from the one in the low energy. The deviation induces coherent oscillations of the supersymmetry breaking field, which decays into the gravitinos. For certain parameters, it can produce a right amount of the gravitinos to account for the observed dark matter.
We study a classically scale-invariant model in which strong dynamics in a dark sector sets the scale of electroweak symmetry breaking. Our model is distinct from others of this type that have appeared in the recent literature. We show that the Higgs sector of the model is phenomenologically viable and that the spectrum of dark sector states includes a partially composite dark matter candidate.
We consider explicit models of dynamical supersymmetry breaking where dark matter is a 10 -- 100 TeV strongly-interacting composite state carrying no standard model quantum numbers. These constructions are simple variants of well-known supersymmetry breaking mechanisms, augmented to allow for a large "flavor" symmetry. Dark matter is the lightest composite modulus charged under this symmetry and is a viable cold dark matter candidate with a thermal relic abundance. This is an attractive possibility in low-scale gauge-mediated scenarios where the gravitino is the lightest superparticle. A light…
The mechanism behind Electroweak Symmetry Breaking (EWSB) and the nature of dark matter (DM) are currently among the most important issues in high energy physics. Since a natural dark matter candidate is a weakly interacting massive particle or WIMP, with mass around the electroweak scale, it is clearly of interest to investigate the possibility that DM and EWSB are closely related. In the context of a very simple extension of the Standard Model, the Inert Doublet Model, we show that dark matter could play a crucial role in the breaking of the electroweak symmetry. In this model, dark matter i…
We propose an extended version of the gauge-mediated SUSY breaking models where extra $SU(2)_L$ doublets and singlet field are introduced. These fields are assumed to be parity-odd under an additional matter parity. In this model, the lightest parity-odd particle among them would be dark matter in the Universe. In this paper, we discuss direct detection of the dark matter and the collider signatures of the model
We discuss a new radiative seesaw model with the gauged B$-$L symmetry which is spontaneously broken. We improve the previous model by using the anomaly-free condition without introducing too many fermions. In our model, dark matter, tiny neutrino masses and neutrino oscillation data can be explained simultaneously, assuming the B$-$L symmetry breaking at the TeV scale.
A brief review of non-universalities in the soft SUSY breaking sector of supergravity grand unification is given. The effects of these non-universalities on the analysis of event rates in neutralino nucleus scattering are discussed. An analysis is also given of the implications of the simultaneous imposition of proton stability and dark matter constraints. One finds that these constraints put an upper limit on the gluino mass.
An unstable gravitino with lifetime longer than $10^{26}$ sec or so has been proposed as a possible dark matter candidate in supergravity models with R-parity breaking. We find a natural realization of this idea in the minimal supersymmetric left-right models where left-right symmetry breaking scale in the few TeV range. It is known that in these models, R-parity must break in order to have parity breaking as required by low energy weak interactions. The sub-eV neutrino masses imply that R-parity breaking effects in this model must be highly suppressed. This in turn makes the gravitino LSP lon…
Asymmetric symmetry breaking models dynamically break the G X G gauge symmetries of mirror models to distinct subgroups in the two sectors. The coincidental abundances of visible and dark matter, $Ω_{DM} \simeq 5Ω_{VM}$, motivates asymmetric dark matter theories where similar number densities of baryons in each sector are explained by their connected origins. However the question of why the baryons of two sectors should have similar mass remains. In this work we develop an alternative class of asymmetric symmetry breaking models which unify the dark and visible sectors while generating a small…
We study the possible annihilation cross section of scalar dark matter and its coupling λ_D to the standard model Higgs in the case of the electroweak symmetry breaking driven by unparticle. Here the annihilation process occurs with the help of three intermediate scalars which appear after the mixing. By respecting the annihilation rate which is compatible with the current relic density we predict the tree level coupling λ_D. We observe that the unparticle scaling d_u plays a considerable role on the annihilation process and, therefore, on the coupling λ_D.
We consider models with a vectorlike confining gauge theory in the hidden sector, and demonstrate that the origin of the electroweak symmetry breaking (EWSB) is due to the dimensional transmutation in the hidden sector gauge theory, and the lightest mesons in the hidden sector could be a good cold dark matter (CDM) candidate. There would be more than one neutral Higgs-like scalar bosons, and they could decay mainly into the CDM pair, if that decay channel is kinemtically allowed.
We propose a classically scale invariant extension of the Standard Model where the electroweak symmetry breaking and the mass of the Dark Matter particle come from the common scale. We introduce $U(1)_X$ gauge symmetry and $X$-charged scalar $Φ$ and Majorana fermion $N$. Scale invariance is broken via Coleman-Weinberg mechanism providing the vacuum expectation value of the scalar $Φ$. Stability of the dark matter candidate $N$ is guaranteed by a remnant $Z_2$ symmetry. The Higgs boson mass and the mass of the Dark Matter particle have a common origin, the vacuum expectation value of $Φ$. Dark …
I briefly review the basic challenges and virtues of models breaking the electroweak symmetry dynamically. I will then introduce the (ultra) minimal walking technicolor models whose construction has been made possible thanks to recent progress in the understanding of the phase diagram for strongly coupled theories as function of number of flavors, colors and matter representation. I will mention possible relevant collider signatures. Interestingly, asymmetric Dark Matter is a natural possibility in our models providing interesting candidates for decaying Dark Matter models which have been expl…
An analysis of dark matter within the framework of modular invariant soft breaking is given. In such scenarios inclusion of the radiative electroweak symmetry breaking constraint determines $\tanβ$ which leads to a more constrained analysis. It is shown that for $μ$ positive for this constrained system the WMAP data leads to upper limits on sparticle masses that lie within reach of the LHC with also the possibility that some sparticles may be accessible at RUNII of the Tevatron.
We consider a hidden sector with new vectorlike confining gauge theories like QCD. Then a scale $Λ_H$ would be generated in the hidden sector by dimensional transmutation, and chiral symmetry breaking occurs in the hidden sector. Then this scale $Λ_H$ can play a role of the SM Higgs mass parameter, triggering electroweak symmetry breaking (EWSB). Thus all the mass scales of the SM sector can arise from the hidden sector. Furthermore the lightest hadrons in the hidden sector is stable by the flavor conservation of the hidden sector strong interaction, and could be the cold dark matter (CDM). We…
We consider generation of dark matter mass via radiative electroweak symmetry breaking in an extension of the conformal Standard Model containing a singlet scalar field with a Higgs portal interaction. Generating the mass from a sequential process of radiative electroweak symmetry breaking followed by a conventional Higgs mechanism can account for less than 35% of the cosmological dark matter abundance for dark matter mass $M_s>80 GeV$. However in a dynamical approach where both Higgs and scalar singlet masses are generated via radiative electroweak symmetry breaking we obtain much higher leve…
Dynamical chiral symmetry breaking in a QCD-like hidden sector is used to generate the Planck mass and the electroweak scale including the heavy right-handed neutrino mass. A real scalar field transmits the energy scale of the hidden sector to the visible sectors, playing besides a role of inflaton in the early Universe while realizing a Higgs-inflation-like model. Our dark matter candidates are hidden pions that raise due to dynamical chiral symmetry breaking. They are produced from the decay of inflaton. Unfortunately, it will be impossible to directly detect them, because they are super hea…
We propose a unified setup for dark matter, inflation and baryon asymmetry generation through the neutrino mass seesaw mechanism. Our scenario emerges naturally from an extended gauge group containing $B-L$ as a non-commutative symmetry, broken by a singlet scalar that also drives inflation. Its decays reheat the universe, producing the lightest right-handed neutrino. Automatic matter parity conservation leads to the stability of an asymmetric dark matter candidate, directly linked to the matter-antimatter asymmetry in the universe.
We consider the Affleck-Dine baryogenesis comprehensively in the minimal supersymmetric standard model with gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking. Considering the high temperature effects, we see that the Affleck-Dine field is naturally deformed into the form of the Q ball. In the natural scenario where the initial amplitude of the field and the A-terms are both determined by the nonrenormalizable superpotential, we obtain a narrow allowed region in the parameter space in order to explain the baryon number and the dark matter of the universe simultaneously. Therefore, the Affleck-Dine baryogen…
We show some phenomenological implications for the dark matter problem of a class of models with deflected anomaly mediated supersymmetry breaking in the context of the MSSM. This scenario can be naturally embedded in a brane world model with one compactified extra dimension. It turns out that in these models the neutralino is still the LSP and so a good candidate as cold dark matter. We found that the neutralino is quite a pure bino in almost all the parameter space. Moreover we computed the thermal relic density and we found wide cosmologically allowed regions for the neutralino.
We consider a hidden sector with a vectorlike confining gauge theory like QCD with $N_{h,c}$ colors and $N_{h,f}$ light quarks ${\cal Q}_h$ in the hidden sector. Then a scale $Λ_H$ would be generated by dimensional transmutation, and chiral symmetry breaking occurs in the hidden sector. This scale $Λ_H$ can play a role of the SM Higgs mass parameter, triggering electroweak symmetry breaking (EWSB). Furthermore the lightest mesons in the hidden sector is stable by flavor conservation of the hidden sector strong interaction, and could be a good cold dark matter (CDM). We study collider phenomeno…
We study models in which supersymmetry breaking appears at an intermediate scale, M_in, below the GUT scale. That is, that the soft supersymmetry-breaking parameters of the MSSM are universal at M_in. We demand that the lightest neutralino be the LSP, and that the relic neutralino density not conflict with measurements by WMAP and others, and study the morphology of this constraint as the universality scale is reduced from the GUT scale. At moderate values of M_in, we find that the allowed regions of the (m_1/2,m_0) plane are squeezed by the requirements of electroweak symmetry breaking and th…
We examined the viability of new-type charged Q-ball dark matter scenario. We considered the case where the relics can be treated as ordinary ions, to which we applied the observational constraint from MICA experiment, where no trail of heavy ion-like object is observed in $10^9$ years old ancient muscovite mica. We have found that the allowed parameter region exists but is smaller than the neutral Q-ball dark matter case. We have also discussed whether our scenario is actually consistent with Affleck-Dine mechanism.
We discuss two cosmological issues in a generic gauge-mediated supersymmetry (SUSY)-breaking model, namely the Universe's baryon asymmetry and the gravitino dark-matter density. We show that both problems can be simultaneously solved if there exist extra matter multiplets of a SUSY-invariant mass of the order of the ``$μ$-term'', as suggested in several realistic SUSY grand-unified theories. We propose an attractive scenario in which the observed baryon asymmetry is produced in a way totally independent of the reheating temperature of inflation without causing any cosmological gravitino proble…
In this thesis we examine three different models in the MSSM context, all of which have significant supergravity anomaly contributions to their soft masses. These models are the so-called Minimal, Hypercharged, and Gaugino Anomaly Mediated Supersymmetry Breaking models. We explore some of the string theoretical motivations for these models and proceed by understanding how they would appear at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Our major results include calculating the LHC reach for each model's parameter space and prescribing a method for distinguishing the models after the collection of 100 fb^…
We propose and study a scalar extension of the Standard Model which respects a $\mathbb{Z}_3$ symmetry remnant of the spontaneous breaking of a global $U(1)_\text{DM}$ symmetry. Consequently, this model has a natural dark matter candidate and a Goldstone boson in the physical spectrum. In addition, the Higgs boson properties are changed with respect to the Standard Model due to the mixing with a new particle. We explore regions in the parameter space taking into account bounds from the measured Higgs properties, dark matter direct detection as well as measurements of the effective number of ne…
In R parity conserving supersymmetric theories the lightest superpartner (LSP) is stable. The LSPs may comprise a large fraction of the energy density of the current universe, which would lead to dramatic astrophysical consequences. In this talk, I discuss some of the main lessons we have learned about supersymmetric models from relic abundance considerations of the LSP.
We examine spontaneous symmetry breaking of a renormalisable U(1) x U(1) gauge theory coupled to fermions when kinetic mixing is present. We do not assume that the kinetic mixing parameter is small. A rotation plus scaling is used to remove the mixing and put the gauge kinetic terms in the canonical form. Fermion currents are also rotated in a non-orthogonal way by this basis transformation. Through suitable redefinitions the interaction is cast into a diagonal form. This framework, where mixing is absent, is used for subsequent analysis. The symmetry breaking determines the fermionic current …
Dark matter detection rates for supergravity models with R parity where supersymmetry is broken at a scale >~M_G are discussed. Non-universal soft breaking masses in both the Higgs and squark sectors are considered, and it is seen that these can effect rates by a factor of 10-100 when m_X <~ 65 GeV (X=lightest neutralino) but otherwise make relatively small corrections. The b->s+γbranching ratio is seen to correlate with detector event rates, large (small) branching ratios corresponding to small (large) event rates. Effects of precision determinations of cosmological parameters or event rate p…
Non-Abelian dark gauge forces that do not couple directly to ordinary matter may be realized in nature. The minimal form of such a dark force is a pure Yang-Mills theory. If the dark sector is reheated in the early universe, it will be realized as a set of dark gluons at high temperatures and as a collection of dark glueballs at lower temperatures, with a cosmological phase transition from one form to the other. Despite being dark, the gauge fields of the new force can connect indirectly to the Standard Model through non-renormalizable operators. These operators will transfer energy between th…
We show a TeV-scale seesaw model where Majorana neutrino masses, the dark matter mass, and stability of the dark matter can be all originated from the U(1)_{B-L} gauge symmetry. Dirac mass terms for neutrinos are forbidden at the tree level by U(1)_{B-L}, and they are induced at the one-loop level by spontaneous U(1)_{B-L} breaking. The right-handed neutrinos can be naturally at the TeV-scale or below because of the induced Dirac mass terms with loop suppression. Such right-handed neutrinos would be discovered at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC). On the other hand, stability of the dark ma…
We study the radiative electroweak symmetry breaking and the relic abundance of neutralino dark matter in the supersymmetric type I seesaw model. In this model, there exist threshold corrections to Higgs bilinear terms coming from heavy singlet sneutrino loops, which make the soft supersymmetry breaking (SSB) mass for up-type Higgs shift at the seesaw scale and thus a minimization condition for the Higgs potential is affected. We show that the required fine-tuning between the Higgsino mass parameter mu and the SSB mass for up-type Higgs may be reduced at the electroweak scale, due to the thres…
We investigate the phenomenology of the Nearly Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (nMSSM) in the deflected anomaly mediation scenario. We also include the Fayet-Iliopoulos D-term of the standard model gauge group. In the nMSSM, the mu term is replaced by the vacuum expectation value of the gauge singlet; therefore, there is no difficulty in generating the B-term of the SUSY breaking scale. Although the messenger sector is introduced, direct couplings between nMSSM fields and messenger sector fields are forbidden by the discrete symmetry. Therefore, the phenomenology at the weak scale does n…
The short distance behavior of dark matter (DM) at galaxy scales exhibits several features not explained by the typical cold dark matter (CDM) with velocity-independent cross-section. We discuss a particle physics model with a hidden sector interacting feebly with the visible sector where a dark fermion self-interacts via a dark force with a light dark photon as the mediator. We study coupled Boltzmann equations involving two temperatures, one for each sector. We fit the velocity-dependent DM cross-section to the data from scales of dwarf galaxies to clusters consistent with relic density cons…
We present a scenario where neutrino masses and Dark Matter are related due to a global $U(1)_{B-L}$ symmetry. Specifically we consider neutrino mass generation via the Zee--Babu two-loop mechanism, augmented by a scalar singlet whose VEV breaks the global $U(1)_{B-L}$ symmetry. In order to obtain a Dark Matter candidate we introduce two Standard Model singlet fermions. They form a Dirac particle and are stable because of a remnant $Z_2$ symmetry. Hence, in this model the stability of Dark Matter follows from the global $U(1)_{B-L}$ symmetry. We discuss the Dark Matter phenomenology of the mod…
Hidden sectors in connection with GeV-scale dark forces and dark matter are not only a common feature of physics beyond the Standard Model such as string theory and SUSY but are also phenomenologically of great interest regarding recent astrophysical observations. The hidden photon in particular is also searched for and constrained by laboratory experiments, the current status of which will be presented here. Furthermore, several models of hidden sectors containing in addition a dark matter particle will be examined regarding their consistency with the dark matter relic abundance and direct de…
We discuss how a $L_e-L_μ-L_τ$ flavour symmetry that is softly broken leads to keV sterile neutrinos, which are a prime candidate for Warm Dark Matter. This is to our knowledge the first model where flavour symmetries are applied simultaneously to active and sterile neutrinos explaining at the same time active neutrino properties and this peculiar Dark Matter scenario. The essential point is that different scales of the symmetry breaking and the symmetry preserving entries in the mass matrix lead to one right-handed neutrino which is nearly massless compared to the other two. Furthermore, we n…
Recently there has been much interest in hidden sectors, especially in the context of dark matter and dark forces, since they are a common feature of beyond standard model scenarios like string theory and SUSY and additionally exhibit interesting phenomenological aspects. Various laboratory experiments place limits on the so-called hidden photon and continuously further probe and constrain the parameter space; an updated overview is presented here. Furthermore, for several hidden sector models with light dark matter we study the viability with respect to the relic abundance and direct detectio…
Scenarios where gravitinos with GeV masses make up dark matter are known to be in tension with high reheating temperatures, as required by e.g. thermal leptogenesis. This tension comes from the longevity of the NLSPs, which can destroy the successful predictions of the standard primordial nucleosynthesis. However, a small violation of matter parity can open new decay channels for the NLSP, avoiding the BBN problems, while being compatible with experimental cosmic-ray constraints. In this paper, we propose a model where matter parity, which we assume to be embedded in the U(1)_{B-L} gauge symme…
We consider candidates for dark matter in models of gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking, in which the supersymmetry breaking sector is weakly coupled and calculable. Such models typically contain classically flat directions, that receive one-loop masses of a few TeV. These pseudo-flat directions provide a new mechanism to account for the cold dark matter relic abundance. We discuss also the possibility of heavy gravitino dark matter in such models.
Dark sectors lying beyond the Standard Model and containing sub-GeV particles which are bilinearly coupled to nucleons would induce quantum forces of the Casimir-Polder type in ordinary matter. Such new forces can be tested by a variety of experiments over many orders of magnitude. We provide a generic interpretation of these experimental searches and apply it to a sample of forces from dark scalars behaving as $1/r^3$, $1/r^5$, $1/r^7$ at short range. The landscape of constraints on such quantum forces differs from the one of modified gravity with Yukawa interactions, and features in particul…
We propose a new model where the Dirac mass term for neutrinos, the Majorana mass term for right-handed neutrinos, and the other new fermion masses arise via the spontaneous breakdown of the $U(1)_{B-L}$ gauge symmetry. The anomaly-free condition gives four sets of assignment of the B-L charge to new particles, and three of these sets have an associated global $U(1)_{DM}$ symmetry which stabilizes dark matter candidates. The dark matter candidates contribute to generating the Dirac mass term for neutrinos at the one-loop level. Consequently, tiny neutrino masses are generated at the two-loop l…
We have considered neutralino to be the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP) in the framework of minimal Anomaly Mediated Supersymmetric (mAMSB) model. We have studied variation of neutralino mass with the supersymmetric parameters. Considering these neutralinos to be the candidates for weakly interacting massive particle (WIMP) or cold dark matter (CDM), we have calculated the neutralino nucleon scalar cross-sections and compared them with DAMA-NaI neutralino direct detection search results. From this study we observe that the mAMSB model results cannot explain the allowed region in WIMP ma…
Vacuum stability in the Standard Model is problematic as the Higgs quartic self-coupling runs negative at a renormalization scale of about $10^{10}$ GeV. We consider a non-supersymmetric SO(10) grand unification model for which gauge coupling unification is made possible through an intermediate scale gauge group, $G_{\text{int}}=\text{SU}(3)_C\otimes \text{SU}(2)_L\otimes \text{SU}(2)_R \otimes \text{U}(1)_{B-L}$. $G_{\text{int}}$ is broken by the vacuum expectation value of a 126 of SO(10) which not only provides for neutrino masses through the seesaw mechanism but also preserves a discrete $…
We show that supersymmetric "Dark Force" models with gravity mediation are viable. To this end, we analyse a simple string-inspired supersymmetric hidden sector model that interacts with the visible sector via kinetic mixing of a light Abelian gauge boson with the hypercharge. We include all induced interactions with the visible sector such as neutralino mass mixing and the Higgs portal term. We perform a detailed parameter space scan comparing the produced dark matter relic abundance and direct detection cross sections to current experiments.
CMSSM boundary conditions are usually used when calculating cosmological dark matter densities. In this paper we calculate the cosmological density of dark matter in the MSSM using minimal $SO_{10}$ soft SUSY breaking boundary conditions. These boundary conditions incorporate several attractive features: they are consistent with $SO_{10}$ Yukawa unification, they result in a "natural" inverted scalar mass hierarchy and they reduce the dimension 5 operator contribution to the proton decay rate. With regards to dark matter, on the other hand, this is to a large extent an unexplored territory wit…
We consider a supersymmetric Grand Unified Theory (GUT) based on the gauge group SO(10) suggested by Aulakh et al., which features two--step intermediate symmetry breaking, $SO(10) \to SU(4)_C \times SU(2)_L \times SU(2)_R \to SU(3)_C \times U(1)_{B-L} \times SU(2)_L \times SU(2)_R \to SU(3)_C \times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y$. {\bf $45, 54, 126+\overline{126}$} dimensional representations of Higgs superfields are employed to achieve this symmetry breaking chain. We also introduce a second, very heavy, pair of Higgs doublets, which modifies the Yukawa couplings of matter fields relative to minimal…
In gauge-mediated theories supersymmetry breaking originates in a strongly interacting sector and is communicated to the ordinary sparticles via SU(3)$\times$SU(2)$\times$U(1) carrying ``messenger'' particles. Stable baryons of the strongly interacting supersymmetry breaking sector naturally weigh $\sim$ 100 TeV and are viable cold dark matter candidates. They interact too weakly to be observed in dark matter detectors. The lightest messenger particle is a viable cold dark matter candidate under particular assumptions. It weighs less than 5 TeV, has zero spin and is easily observable in dark m…
We build a mechanism of gravitational symmetry breaking (GSB) of a global U(1) symmetry based on the relaxation of the equivalence principle due to the mass variation of pseudo Nambu-Goldstone dark matter (DM) particles. This GSB process is described by the modified cosmological convergence mechanism of the Abnormally Weighting Energy (AWE) Hypothesis previously introduced by the authors. Several remarkable constraints from the Hubble diagram of far-away supernovae are derived, notably on the explicit and gravitational symmetry breaking energy scales of the model. We then briefly present some …
We discuss phenomenology of the radiative seesaw model in which spontaneous breaking of the U(1)$_{B-L}$ gauge symmetry at the TeV scale gives the common origin for masses of neutrinos and dark matter (Kanemura et al., 2012). In this model, the stability of dark matter is realized by the global U(1)$_{DM}$ symmetry which arises by the B$-$L charge assignment. Right-handed neutrinos obtain TeV scale Majorana masses at the tree level. Dirac masses of neutrinos are generated via one-loop diagrams. Consequently, tiny neutrino masses are generated at the two-loop level by the seesaw mechanism. This…
