Polynomials in operator space theory: matrix ordering and algebraic aspects

We extend the $λ$-theory of operator spaces given by Defant and Wiesner (2014), that generalizes the notion of the projective, Haagerup and Schur tensor norm for operator spaces to matrix ordered spaces and Banach $*$-algebras. Given matrix regular operator spaces and operator systems, we introduce cones related to $λ$ for the algebraic tensor product that respect the matricial structure of matrix regular operator spaces and operator systems, respectively. The ideal structure of $λ$-tensor product of $C^*$-algebras has also been discussed.

A remark about the Connes fusion tensor product

We analyze the algebraic structure of the Connes fusion tensor product (CFTP) in the case of bi-finite Hilbert modules over a von Neumann algebra M. It turns out that all complications in its definition disappear if one uses the closely related bi-modules of bounded vectors. We construct an equivalence of monoidal categories with duality between a category of Hilbert bi-modules over M with CFTP and some natural category of bi-modules over M with the usual relative algebraic tensor product. Algebraic tensor products and internal homs of noncommutative L^p-spaces

We prove that the multiplication map L^a(M)\otimes_M L^b(M)\to L^{a+b}(M) is an isometric isomorphism of (quasi)Banach M-M-bimodules. Here L^a(M)=L_{1/a}(M) is the noncommutative L_p-space of an arbitrary von Neumann algebra M and \otimes_M denotes the algebraic tensor product over M equipped with the (quasi)projective tensor norm, but without any kind of completion. Algebraic K-theory and properly infinite C*-algebras
