Lorentz Boosted Nucleon-Nucleon T-matrix and the Triton Binding Energy

The phase equivalent relativistic NN potential, which is related by a nonlinear equation to the original nonrelativistic potential, is used to construct the mass operator (rest Hamiltonian) of the 3-nucleon system. Employing the CD Bonn NN potential, the solution of the relativistic 3N Faddeev equation for $^3$H shows slightly less binding energy than the corresponding nonrelativistic result. The effect of the Wigner spin rotation on the binding is very small.

A Lorentz boosted two-nucleon potential is introduced in the context of equal time relativistic quantum mechanics. The dynamical input for the boosted nucleon-nucleon (NN) potential is based on realistic NN potentials, which by a suitable scaling of the momenta are transformed into NN potentials belonging to a relativistic two-nucleon Schroedinger equation in the c.m. system. Lorentz boosted nucleon-nucleon potential applied to the 3He(e,e'p)pn and 3He(e,e'n)pp processes

We formulate an approximate relativistic framework for an analysis of the 3He(e,e'p)pn and 3He(e,e'n)pp reactions with polarized electrons and 3He in the initial state. On the Accuracy of Hyperspherical Harmonics Approaches to Photonuclear Reactions

Using the Lorentz Integral Transform (LIT) method we compare the results for the triton total photodisintegration cross section obtained using the Correlated Hyperspherical Harmonics (CHH) and the Effective Interaction Hyperspherical Harmonics (EIHH) techniques. Interpretations of Elastic Electron Scattering

Elastic scattering of relativistic electrons from the nucleon yields Lorentz invariant form factors that describe the fundamental distribution of charge and magnetism. The spatial dependence of the nucleon's charge and magnetism is typically interpreted in the Breit reference frame which is related by a Lorentz boost from the laboratory frame, where the nucleon is at rest. Test of J-matrix inverse scattering potentials on electromagnetic reactions of few-nucleon systems

The J-matrix inverse scattering nucleon-nucleon potentials (JISP), describing both two-nucleon data and bound and resonant states of light nuclei to high accuracy, are tested on the total photoabsorption cross sections of Deuteron, Triton, 3He and 4He. On the Relativistic Description of the Nucleus

We present here a formalism able to generalise to a relativistically covariant scheme the standard nuclear shell model. We show that, using some generalised nuclear Green's functions and their Lehmann representation we can define the relativistic equivalent of the non relativistic single particle wave function (not loosing, however, the physical contribution of other degrees of freedom, like mesons and antinucleons). R. P. Feynman was quite fond of inventing new physics. It is shown that some of his physical ideas can be supported by the mathematical instruments available from the Lorentz group. Chiral Particle Decay of Heavy-Light Mesons in a Relativistic Potential Model

Partial decay widths of the heavy-light mesons, $D, D_s, B,$ and $B_s$, emitting one chiral particle ($π$ or $K$) are evaluated in the framework of a relativistic potential model. Decay amplitudes are calculated by keeping the Lorentz invariance as far as possible and use has been made of the Lorentz-boosted relativistic wave functions of the heavy-light mesons.
