On the hydrogen wave function in Momentum-space, Clifford algebra and the Generating function of Gegenbauer polynomial

Using the quadratic transformation and the generating function method we Perform the Fourier transformation of the wave function of coordinates of hydrogen atom and we find the analytic expression of the wave function in momentum space. We derive the matrix elements between the basis to 4-dimensions and integral representation of the generating functions of Gegenbauer polynomials. We find a relationship between a class of Clifford algebra and the generating functions of these polynomials.

Some Ultraspheroidal Monogenic Clifford Gegenbauer Jacobi Polynomials and Associated Wavelets

In the present paper, new classes of wavelet functions are presented in the framework of Clifford analysis. Firstly, some classes of orthogonal polynomials are provided based on 2-parameters weight functions. Such classes englobe the well known ones of Jacobi and Gegenbauer polynomials when relaxing one of the parameters. The discovered polynomial sets are next applied to introduce new wavelet functions. Reconstruction formula as well as Fourier-Plancherel rules have been proved.

Entropic functionals of Laguerre and Gegenbauer polynomials with large parameters

Information entropy of Gegenbauer polynomials of integer parameter

The position and momentum information entropies of $D$-dimensional quantum systems with central potentials, such as the isotropic harmonic oscillator and the hydrogen atom, depend on the entropies of the (hyper)spherical harmonics. Fourier transform and related integral transforms in superspace

In this paper extensions of the classical Fourier, fractional Fourier and Radon transforms to superspace are studied. Previously, a Fourier transform in superspace was already studied, but with a different kernel. Wave functions of the Hydrogen atom in the momentum representation

We construct the integral transform passing from the space representation to the momentum representation for the Hydrogen atom using polar spherical coordinates. The resulting radial wave functions are explicitly given in terms of complex finite expansions of Gegenbauer functions of the first and second kind, or in terms of (elementary) trigonometric functions. We show their symmetry under the $SO(4)$ group, and their equivalence with those of Lombardi and Oglivie.

On the hidden symmetries of relativistic hydrogen atom

The Dirac equation in the external Coulomb field is proved to possess the symmetry determined by the 31 operators, which form the 31-dimensional algebra. Two different fermionic realizations of the SO(1,3) algebra of the Lorentz group are found. Two different bosonic realizations of this algebra are found as well.
