AdS/CFT duality for non-relativistic field theory

We formulate a correspondence between non-relativistic conformal field theories (NRCFTs) in d-1 spatial dimensions and gravitational theories in AdS_{d+2} backgrounds with one compactified lightlike direction. Superstrings on AdS_2 and Superconformal Matrix Quantum Mechanics

We construct a kappa-symmetric Green-Schwarz action for type IIA string theory on AdS_2. As a candidate holographic dual, we consider superconformal matrix quantum mechanics, given by the Marinari-Parisi model with vanishing or logarithmic superpotential. We derive that the super-eigenvalues form a consistent subsector, and that their dynamics reduces to that of the supersymmetric Calogero-Moser model. Superconformal Yang-Mills quantum mechanics and Calogero model with OSp(N|2,R) symmetry

In spacetime dimension two, pure Yang-Mills possesses no physical degrees of freedom, and consequently it admits a supersymmetric extension to couple to an arbitrary number, N say, of Majorana-Weyl gauginos. This results in (N,0) super Yang-Mills. Further, its dimensional reduction to mechanics doubles the number of supersymmetries, from N to N+N, to include conformal supercharges, and leads to a superconformal Yang-Mills quantum mechanics with symmetry group OSp(N|2,R). We comment on its connection to AdS_2 \times S^{N-1} and reduction to a supersymmetric Calogero model.

An SLE approach to four dimensional black hole microstate entropy

In this note, we model the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of a four dimensional extremal black hole in terms of classifying particles moving in its near horizon AdS_2 geometry. We use the framework of SLE curves in AdS_2 to classify these particle trajectories in terms of their boundary conditions. These turn out to be related to singular vectors in two-dimensional conformal quantum gravity theory in AdS_2 and the dynamics of these particles are governed by the Hamiltonians of the integrable Calogero-like models, for these boundary conditions. Renormalization Group Flows from D=3, N=2 Matter Coupled Gauged Supergravities

We study holographic RG flows of N=2 matter couple AdS_3 supergravities which admit both compact and non-compact sigma manifolds. For the compact case the supersymmetric domain wall solution interpolates between a conformal IR region and flat spacetime and this corresponds to a deformation of the CFT by an irrelevant operator. When it is non-compact, the solution can be interpreted as a flow between an UV fixed point and a non-conformal(singular) IR region.
