This paper focuses on the study of topological features in teleportation-based quantum computation as well as aims at presenting a detailed review on teleportaiton-based quantum computation (Gottesman and Chuang, Nature 402, 390, 1999). A method of constructing $n^{2}\times n^{2}$ matrix solutions(with $n^{3}$ matrix elements) of Temperley-Lieb algebra relation is presented in this paper. The single loop of these solutions are $d=\sqrt{n}$. Especially, a $9\times9-$matrix solution with single loop d=$\sqrt{3}$ is discussed in detail. An unitary Yang-Baxter $\breve{R}(θ,q_{1},q_{2})$ matrix is obtained via the Yang-Baxterization process. The entanglement property and geometric property (\emph{i.e.} Berry Phase) of this Yang-Baxter system are explored.
A method of constructing Temperley-Lieb algebras(TLA) representations has been introduced in [Xue \emph{et.al} arXiv:0903.3711]. Using this method, we can obtain another series of $n^{2}\times n^{2}$ matrices $U$ which satisfy the TLA with the single loop $d=\sqrt{n}$. Specifically, we present a $9\times9$ matrix $U$ with $d=\sqrt{3}$. Via Yang-Baxterization approach, we obtain a unitary $ \breve{R}(θ,φ_{1},φ_{2})$-matrix, a solution of the Yang-Baxter Equation. This $9\times9$ Yang-Baxter matrix is universal for quantum computing.
The virtual knot theory is a new interesting subject in the recent study of low dimensional topology. In this paper, we explore the algebraic structure underlying the virtual braid group and call it the virtual Temperley--Lieb algebra which is an extension of the Temperley--Lieb algebra by adding the group algebra of the symmetrical group. We make a connection clear between the Brauer algebra and virtual Temperley--Lieb algebra, and show the algebra generated by permutation and its partial transpose to be an example for the virtual Temperley--Lieb algebra and its important quotients.

Using a braid group representation based on the Temperley-Lieb algebra, we construct braid quantum gates that could generate entangled $n$-partite $D$-level qudit states. $D$ different sets of $D^n\times D^n$ unitary representation of the braid group generators are presented. With these generators the desired braid quantum gates are obtained. We explore algebraic and topological structures underlying the quantum teleportation phenomena by applying the braid group and Temperley--Lieb algebra. We realize the braid teleportation configuration, teleportation swapping and virtual braid representation in the standard description of the teleportation. We rigorously prove a new kind of anomalous (or sub-ballistic) Lieb-Robinson bound for the isotropic XY chain with Fibonacci external magnetic field at arbitrary coupling. It is anomalous in that the usual exponential decay in $x-vt$ is replaced by exponential decay in $x-vt^α$ with $0<α<1$.
