Reciprocity of gauge operators in N=4 SYM

A recently discovered generalized Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity holds for the anomalous dimensions of various twist operators in N=4 SYM. Here, we consider a class of scaling psu(2,2|4) operators that reduce at one-loop to twist-3 maximal helicity gluonic operators. We extract from the asymptotic long-range Bethe Ansatz a closed expression for the spin dependent anomalous dimension at four loop order and provide a complete proof of reciprocity. We comment about the interplay with possible, yet unknown, wrapping corrections.

Dynamical Gauge Boson and Strong-Weak Reciprocity

It is proposed that asymptotically nonfree gauge theories are consistently interpreted as theories of composite gauge bosons. It is argued that when hidden local symmetry is introduced, masslessness and coupling universality of dynamically generated gauge boson are ensured. Four loop reciprocity of twist two operators in N=4 SYM

The four loop universal anomalous dimension of twist-2 operators in N=4 SYM has been recently conjectured. In this paper, we prove that it obeys a generalized Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity, previously known to hold at the three loop level.

Reciprocity of higher conserved charges in the sl(2) sector of N=4 SYM

We extend the anlysis of the generalized Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity to the higher conserved charges of type IIB superstring on AdS5 x S5. The property is shown to hold for twist 2, and 3 operators in the sl(2) subsector.

Generalized Gribov-Lipatov Reciprocity and AdS/CFT

Planar N=4 SYM theory and QCD share the gluon sector, suggesting the investigation of Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity in the supersymmetric theory. Since the AdS/CFT correspondence links N=4 SYM and superstring dynamics on AdS5xS5, reciprocity is also expected to show up in the quantum corrected energies of certain classical string configurations dual to gauge theory twist-operators. We review recent results confirming this picture and revisiting the old idea of Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity as a modern theoretical tool useful for the study of open problems in AdS/CFT.

Reciprocity and integrability in the sl(2) sector of N=4 SYM

We analyze the higher conserved charges of type IIB superstring on AdS5 x S5 from the perspective of a recently discovered generalized Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity. We provide several evidences that reciprocity holds for all the higher charges and not only for the energy. This is discussed in the simple case of twist L=2, and 3 operators in the sl(2) subsector at (a) multi-loop level in weak coupling, (b) classical level at strong coupling for the dual folded string.

Wrapping corrections, reciprocity and BFKL beyond the sl(2) subsector in N=4 SYM

We consider N=4 SYM and a class of spin N, length-3, twist operators beyond the well studied sl(2) subsector. They can be identified at one-loop with three gluon operators. At strong coupling, they are associated with spinning strings with two spins in AdS5. We exploit the Y-system to compute the leading weak-coupling four loop wrapping correction to their anomalous dimension. The result is written in closed form as a function of the spin N. Twist 3 of the sl(2) sector of N=4 SYM and reciprocity respecting evolution

We consider the bosonic sl(2) sector of the maximally supersymmetric N=4 SYM model and show that anomalous dimension of the twist-3 single-trace composite operators built of scalar fields, recently calculated up to the four-loop order, can be generated by a compact reciprocity respecting evolution kernel.

Three loop anomalous dimensions of twist-3 gauge operators in N=4 SYM

We propose a closed expression for the three loop anomalous dimension of a class of twist-3 operators built with gauge fields and covariant derivatives. To this aim, we solve the long-range Bethe Ansatz equations at finite spin and provide a consistent analytical formula obtained assuming maximal transcendentality violation as suggested by the known one-loop anomalous dimension. The final result reproduces the universal cusp anomalous dimension and obeys recursion relations inspired by the principle of reciprocity invariance.

Structure of large spin expansion of anomalous dimensions at strong coupling

The anomalous dimensions of planar N=4 SYM theory operators like tr(Phi D^S Phi) expanded in large spin S have the asymptotics γ= f ln S + f_c + 1/S (f_11 ln S + f_10) + ..., where f (the universal scaling function or cusp anomaly), f_c and f_mn are given by power series in the `t Hooft coupling λ.
