With high luminosity and energy at the ILC and clean SM backgrounds, the top-charm production at the ILC should have powerful potential to probe new physics. The littlest Higgs model with discrete symmetry named "T-parity"(LHT) is one of the most promising new physics models. In this paper, we study the FC processes $e^+e^-(γγ)\to t\bar{c}$ at the ILC in the LHT model. Our study shows that the LHT model can make a significant contribution to these processes. When the masses of mirror quarks become large, these two processes are accessible at the ILC. So the top-charm production at the ILC provides a unique way to study the properties of the FC couplings in the LHT model and furthermore test the model.
The littlest Higgs model is the most economical one among various little Higgs models. In the context of the littlest Higgs model, we study the process $e^{+}e^{-}\to e^{+}e^{-}H$ at the ILC and calculate the correction of the littlest Higgs model to the cross section of this process. The results show that, in the favorable parameter spaces preferred by the electroweak precision data, the value of the relative correction is in the range from a few percent to tens percent. In most case, the correction is large enough to reach the measurement precision of the ILC. Therefore, the correction of th…
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, we studied the contributions of the new particles to the top-quark pair production via $e^{+}e^{-}$ collision at the International Linear Collider. We calculated the top-quark pair production cross section and found this process can generate significantly relative correction. The result may be a sensitive probe of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity.
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, the new interactions between the mirror leptons and the Standard Model leptons can induce some lepton flavor violation (LFV) processes at loop level. We study the possibility of the ILC to probe the LFV production processes $e^+e^-(γγ)\rightarrow l_{i}\bar{l}_{j}$. Our results show that the rates of $γγ\rightarrow l_{i}\bar{l}_{j}$ can reach 1 fb in optimal cases after reasonable kinematical cuts, which implies that these processes may be observed at the ILC.
We study the top-quark pair production via polarized and unpolarized photon collisions at the International Linear Collider in the context of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity. We calculate the production cross section of the process $γγ\rightarrow t\bar{t}$ and find the effects can be more significant in the $- -$ polarized photon collision mode than in other collision modes, and the relative correction can be expected to reach about -1% in the favorable parameter space.
The physics prospect at future linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ colliders for the study of the Higgs triple self-coupling via the process of $e^{+}e^{-}\to ZHH$ is investigated. In this paper, we calculate the contribution of the new particles predicted by the littlest Higgs model to the cross sections of this process in the future high energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider($ILC$). The results show that, in the favorable parameter spaces preferred by the electroweak precision, the deviation of the total cross sections from its $SM$ value varies from a few percent to tens percent, which may be detected at the future…
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT) the mirror quarks induce the special flavor structures and some new flavor-changing (FC) couplings which could greatly enhance the production rates of the FC processes. We in this paper study some bottom and anti-strange production processes in the LHT model at the International Linear Collider (ILC), i.e., $e^+e^-\rightarrow b\bar{s}$ and $γγ\rightarrow b\bar{s}$. The results show that the production rates of these processes are sizeable for the favorable values of the parameters. Therefore, it is quite possible to test the LHT model or make som…
In this work, the production processes of heavy neutral scalar and pseudo scalar associated with standard model gauge boson $Z_L$ at future $e^{+}e^{-}$ colliders (ILC and CLIC) are examined. The total and differential cross sections are calculated for the processes in the context of the littlest Higgs model. Also dependence of production processes to littlest Higgs model parameters in the range of compatibility with electroweak precision measurements and decays to lepton flavor violating final states are analyzed. We have found that both heavy scalar and pseudoscalar will be produced in $e^+e…
We study the possibility of using W pair production and leptonic decay of one of the W's at the ILC with polarized beams as a probe of the Littlest Higgs Model. We consider cross-sections, polarization fractions of the W's, leptonic decay energy and angular distributions, and left-right polarization asymmetry as probes of the model. With parameter values allowed by present experimental constraints detectable effects on these observables at typical ILC energies of 500 GeV and 800 GeV will be present. Beam polarization is further found to enhance the sensitivity.
The littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT) has new flavor-changing (FC) couplings with the Standard Model (SM) quarks, which do not suffer strong constraints from electroweak precision data. So these FC interactions may enhance the cross sections of some flavor-changing neutral-current (FCNC) processes. In this work, we study the FC top-charm associated productions via $e^{-}γ$ collision at the ILC. We find that the cross sections are sensitive to the mirror quark masses. With reasonable values of the parameters, the cross sections may reach the detectable level and provide useful informatio…

In the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity, the heavy photon ($A_{H}$) is supposed to be a possible dark matter (DM) candidate. A direct proof of validity of the model is to produce the heavy photon at accelerator. In this paper, we study the production rate of $ e^ + e^ - \to A_{H}A_{H}$ at the international $e^ + e^ -$ linear collider (ILC) in the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity and show the distributions of the transverse momenta of $A_{H}$. The numerical results indicate that the heavy photon production rate could reach the level of $10^{-1} fb$ at some parameter space, so it can be a go…
Within the context of the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity, the heavy photon ($A_{H}$) is supposed to be an ideal dark matter (DM) candidate. One direct proof of validity of the model is to produce the heavy photon at collider. In this paper, we investigate the associated production of a photon with heavy photon pair at the planned international $e^ +e^ -$ linear collider (ILC), i.e., $ e^+ e^-\to A_{H}A_{H}γ$ and show the distributions of the transverse momenta of the photon. The numerical results indicate that the heavy photon production rate could reach several $fb$ at the low mass parame…
In the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity, we study production processes of new gauge bosons at the international linear collider (ILC). Through Monte Carlo simulations of the production processes, we show that the heavy gauge boson masses can be determined very accurately at the ILC for a representative parameter point of the model. From the simulation result, we also discuss the determination of other model parameters at the ILC.
The neutral gauge boson $B_H$ with the mass of hundreds GeV, is the lightest particle predicted by the littlest Higgs(LH) model, and such particle should be the first signal of the LH model at the planed ILC if it exists indeed. In this paper, we study some processes of the $B_H$ production associated with the fermion pair at the ILC, i.e., $γγ\to f\bar{f}B_{H}$. The studies show that the most promising processes to detect $B_H$ among $γγ\to f\bar{f}B_{H}$ are $γγ\to l'^+l'^-B_{H}(l'=e,μ)$, and they can produce the sufficient signals in most parameter space preferred by the electroweak precisi…
We examine the effects of the extended gauge sector of the Littlest Higgs model in high energy e+e- collisions. We find that the search reach in e+e- -> f fbar at a 500 GeV center-of-mass energy International Linear Collider covers essentially the entire parameter region where the Littlest Higgs model is relevant to the gauge hierarchy problem. In addition, we show that this channel provides an accurate determination of the fundamental model parameters, to the precision of a few percent, provided that the LHC measures the mass of the heavy neutral gauge field. Additionally, we show that the co…
We investigate a possibility of precision measurements for parameters of the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity at the International Linear Collider (ILC). The model predicts new gauge bosons which masses strongly depend on the vacuum expectation value that breaks a global symmetry of the model. Through Monte Carlo simulations of production processes of new gauge bosons, we show that these masses can be determined very accurately at the ILC for a representative parameter point of the model. From the simulation result, we also discuss the determination of other model parameters at the ILC.
With the high energy and luminosity, the planned ILC has the considerable capability to probe the new heavy particles predicted by the new physics models. In this paper, we study the potential to discover the lightest new gauge boson $B_{H}$ of the littlest Higgs model via the processes $e^+e^- \to γ(Z)B_H$ at the ILC. The results show that the production rates of these two processes are large enough to detect $B_H$ in a wide range of the parameter space, specially for the process $e^+e^- \to γB_H$. Furthermore, there exist some decay modes for $B_H$ which can provide the typical signal and cl…
In the parameter space allowed by the electroweak precision measurement data, we consider the contributions of the new particles predicted by the littlest Higgs($LH$) model to the Higgs boson associated production with top quark pair in the future high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider($ILC$). We find that the contributions mainly come from the new gauge bosons $Z_{H}$ and $B_{H}$. For reasonable values of the free parameters, the absolute value of the relative correction parameter $δσ/σ^{SM}$ can be significanly large, which might be observed in the future $ILC$ experiment with $\sqrt{S}=80…
The littlest Higgs model is the most economical little Higgs model. The observation of the new gauge bosons predicted by the littlest Higgs model could serve as a robust signature of the model. The ILC, with the high energy and luminosity, can open an ideal window to probe these new gauge bosons, specially, the lightest $B_H$. In the framework of the littlest Higgs model, we study a gauge boson $B_{H}$ production process $γγ\to W^{+}W^{-}B_H$. The study shows that the cross section of the process can vary in a wide range($10^{-1}-10^1$ fb) in most parameter spaces preferred by the electroweak …
Single production of the doubly charged scalars $Φ^{\pm\pm}$ via $eγ$, $ep$ and $pp$ collisions is studied in the context of the little Higgs$(LH)$ model. Our numerical results show that the new particles $Φ^{\pm\pm}$ can be abundantly produced and their possible signatures should be detected in future high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider$(ILC)$. The cross section for single production of $Φ^{\pm\pm}$ at the $LHC$ is much smaller than that at the $ILC$ or the $THERA$.
The Higgs boson production processes $e^{+}e^{-}\to ZH$, $e^{+}e^{-}\to \bar{ν_{e}}ν_{e}H$, and $e^{+}e^{-}\to t\bar{t}H$ are very important for studying Higgs boson properties and further testing new physics beyond the standard model($SM$) in the high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider($ILC$). We estimate the contributions of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity($LHT$ model) to these processes and find that the $LHT$ model can generate significantly corrections to the production cross sections of these processes. We expect the possible signals of the $LHT$ model can be detected via these p…
In the framework of the littlest Higgs($LH$) model, we consider the processes $e^{+}e^{-}\toν\barνH^{0}$ and $e^{+}e^{-}\to W^{*}W^{*}ν\barν\toν\barνt\bar{t}$, and calculate the contributions of new particles to the cross sections of these processes in the future high energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider($ILC$) with $\sqrt{S}=1TeV$. We find that, with reasonable values of the free parameters, the deviations of the cross sections for the processes $e^{+}e^{-}\toν\barνH^{0}$ from its $SM$ value might be comparable to the future $ILC$ measurement precision. The contributions of the light Higgs boson $H^0…
The new lightest gauge boson $B_H$ with mass of a few hundred GeV is predicted in the littlest Higgs model. $B_H$ should be accessible in the planed ILC and the observation of such particle can strongly support the littlest Higgs model. The realization of $γγ$ and $eγ$ collision will open a wider window to probe $B_H$. In this paper, we study the new gauge boson $B_{H}$ production processes $e^{-}γ\to e^{-}γB_{H}$ and $e^{-}γ\to e^{-}Z B_{H}$ at the ILC. Our results show that the production cross section of the process $e^{-}γ\to e^{-}Z B_{H}$ is less than one fb in the most parameter spaces w…
Due to the presence of extra top quark T in the little Higgs models, the $CKM$ matrix is not unitary and the flavor changing neutral currents may exist at the tree level. In the context of the Littlest Higgs(LH) model, we discuss the top-charm production at the high-energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider $(LC)$ via the processes $e^{+}e^{-}\to \bar{t}c +t\bar{c}$, $e^{+}e^{-}\to (\bar{t}c +t\bar{c})ν_{e}\bar{ν_{e}}$, and $e^{-}γ\to e^{-}\bar{t}c$. We find that the resonance production cross section for the process $e^{+}e^{-}\to \bar{t}c+ t\bar{c} $ is significantly larger, which can be detected …
In this paper we discuss the consequences of including a new heavy right-handed neutrino singlet $N_R$ in the littlest Higgs model. This new state is not connected with the light neutrinos {\it via} the seesaw mechanism. A very interesting property of this extended model is the full coupling of the new neutral gauge boson $A_H$ to $N_R$, giving large total cross sections and suggesting a wide range of experimental search for the $N_R$ at the p p collider CERN-LHC and future electron-positron collider ILC.
We investigate a possibility to measure parameters of the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity at the ILC with sqrt(s) = 500 GeV. The model predicts new gauge bosons (AH, ZH, and WH), among which the heavy photon (AH) is a candidate for dark matter. Through Monte Carlo simulations of the process of e+ e- -> AH ZH, we show that the masses can be determined with accuracies of 16.2% for m_AH and 4.3% for m_ZH. In additionally, the vacuum expectation value can be determined with accuracies of 4.3%.
One of the important features of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, called the $LHT$ model, is that it introduces the mirror fermions, which are the T-parity partners of the standard model fermions. In this paper, we discuss production of the mirror quark associated with mirror neutrino via $eγ$ and $ep$ collisions. We find that, in wide range of the parameter space, the mirror quark can be copiously produced at the International $e^{+}e^{-}$ Linear Collider $(ILC)$ and $ep$ collider $(THERA)$ experiments. The production rates of certain signal events, which are related the main two-body …
The T-odd leptons are the typical particles predicted by the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT model) and the observation of these particles might be regarded as the direct evidence of the LHT model. In this paper, we investigate the production of a pair of T-odd leptons associated with a gauge boson $V$($γ$ or $Z$) at the international linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider (ILC). The numerical results show that the possible signals of the T-odd leptons may be detected in the future ILC experiments.
We present an analysis for the measurement of the Higgs boson branching ratio H-> cc-bar for a light Standard Model-like Higgs boson produced at 250 GeV centre of mass energy at the International Linear Collider (ILC). The tools and technique used for the analysis are described and relative uncertainties are determined.
The Littlest Higgs Model with T-parity is one of the attractive candidates of physics beyond the Standard Model. One of the important predictions of the model is the existence of new heavy gauge bosons, where they acquire mass terms through the breaking of global symmetry necessarily imposed on the model. The determination of the masses are, hence, quite important to test the model. In this paper, the measurement accuracy of the heavy gauge bosons at the international linear collider (ILC) is reported.
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT), the mirror quarks have flavor structures and will contribute to the top quark flavor changing neutral current. In this work, we perform an extensive investigation of the top quark rare three-body decays $t\to cVV (V=γ,Z,g)$ and $t\to cf\bar{f} (f=b,τ,μ,e)$ at one-loop level. Our results show that the branching ratios of $t\to cgg$ and $t\to cb\bar{b}$ could reach $\mathcal {O}(10^{-3})$ in the favorite parameter space of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, which implies that these decays may be detectable at the LHC or ILC, while for the oth…
The Littlest Higgs with T-parity Model (LHT) is one of the attractive candidates of physics beyond the Standard Model. In this study we focus on heavy gauge bosons and heavy leptons that LHT imposes, which are detectable at ILC. The mass and couplings of these particles possess important information of the model's mass generation mechanism and how they interact with other particles. Precision measurement will be essential among verifying the model. We will address the measurement accuracy of Little Higgs particle masses, couplings and model parameters at ILC.

Taking into account the constraints on the free parameters of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (called $LHT$ model) from some rare decay processes, such as $μ\rightarrow eγ$ and $μ\rightarrow 3e$, we consider the contributions of the $LHT$ model to the lepton flavor violating ($LFV$) processes $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow l_{i}\bar{l}_{j}$ and $γγ\rightarrow l_{i}\bar{l}_{j}$ ($i\neq j$). We find that the $LHT$ model can indeed produce significant contributions to these $LFV$ processes and its $LFV$ signal might has a chance of being observed in the future $ILC$ experiments.
Little Higgs scenario provides us a new solution for the hierarchy problem of the Standard Model. The Littlest Higgs model with T-parity, which is one of models in the scenario, solves the dark matter problem in our universe. In this talk, we discuss how accurately the property of the dark matter is determined at linear collides. We also mention how precisely does the thermal abundance of the dark matter determined at the 500 GeV and 1 TeV collides, and compare the results with those at the LHC.
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, which predicts a pair of T-even and T-odd partners for the top quark, the top quark interactions are altered with respect to the Standard Model predictions and deviation will manifest in various top quark processes. In this work we examine the effects in htt_bar productions at the ILC and LHC. We find that in the allowed parameter space, the cross sections can be significantly deviated from the Standard Model predictions and thus provide a good test for the littlest Higgs model with T-parity. We also examine the new production channel, the htT_bar or …
We analyze the rare and flavor changing decay of the top quark into a charm quark and a gauge boson in the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT). We calculate the one-loop level contributions from the T-parity odd mirror quarks and gauge bosons. We find that the decay $t\to c V, (V=g,γ,Z)$ in the LHT model can be significantly enhanced relative to those in the Standard Model. Our numerical results show that the top quark FCNC decay can be as large as $Br(t\to cg)\sim 10^{-2}$, $Br(t\to cZ)\sim 10^{-5}$ and $Br(t\to cγ)\sim 10^{-7}$ in the favorite parameter space in the LHT model.
We study the process γγ->h->bb_bar at ILC as a probe of different little Higgs models, including the simplest little Higgs model (SLH), the littlest Higgs model (LH), and two types of littlest Higgs models with T-parity (LHT-I, LHT-II). Compared with the Standard Model (SM) prediction, the production rate is found to be sizably altered in these little Higgs models and, more interestingly, different models give different predictions. We find that the production rate can be possibly enhanced only in the LHT-II for some part of the parameter space, while in all other cases the rate is suppressed.…
The littlest Higgs model with T-parity predicts the existence of the T-odd particles, which can only be produced in pair. We consider pair production of the T-odd leptons in future high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider ($ILC$). Our numerical results show that, as long as the T-odd leptons are not too heavy, they can be copiously produced and their possible signals might be detected via the processes $e^{+}e^{-}\to \bar{L}_{i}L_{j}$ in future $ILC$ experiments.
In the framework of the littlest Higgs($LH$) model and the littlest Higgs model with T-parity($LHT$), We investigate the single top production process $e^{-}γ\to ν_{e}b\bar{t}$, and calculate the corrections of these two models to the cross section of this process. We find that in the reasonable parameter space, the correction terms for the tree-level $Wtb$ couplings coming from the $LHT$ model can generate significantly corrections to the cross section of this process, which might be detected in the future high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider($ILC$) experiments. However, the contributions…
We study the shifts in the gauge couplings of the top quark induced in the Littlest Higgs model with and without T parity. We find that the ILC will be able to observe the shifts throughout the natural range of model parameters.
The large hadron collider (LHC) is anticipated to provide signals of new physics at the TeV scale, which are likely to involve production of a WIMP dark matter candidate. The international linear collider (ILC) is to sort out these signals and lead us to some viable model of the new physics at the TeV scale. In this article, we discuss how the ILC can discriminate new physics models, taking the following three examples: the inert Higgs model, the supersymmetric model, and the littlest Higgs model with T-parity. These models predict dark matter particles with different spins, 0, 1/2, and 1, res…
Recent developments in charm physics within the standard model and beyond are reviewed. The precision study of leptonic charm meson decays accompanied with the constraints coming from K, B and tau physics enables to determine constraints on models of new physics. The standard model contributions in the D0 - D0bar system are still under investigation including operators of higher dimensions. New physics models such as the Littlest Higgs model or warped extra-dimensional models might modify the amount of CP violation, although CP violating asymmetries are still predicted to be at most of the ord…
Littlest Higgs $(LH)$ model predicts the existence of the doubly charged scalars $Φ^{\pm\pm}$, which generally have large flavor changing couplings to leptons. We calculate the contributions of $Φ^{\pm\pm}$ to the lepton flavor violating $(LFV)$ processes $l_{i}\to l_{j}γ$ and $l_{i}\to l_{j}l_{k}l_{k}$, and compare our numerical results with the current experimental upper limits on these processes. We find that some of these processes can give severe constraints on the coupling constant $Y_{ij}$ and the mass parameter $M_Φ$. Taking into account the constraints on these free parameters, we fur…
We explore the sensitivities at future $e^-e^+$ colliders to probe a set of six-dimensional operators which can modify the SM predictions on Higgs physics and electroweak precision measurements. We consider the case in which the operators are turned on simultaneously. Such an analysis yields a "conservative" interpretation on the collider sensitivities, complementary to the "optimistic" scenario where the operators are individually probed. After a detail analysis at CEPC in both "conservative" and "optimistic" scenarios, we also considered the sensitivities for FCC-ee and ILC. As an illustrati…
The left-right twin $Higgs$ ($LRTH$) model is a concrete realization of the twin $Higgs$ mechanism, which predicts the existence of the top partner $T$. In this paper, we consider production of $T$ associated with the top quark $t$ at the high energy linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider ($ILC$) and the $LHC$ experiments, and its single production in future linac-ring type $ep$ collider experiment. To compare our results with those of the littlest $Higgs$ model with $T$-parity, we also estimate production of the $T$-even top partner $T_{+}$ via the corresponding processes in these high energy collider …
We study the effect of theoretical and parametric uncertainties on the ability of future Higgs coupling measurements at the International Linear Collider (ILC) to reveal deviations from the Standard Model (SM). To quantify the impact of these uncertainties we plot Delta chi^2 = 25 contours for the deviations between the SM Higgs couplings and the light Higgs couplings in the mh-max benchmark scenario of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). We consider the theoretical uncertainties in the SM Higgs decay partial widths and production cross section and the parametric uncertainties in…
We study the decay of the lightest neutral Higgs boson to a charm quark pair at full one-loop level in the MSSM with non-minimal quark flavour violation (QFV). In the numerical analysis we consider mixing between the second and the third squark generation and all relevant constraints from B meson data are taken into account. It is shown that the full one-loop corrected decay width can be quite sensitive to the MSSM QFV parameters due to large $\tilde c - \tilde t$ mixing and large trilinear couplings. After summarising the theoretical and experimental errors, we conclude that an observation of…
We study the photoproduction of the heavy quarkonium at the future International Linear Collider (ILC) within the nonrelativistic QCD theory. We focus on the production channel via the subprocess $γγ\to |[Q\bar{Q'}]_{\bf 1}(n)>+Q'+\bar{Q}$, where $Q$ and $Q'$ stand for heavy $c$- or $b$-quark, respectively. $|[Q\bar{Q'}]_{\bf 1}(n)>$ stands for color-singlet $S$-wave quarkonium, i.e., $η_{c}(|[c\bar{c}]_{\bf 1}(^1S_0)>)$, $J/ψ(|[c\bar{c}]_{\bf 1}(^3S_1)>)$, $B_{c}(|[c\bar{b}]_{\bf 1}(^1S_0)>)$, $B^*_{c}(|[c\bar{b}]_{\bf 1}(^3S_1)>)$, $η_{b}(|[b\bar{b}]_{\bf 1}(^1S_0)>)$, and $Υ(|[b\bar{b}]_{\b…
We investigate a possibility of precision measurements for parameters of the Littlest Higgs model with T-parity at the International Linear Collider (ILC). The model predicts new gauge bosons (AH, ZH, and WH), among which the heavy photon (AH) is a candidate for dark matter. The masses of these new gauge bosons strongly depend on the vacuum expectation value that breaks a global symmetry of the model. Through Monte Carlo simulations of the processes: e+ e- ->AH ZH and e+ e- -> WH+ WH-, we show how precisely the masses can be determined at the ILC for a representative parameter point of the mod…
The observed D0 - anti-D0 oscillations provide a new stage in our search for New Physics in heavy flavour dynamics. The theoretical verdict on the observed values of x_D and y_D remains ambiguous: while they could be totally generated by Standard Model dynamics, they could also contain a sizable or even leading contribution from New Physics. Those oscillations are likely to enhance the observability of CP violation as clear manifestations of New Physics. We present general formulae for D0 - anti-D0 oscillations, concentrating on the case of negligible direct CP violation. In particular we deri…
In this review, we discuss some interesting issues in charm physics which is full with puzzles and challenges. So far in the field there exist many problems which have not obtained satisfactory answers yet and more unexpected phenomena have been observed at the present facilities of high energy physics. Charm physics may become an ideal place for searching new resonances and studying non-perturbative QCD effects, moreover probably is an area to explore new physics beyond the Standard Model. More data will be available at BESIII, B-factories, LHC and even future ILC which may open a wide window…
In some models with an extra U(1) gauge boson Z', the gauge couplings of the Z' to different generations of fermions may not be universal. Flavor mixing in general can be induced at the tree level in the up-type and/or down-type quark sector after diagonalizing their mass matrices. In this work, we concentrate on the flavor mixing in the up-type quark sector. We deduce a constraint from D0-D0bar mixing. We study in detail single top-quark production via flavor-changing Z' exchange at the LHC and the ILC. We found that for a typical value of M_{Z'}=1 TeV, the production cross section at the LHC…
We study the nature of the flavor changing neutral couplings of the top quark with the Higgs boson and the up/charm quark in the $t\bar{t}$ production at linear colliders. There are previous bounds on such tqH couplings at both, linear and hadronic colliders, with the assumption that it couples equally to the left and the right handed fermions. In this paper we examine the chirality of the tqH coupling and construct different observables which will be sensitive to it. The kinematics of the emitted q from t $\rightarrow$ qH in $t\bar{t}$ production is discussed and it was found that the polar a…
